*flashback*

Minhee’s father look at his watch and the clock was showing to 10.03pm which was over Minhee’s bedtime. That night Minhee was celebrating her 7th birthday with her parents at a beautiful dining restaurant. She was really enjoying herself. But too bad she had to go home as she has school tomorrow.

Before leaving, her mother does not forget to take a picture together using her poloraid. They took a few selcas. The picture came out perfectly as it was that night. Minhee picked the last selca and kept it in her small purple bag. But then she didn’t kept it in her bag, but she took out a wooden pencil and wrote :

“3rd of September 2006 – Celebrated my 7th birthday with my precious lovely parents. I can’t asked for more. This has been the most special and most important day of my life. Thank God and thank you parents for bringing me to this world. I feel grateful and I will try my best to make you happy”

After she wrote that, she smiled widely, from ear to ear. She has never experienced a day like this as her parents have been busy everyday. But she’s very grateful as her parents took a day off to spend their time with their only beautiful child, Park Minhee. Her mother suddenly burst in tears as she read that note. Her parents hugged her tightly for about 3 minutes.

After that, Minhee’s fahter took a piece of tissue paper and wiped the tears off Minhee’s cheeks. Her mother did the same to her while Minhee wiped her parent’s tears using her bare fingers. After that, Minhee grabbed her bag and hold her parent’s hands tightly. She just couldn’t let them go. They walked happily together to the parking lot and enters in the car.

Minhee’s mother helped her by putting on her seatbelt while her father started the car enjine. Then, she tooked out the picture and just stare at it. Minhee’s father couldn’t be more happier to see his only child being happy by looking at the mirror. Without his father noticing, it was a dead end and suddenly, the car crashed and burned. A few minutes later, someone came and helped them.

One of the brave gentlements managed to get Minhee out of the car. But Minhee’s parents were too late to be saved. She was crying her heart out loud. But nobody knows how to calm her down since she kept shoving people who are coming her way. She stood up while holding the picture and tried to walk to the burnt car with a heavy heart
