Yoongi watched Taehyung as he ate in front of him, smiling fondly. He noticed that Taehyung loves burgers, judging from the fact that he ordered a meal that came with a large burger. Meanwhile, Yoongi was elegantly enjoying his linguine.

“Is it that delicious?” Yoongi asked. Taehyung looked up and nodded, his cheek bulging with his mouth stuffed. He offered Yoongi the burger, to which Yoongi leaned forward and bit into it a little. He wiped the sauce that smeared on his cheeks with his thumb as he chewed.

“Not bad,” he murmured. He swirled the linguine on his plate onto his fork and offered it to Taehyung. Taehyung looked at him in surprise before he swallowed his burger down and ate the offered pasta. He chewed and beamed at Yoongi.

“It’sh naish,” Taehyung remarked. Yoongi scolded him lightly, telling him to swallow his food down before speaking.

Yoongi had come to treasure days like this where the two of them dine outside. They have never actually specified it, but it felt like a date for him. It was pretty nostalgic for Yoongi, going out on lunch dates. Taehyung was a messy eater, but Yoongi takes pleasure in wiping the things smeared on Taehyung’s face with either his thumb or a wet tissue.

Yoongi was leaning forward to wipe the black sauce on Taehyung’s left cheek when the bell on the door ring, signalling a new customer’s entry. Yoongi would have ignored it if it wasn’t for the fact that it was 2 very familiar people. Yoongi froze.

Taehyung noticed Yoongi stiffening and turned to look at what Yoongi saw. When he saw Jimin entering with Hobi-hyung, his heart stopped. He glanced a little at Yoongi who was still staring at them before calling out.

“Hobi-hyung! Jimin!” The two of them turned to look at the source of the familiar voice. Hoseok casually waved back whereas Jimin visibly stiffened. Taehyung motioned them to sit with him and Yoongi while Yoongi looked at his husband in alarm. What was he thinking?

Hoseok strutted towards them and greeted the two of them, smiling. But his eyes were sharp when he looked at Yoongi. Yoongi shifted his eyes away and looked at Jimin who refused to look at him.

“How’s London, Jimin?” Taehyung asked excitedly. Jimin shifted in his chair as he sat next to Taehyung. He smiled a little and began to talk to about his experience there. Hoseok settled their orders before turning towards Yoongi.

“How’s the legs?” he asked. Jimin looked at Hoseok before he finally glanced at Yoongi.

“Doing good. The physiotherapist said I could run in probably the next 3 months,” Yoongi murmured.

“What happened to your legs, hyung?” Jimin asked in worry.

“He got into an accident. Coincidentally on the day that you left,” Hoseok acidly replied. Jimin stared at him wide-eyed before turning to Taehyung who busied hi
