“It’s been a week.” JooHyuk stated. “She’s still avoiding me!” He shrieked.

JooHyuk was in their room with Hyun Hyeong. He kept on complaining about So Hyun’s avoidance while Hyun Hyeong was just listening lamely. JooHyuk was getting more worried about So Hyun as the days passed by but he couldn’t do anything about it since she was avoiding him and the fact that Sung Jae was always hovering around her.

                “Don’t get all fussy. I’m sure Gu So Hyun has some reason why she’s avoiding you.” Hyun Hyeong consoled.

                “I just want to have some time to actually talk with her. Maybe I’ve done something wrong and might’ve upset her.” JooHyuk exclaimed disappointedly.

JooHyuk was waiting for Hyun Hyeong’sanswer to his statement just now but he was silent. JooHyuk turned to his friend and noticed that Hyun Hyeong was lost in his own thoughts.

                “Yah. What’s wrong?” JooHyuk asked making Hyun Hyeong turn to him.

                “Nothing. I was just thinking.” Hyun Hyeong answered. “Have you noticed anything different from Sae Ron lately? I mean, recently she was so mad at you and didn’t even talk to you, but now..?” Hyun Hyeong added.

                “Yeah. I couldn’t believe that she was talking to me again like nothing has happened at all.” JooHyuk was feeling happy. “But what about it?” He asked right after, still confused to what his friend was trying to say.

                “I don’t know but I couldn’t shake off the feeling that Sae Ron had something to do with why Gu So Hyun started to avoid you.” Hyun Hyeong confessed and JooHyuk knitted his eyebrows in disbelief. “Lately, I noticed that Sae Ron has changed. She became like a whole different person especially when you started to develop feelings for Gu So Hyun.” Hyun Hyeongadded. “And ever since that SeoYoo Jung girl became her friend.” He thought.

                “That’s absurd. I’m sure it’s just your hunches.” JooHyuk denied. “Sae Ron is a good person. She wouldn’t do something like that.” He continued. “I hope.” He said to his self, doubting his own words.

It was Monday. Another day to start the week but for So Hyun and her F4 friends, it was another day of torture. The whole school was still talking trash about them even though the media and the people outside the school were already keeping their mouth shut about the scandal. So Hyun was wondering why the students at UK were still hating and criticizing them. As So Hyun and her friends were walking along the corridors, they could clearly hear the students, gossiping and badmouthing them but they kept on walking ahead, ignoring them.

                “Aisshh. Why the hell do we have to ignore them? I could totally kick their .” Sung Kyoung commented.

                “Yah! Are you mad? They’ll only hate us more.” Suhyun replied.

                “Suhyun’s right, Kyoungie-ah.” So Hyun agreed to Suhyun’s statement.

                “But I wonder why these rumours and hating still lingers?” Hayi asked.

                “I don’t know why but I have a hunch.” So Hyun said.

                “What is it?” Sung Kyoung asked right away.

So Hyun didn’t answer but instead, she looked at someone’s direction and the rest of them followed her gaze. Yoo Jung was standing beside her best friend, Sae Ron. They were talking to some of the girls and started to look at their direction. At first, they were quiet but then, they started to murmur with each other and laughed at So Hyun’s direction.

                “Are you saying that it was Yoo Jung who’s behind this?” Suhyun asked.

                “Makes sense. Aisshh! That !” Sung Kyoung was furious.

                “We don’t know that yet so you have to calm down.” Hayi said to Sung Kyoung.

                “Hayi’s right. It’s just my hunch.” So Hyun added. “For now, we just have to..” So Hyun started. “Oww!” So Hyun exclaimed in pain after bumping into someone.

So Hyun and her friends were all chatting with each other while they were walking. They were so engrossed withtheir conversation that somehow they didn’t realized that there was a group of senior boys playing catch ball in front of them and accidentally bumped So Hyun. The seniors immediately surrounded So Hyun and her group.

                “Yah! Are you nuts?” The boy who bumped So Hyun shouted.

                “Aishh.. Yah, it was..” Sung Kyoung started but she felt someone held her hand to stop her.

                “I’m so sorry, sunbae. It was my fault.” So Hyun exclaimed, bowing her head at the same time.

                “Oh! If it isn’t Gu Jun Pyo’s daughter and her brat friends.” One of the boys exclaimed.

So Hyun was okay if she apologizes but she suddenly felt irritated when they got her friends involved. She was holding her temper back but when her seniors were starting to criticize them publicly, she couldn’t take them anymore.

                “I’m sorry, sunbae but I believe it was your and your friends’ fault.” So Hyun stated boldly, making her seniors and all the students who were watching them gasped in disbelief. “You owe me an apology.” She added.

                “What? Why you little..” The boy raised his hand, ready to hit her but they got distracted by the sound of the class bell. “It’s your lucky day.” He said after hearing the bell. “But I’ll get back at you for this.” He added and they left.

As soon as the senior boys left, So Hyun’s friends quickly surrounded her, asking her if she was okay. Somehow, So Hyun felt tense the whole time she was facing her seniors but after they left she felt relieve and could actually feel her knees buckling.

                “I.. I have to go to the ladies’ room.” So Hyun said. “You guys, go ahead.” She added.

JooHyuk was in a hurry. He woke up late and was in a hurry in order for him not to be late in class again. He was running along the corridor when he spotted So Hyun walking alone. He noticed that she was wobbling while walking and it made him worried and immediately approached her.

                “Gu So Hyun!” JooHyuk called and So Hyun turned. “Are you okay? What happened?” He asked.

                “Nothing. I’m fine.” So Hyun answered coldly.

                “But..”JooHyuk protested but So Hyun threw him a glare and went inside the Ladies’ room.

JooHyuk was frustrated. He couldn’t exactly go inside the Ladies’ room to talk with her so he decided to just leave her alone for now. So Hyun was inside in one of the cubicles and kept herself in there until she calms down. She got outside after a while but she suddenly felt tense all over again when she saw Sae Ron standing in front of her.

                “What the.. What are you doing there?” So Hyun asked nervously.

                “What do you think?” Sae Ron answered but So Hyun just stared back at her blankly.

                “I.. I have to go to class.” So Hyun was about to leave but Sae Ron grabbed her right arm. “What.. What are you doing? Let go of me.” So Hyun demanded but Sae Ron just gripped her arm more tightly.

                “Oh, come on. It’s not like I was going to hurt you.” Sae Ron said.

                “You already ARE hurting me.” So Hyun answered, trying to free herself from Sae Ron’s grip.

                “Oh, you mean THIS?” Sae Ron suddenly held So Hyun’s arm even tighter, making So Hyun yelped in pain. “Don’t get me wrong, Gu So Hyun. I will really hurt you if you ever talk or look at MY JooHyuk again.” She warned.

So Hyun was horrified. She couldn’t believe that this was Sae Ron she onece knew. Sae Ron seems to be a whole lot different from her usual good natured self.So Hyun suddenly felt afraid of her and worried for her at the same time. So Hyun grabbed Sae Ron’s hands in between hers and looked at her intently.

                “Sae Ron-ah, are you okay? What’s going on with you?” So Hyun asked worriedly.

                “Don’t touch me!” Sae Ron swatted So Hyun’s hands. “Why do you care?” She shouted.

                “Park Sae Ron!” So Hyun shouted back. “This is not you! Get a grip, will you?” So Hyun exclaimed.

                “I’m not me? Ha!” Sae Ron was incredulous. “You don’t know me, Gu So Hyun. Believe me or not, this is the real me. My true
