It was summer vacation for the U.K students and most of the students – the normal ones, spent their summer at their homes or would spent an overnight trip with their family at the beaches of Korea. While some students – the fortunate ones, were having their summer vacation outside the country.

In China:

                “Why the hell is that senator targeting the mafia? This is absurd!” Suhyun complained.

The Song family were in China and in Suhyun’s horror, she would spent her summer vacation there with her family. Song Woo Bin decided to head for China for some important mafia business concerning the petition of Senator Park about the banning of the mafia organizations in South Korea. The whole Song family have just arrived at their family mansion and the twins started to unpack their belongings.

                “Just shut it Hyunie-ah. You know this is an important matter for our family.” Chanhyuk answered.

                “Aishhh. I can’t believe this! Curse that senator and the rest of his family!” Suhyun blurted out, loudly.

ChanHyuk was surprised at his sister’s sudden angry outburst and he was about to say something when all of a sudden, they heard a knock and MinHo, their brother entered the room.

                “Hey.” Minho greeted. “Save the unpacking till later.” Min Ho added, checking out the twins’ messy belongings. “I hope you brought your black tuxedo and dress with you.” He declared, smirking at them.

In Switzerland:

Yi Jung, Ga Eul and Hayi were in the dining room. The three of them were eating their breakfast peacefully. The Soo Family decided to spend their summer in the cold country of Switzerland since Yi Jung would have a showcase of his art works and auction at the same time.

                “Where’s Taehyun?” Ga Eul noticed that her son was nowhere to be found.

                “Let him be for now.” Yi Jung answered. “He’s in the studio. He said not to disturb him. I believe he’s working onto something.” Yi Jung added just before chewing his food that he bought into his mouth.

                “What exactly is he working on that he would miss his breakfast?” Ga Eul sounded irritated. “Can someone please fetch my son in the studio?” Ga Eul addressed one of the servants.

                “I’ll do it!” Hayi suddenly stood up from her seat and she started to run off.

As soon as Hayi reached the studio, she knocked but no one answered. She turned the knob and opened the door, letting herself in but she noticed that no one was inside. She made her way to the door where she believed her brother was in but she found that the door was slightly open. She peeked and saw a large canvas just beside the large window. A white cloth was covering it and when she was about to enter the room, someone had grabbed her arm from behind.

                “Hayi-ah!” Taehyun’s panic face was now visible to Hayi’s vision. “What are you doing here?” He added.

                “I.. I’m sorry to intrude. I was just..” Hayi stammered. “Mom’s angry.” She informed and Taehyun made an exhausted face. “She said to come down and have some breakfast.” Hayi added.

                “Fine. You go down first and I’ll follow.” Taehyun demanded and Hayi obeyed.

In France:

                “Why the hell do I have to see your freaking face even during summer vacation?” Sung Kyoung asked sarcastically. They were alone seated in a cafe just beside the street and having their own cup of coffee.

                “Yah! We both know that France is my second home.” Joo Hyuk defended. “It’s only right that I’d spend my summer here.” He added, eyeing Sung Kyoung and sipped his coffee.

They stayed seated and drank their coffee silently but Sung Kyoung noticed that Joo Hyuk was fidgeting and can’t seem to relax. She could tell that Joo Hyuk was itching to ask something to her and she just smirked at him.

                “Ah, yah! Why are you smirking?” Joo Hyuk asked, annoyed. “You know that every time you do that I get annoyed, right? Seriously!” He accused.

                “Good.” Sung Kyoung answered quickly, making Joo Hyuk confused. “I want you to get annoyed. You deserve it, you .” She added, giving Joo Hyuk an irritating look.

Joo Hyuk was taken aback. Although Sung Kyoung didn’t tell him the reason of calling him , he somewhat knew and it concerns her friend, So Hyun. He suddenly felt stupid, ashamed and confused and Sung Kyoung noticed them.

                “Have you ever thought about your true feelings for So Hyun? To what does it really mean for you?” Sung Kyoung suddenly asked out of nowhere, breaking the long silence.

                “I..” Joo Hyuk started and Sung Kyoung was just staring at him intently and she saw him making a hard face – a face full of confidence, honesty and determination. “I like her. I like Gu So Hyun.” He confessed.

Sung Kyoung was taken aback. She now knew what Joo Hyuk really felt for her friend. She somehow felt happy, making her smile a little but the thought of confessing his true feelings and to her for that matter made her laugh out loud.

                “Aissshh. Yah! Yoon Sung Kyoung!” Joo Hyuk warned. “Here I am, talking about feelings but you’re laughing at me? Seriously, I’m in trouble here, you know. I could use some of your advice.” He added.

.               “So.. Sor.. Sorry..” Sung Kyoung was trying hard not to laugh. “It’s just that.. Oh, never mind!” And she finally stopped laughing out loud. “And what do you mean trouble?” Sung Kyoung asked.

                “I like So Hyun, but about Sae Ron..” Joo Hyuk made a hurtful face. “I know I like Sae Ron. Since our middle school years, I like her. I’m afraid that I will only hurt So Hyun if I continue to have feelings for her. So I guess It’s better if I..” Joo Hyuk suddenly became hesitant. “If I stay away from So Hyun.” He concluded, making a horrible face.

Joo Hyuk started to tremble. He unknowingly held his coffee cup a little too tight making his knuckles white. He could feel his teeth clenching inside his mouth and as if he was about to explode, Sung Kyoung hit him on his head.

                “Ouch! Yah!” Joo Hyuk was feeling his head now.

                “You really are stupid!” Sung Kyoung shouted and Joo Hyuk just pouted. “Didn’t you ever think that what you are feeling for Park Sae Ron now was different from back when you were middle schoolers? Yes, you had feelings for her but it’s all in the past. What you’re feeling for her now is just a sisterly love.” She continued.

                “Ugh! SISTERLY LOVE? That’s somehow sounded disgusting.” Joo Hyuk made a disgusted look.

                “Aissshh.. Love for a friend, then. Happy?” She recovered and Joo Hyuk looked pleased. “So as what I was saying, you somehow felt responsible for Sae Ron because she already made clear to you that she have feelings for you. But what you really just feel for her is just love for a friend, since she became one of your closest friends when you just transferred here and just started to adjust.” She concluded and Joo Hyuk started to examine his self. “Think about it carefully. Does your feelings for So Hyun and Sae Ron are the same?” She continued to ask.

                “No. I can assure you that it’s not the same.” Joo Hyuk answered immediately.

                “Then what about Park Sae Ron and the rest of your friends like Lee Hyun Hyeong, Han Jin Hwan and Kang Chan Woo? Are they the same?” Sung Kyoung was now leaning towards Joo Hyuk.

Joo Hyuk carefully examined his feelings. He one by one recalled his friends in his mind until he finally realized something, something that would change everything in his life and even to those around him.

                “I don’t have feelings for Sae Ron. She’s precious to me, but as a friend. That’s all.” He concluded and Sung Kyoung came back to leaning onto her chair. “Gu So Hyun’s the one that I actually like.” Joo Hyuk finished.

In New Caledonia:

                “What on freaking.. Why are you here?!!” So Hyun was horrified seeing Sung Jae.

So Hyun together with her parents and brother have just arrived in the island to spend their summer vacation under the warm sun and the cool sea breeze of New Caledonia. As soon as So Hyun arrived, she changed into some comfortable clothes – a white sleeveless dress and a large straw hat with a ribbon tied around it. She found her way to the beach side to have some fresh air but she was devastated when Sung Jae made a surprising appearance together with Bobby.

                “Sohyunie! What a surprise! You’re here too?” But Sung Jae sounded unsurprised.

                “Kim Ji Won! What’s the meaning of this, exactly?” So Hyun addressed Bobby who was beside his friend.

                “Chill! Geez, You and your temper, seriously.” Bobby started. “My mom suggested that we’ll have our vacation here and since aunt Jae Kyung was away on a business trip, I can’t leave Sung Jae alone so I invited him to come here with us and mom actually liked my idea.” Bobby finished and So Hyun was smoking in anger.

                “Come now. Do you really hate me that much that you would actually like me to be all alone for summer vacation? And here I thought you would at least be pleased seeing me here.” Sung Jae interrupted, smirking at her.

                “And why the heck would I be happy seeing your annoying face here? Thanks to you, my summer is all ruined.” So Hyun spat back and Sung Jae stopped smirking. Even Bobby sensed something bad.

                “But you would be happy if that Nam Joo Hyuk was here, right?” Sung Jae was now gritting his
