After school, Wonwoo immediately went to the hospital thanks to Jun.

"Jeon Wonwoo?"

Wonwoo turned his head to the side as he heard his name.

"Umm, yes?"

"Oh! You're finally here!" The woman grabbed Wonwoo's arm and led him.

"Umm, who are you?"

"I'm the patient's mother. You're going to teach Kim Mingyu, right?"

"Oh yes!" Wonwoo smiled.

The mother of Mingyu squealed as Wonwoo was a handsome man.

Soon, they entered a room but it was quiet.

"Umm, is your son here?"

"Yeah, he's just asleep. I'll be leaving you two now. Wake him up for me though." Mrs. Kim left.

Mingyu's mother must be in a hurry.

"Umm, Mingyu?" Wonwoo tried to pat Mingyu's head.

Unfortunately, it was Mingyu's forehead.

"What the heck?" Mingyu stood up to glare at the visitor.

Wonwoo was shocked as he sat down at the nearby chair.

"Who are you?"

"I'm Wonwoo." Wonwoo bowed.

"Oh... the blind teacher."

Wonwoo smiled.

"So you're really blind, huh?" Mingyu waved his hand in front of Wonwoo who just nodded with a smile.

"Why? Is it your first time meeting a blind man?"

"Yeah." Mingyu scratched his nape.

"How old are you, Mingyu?"

"I'm 19. How about you?"

"I'm your hyung then. I'm 20."

"Just a year difference." 

Wonwoo just chuckled as he shook his head in disbelief.

"Why did you want to learn anyway?"

Mingyu flinched but still smiled.

Good thing Wonwoo couldn't see that.

"Well... I've been trapped in this hospital for... 3 years, I guess." Mingyu chuckled.

"Really? Wow."

"My parents didn't want me to stay here but we have no choice as they're not always home. That's why they dumped me here." Mingyu laughed lightly.

"Yah. They didn't dump you. They entrusted you."

"Same thing. You just made the word dump seem so beautiful." Mingyu pouted.

"Can I touch you?"

Mingyu was surprised at the random question.

"W-What?"

"It's okay if you don't want to!"

"No, it's okay." Mingyu held Wonwoo's hands.

Wonwoo felt himself blushing.

Mingyu smiled as he put Wonwoo's hands on his face.

Wonwoo giggled as he touched Wonwoo's cheeks and pinched it.

"Yah!"

"Sorry." Wonwoo then went to the eyes.

Wonwoo touched every inch of Mingyu's face and he concluded that his student was a handsome man.

"Seems like you're handsome, Mingyu." Wonwoo chuckled.

"I know." Mingyu smirked.

"Conceited, I see." Wonwoo rolled his eyes.

"But thanks. For calling me handsome. You're not so bad yourself."

Wonwoo smiled as he stuck his tongue out.

"Let's skip class for today. During the first day, we get to know each other." Wonwoo placed his bag on the floor as he placed his arms on the bed.

"Aigoo, we're not in school."

"Still! I'm here to teach you and since I'm the teacher, you will do what I say. Got it?" Wonwoo raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, sir." Mingyu laughed.

Wonwoo smiled.

This patient is so carefree.

"So Mingyu, I didn't actually quite get what your sickness is."

"It's cancer."

Wonwoo frowned for a second because even though he can't see, he's quite sure Mingyu was smilling when he said he has cancer.

"What stage?"

"Stage 2." Mingyu shrugged.

"You sound fine."

"That's because I am fine. I can still walk and talk. I don't get why they're treating me so delicately."

"That's because you have cancer, dear student."

"That's not a good excuse, dear teacher. I mean, I want to explore. I want to do things I can never do again... I want to fall in love."

"Yah, you're saying that as if you want to live life to the fullest before you die."
