“So Hyun-ah!” Suhyun suddenly barge inside So hyun’s private hospital room.

                “We’ve come to visit!” Hayi together with Sung Kyoung and Chan Hyuk followed.

                “Hey! Don’t forget about us.” Jun Hue accused and popped out from behind the door.

                “Hey couz! How’re you feeling?” Bobby greeted and came in together with Bi, Dong Hyuk and Sung Jae.

So Hyun was so happy seeing her friends again, especially Sung Jae. It has been a week since she woke up but it was the first time Sung Jae came to visit her at the hospital. Every time Bobby would visit her with his friends, Sung Jae was always not around with them so it made her question why.

                “I’m so much better now.” So Hyun answered. “Uncle Ji Hoo told me that I could be home the day after tomorrow.” So Hyun informed and everyone was happy hearing the news.

                “That’s good news!” Suhyun exclaimed.

                “Oh, right!” Hayi suddenly remembered the basket she was carrying. “We brought you some fruits.” She added.

                “Thanks, Hayi-ah.” So Hyun smiled.

                “Here, let me peel them for you.” Suhyun offered and took a small knife from the table.

                “Ah, yah yah! Someone stop the wailing woman before somebody will get stab by her.” Jun Hue commented.

                “What did you just say?” Suhyun glared at Jun Hue. “Come here you little..” Suhyun started to chase Jun Hue around the room with the knife still on her hand.

                “Yah!” Jun Hue started to ran away. “Someone help me! I’m seriously going to die here!” Jun Hue wailed.

                “Aisshh! Keep it down, you damn prick! You’re so loud! We’re in a hospital, for Pete’s sake!” Sung Kyoung roared but both Suhyun and Jun Hue were still running around the room.

                “Hah! Says the one who’s keeping it down.” Bi commented and Sung Kyoung threw him a deadly look. “Yah, Jun Hue-ah!” Bi called. “Why would you be freaking out just because of a small knife if there’s Sung Kyoung’s cursing enough to actually get someone get stab instead?” Bi finished with his smirk.

                “Aisshh! You little head! Come here, and I’ll make sure you’ll get stab!” Sung Kyoung was about to make her way at Bi but Chan Hyuk went to stop her. “Let go of me! Aisshh.” Sung Kyoung demanded.

                “Calm down! Or the both of you will end up being admitted at the hospital instead!” Chan Hyuk said.

                “Umm.. I’ll get us some coffees.” Hayi made her way to the exit door but Bobby grabbed her hand and intertwined it with his, making all eyes gape at them with their mouths wide open.

                “I’ll come with you.” Bobby stated with a red face.

                “Yah! Are the two of you..” Suhyun was in utter disbelief.

                “Woah! Daebak! You’re dating? No wonder the wailing woman is getting cranky.” Jun Hue commented.

                “What???!” Suhyun went to chase Junhue again and the chaos resume inside the room.

                “Ah, yah! Did you really come to visit me or you just wanted to be with Hayi?” So Hyun accused, eyeing both Hayi and her cousin suspiciously.

                “I actually came to be with her this time. Sorry couz! Hehe.” Bobby admitted, winking at his cousin and he quickly dragged Hayi out from the room.

So Hyun was hopeless just by staring around the room. Both Suhyun and Jun Hue was still chasing and running away from each other while Sung Kyoung and Bi was still throwing curses and glares at each other and Chan Hyuk was still holding Sung Kyoung back from attacking Bi. Dong Hyuk, as usual was quietly sitting at the corner, sleeping. So Hyun’s eyes finally rested at Sung Jae. So Hyun noticed that he’s been quiet all the time since they arrived and it made her wonder and she didn’t realized that her eyebrows were now knitted together.

                “So Hyunie!” Sung Jae suddenly ran towards her. “Are you okay? Are you in pain?” He continued.

                “I.. What?” Sohyunie was confused about his question.

                “Aisshh! Yah!” Sung Jae suddenly turned to the others and they all froze from Sung Jae sudden outburst. “Keep it down, will you! Sohyunie is still healing! Can’t you at least be considerate? Aisshh! You stupid brats!” He shouted.

So Hyun was surprised herself. She suddenly was amazed by the silent and she noticed that the others were looking awkward and guilty at the same time. So Hyun almost laughed but stopped herself.

                “Guys..” So Hyun broke the silence. “Can you leave us? Sung Jae and I?” So Hyun requested and everyone looked surprised, especially Sung Jae.

                “Me? Why?” Sung Jae sounded nervous.

Everyone started to move, even Dong Hyuk started to head for the exit. The others started to snicker and looked at Sung Jae mournfully and Sung Jae couldn’t help his self from fidgeting in nervousness.

                “Good luck.” Chan Hyuk said just before going out from the room.

                “Wha.. What?” Sung Jae started to panic and Dong Hyuk tapped his shoulders for comfort and nodded before he left. “Yah! Choi Dong Hyuk! You little.. You dare to betray me? Aisshh.” Sung Jae exclaimed.

                “Oh god. I hope you survive this, Yook Sung Jae.” Suhyun stated and headed out.

                “Rest in peace.” Jun Hue said and put his hands together like he was praying.

                “Yah! What’s that supposed to mean?” Sung Jae glowered but Jun Hue was already running away.

                “Sung Jae-ah.” Bi called and Sung Jae turned. “Just keep yourself alive, will you?” He finished and walked out.

                “What the hell?” Sung Jae grimaced. “Yah, Yoon Sung Kyoung!” He called Sung Kyoung when she was about to go out from the room silently. “What’s going on here?” Sung Jae asked.

                “What?” Sung Kyoung spat back. “You might have made So Hyun angry with all the shouting you did yourself just now.” Sung Kyoung answered indifferently and ran out from the room leaving him alone with So Hyun.

Meanwhile, Joo Hyuk was on his way to visit Sae Ron at the hospital where she was being treated. Sae Ron was said to be treated for about 4 to 6 weeks and from time to time, Joo Hyuk with his other friends came by to visit. This time, Joo Hyuk was alone and when he finally saw her, he couldn’t help his self from feeling sorry for her all over again.

                “How’re you doing?” Joo Hyuk asked.

                “I’m okay. I can finally sleep without the nightmares.” Sae Ron answered.

                “That’s good to hear.” Joo Hyuk answered back and the atmosphere started to get awkward again.

                “I think I know why you visited me alone this time.” Sae Ron broke the silence and Joo Hyuk flinched.

                “Sae Ron-ah..” Joo Hyuk started.

                “I’m letting you go, Nam Joo Hyuk.” Sae Ron interrupted, making Joo Hyuk’s eyes widen. “I know I’ve been difficult for the past few weeks and I’m sorry. It’s just that, since our middle school days I’ve always liked you and I thought nothing would change even if we’ve become high school students.” Sae Ron continued. “Everybody changes, right?” She added and her eyes started to get red but she managed to stop herself from crying.

                “That’s exactly what So Hyun has said to me.” Joo Hyuk exclaimed, smiling all to himself.

                “Gu So Hyun? What do you mean?” Sae Ron asked, feeling confuse.

A few days ago:

                “What do you mean by that So Hyun-ah?” Joo Hyuk asked, looking hurt.

                “I mean what I meant. I think that you should give up on me.” So Hyun repeated.

                “Why? Did I do something wrong?” Joo Hyuk asked again.

                “No! No, of course not.” So Hyun answered quickly.

                “Then why?” Joo Hyuk asked desperately.

                “That’s exactly why.” So Hyun answered. “You’ve done nothing wrong and it made me feel guilty.” So Hyun added. “Ever since the day that I met you, I liked you.” So Hyun confessed.

                “And now?” Joo Hyuk asked, looking expectant but So Hyun couldn’t look at him in the eyes. “Is it Yook Sung Jae?” Joo Hyuk finally realized. “Do you like him?” Joo Hyuk asked again.

                “Yes.” So Hyun answered and Joo Hyuk was heartbroken. “And I like you, too!” So Hyun added and Joo Hyuk was taken aback. “That’s why you have to let me go. I felt horrible for liking the both of you at the same time. I don’t know why but I do.” So Hyun’s voice started to crack. “I don’t deserve either one of you.” She finished.

                “So Hyun-ah..” Joo Hyuk started.

                “People changes. EVERYBODY changes and I’m not an exception. And neither are you. You may still change the way you’re feeling for me right now. So you have to give up on me as early as possible. The sooner it’ll be, the sooner we will all get healed from all of these.” So Hyun finished.

The present:

                “What? Did So
