“Thanks so much for lunch, Soo!” Eye-smile.

            “No problem. Thanks for agreeing to go through with this.” The taller girl reached over and patted Tiffany’s hand softly; a friendly gesture, and blushed “Can I show it to you?”

            Tiffany smiled. “Of course!”

            Sooyoung whipped out a small, red box and gingerly opened it. Nested in the middle was a glimmering, diamond ring. A wedding ring, to be exact. Tiffany was breathless as she looked at the ring. “Soo! This is so beautiful! Yes! Of course! Yes!”

Sooyoung let out a loud sigh of relief. “Really?”

            “Really!”

            Tiffany walked over to the other side of the table and gave the taller girl a hug. As she broke away, she saw someone familiar standing in front of her, just three tables away, with a shocked and horrified expression on her face. The figure dropped everything she was holding and ran out of the café, leaving Tiffany open-mouthed.

            “Who was that?”

            Tiffany gulped. She knew. She knew that the other person had overheard their conversation and most likely had misinterpreted it.

           “That…was Taeyeon.”
