It was at the end-of-semester party, three months after Seulgi’s confession, when the two girls drank a little too much. Too intoxicated to drive, they shared a room (and a bed) at a hotel.

They were sober enough to think straight but Seulgi doesn’t trust herself with decisions even with just half a bottle of beer. They were watching a re-run of Pretty Little Liars when Irene leans in and lays her head on Seulgi’s shoulders.

“Irene…” Seulgi says, but was cut off when Irene looked up and kissed her on the lips, gently at first.

A few gasps and shortness of breath later, Seulgi stopped what they were doing and lead Irene down to lie on the bed to sleep instead. Albeit being instinctive, she hates doing things she or other people might regret. Not that Seulgi would ever regret this, but Irene might.
