CHAPTER 4

I woke up to a hand caressing my forehead. My heart beat picked up and my breathing sped up. This man was the one  who just kissed me, He had expectations,  He was hard and unforgiving … like Jobrani, but I feel guilty for making that association. Jobrani had Hurt me. Seunghyun… He looked like you would protect me.

"Are you okay?… It's okay you don't have to be scared" He reached out to me when I moved away from him.

“don't touch me" horror crossing my face “you don't know anything about me”

“I know I like you, you are beautiful, I know you are kind, innocent and pure hearted” 

"you wouldn't say that if you knew”

"Knew what?” He said in the soft, warm Voice . I swallowed nervously

“You can tell me Daniella”  But some secrets shouldn't be shared no matter how badly I wanted to be able to trust someone. Just because He was telling me He liked, and was being caring didn't mean I should bear my soul.

He sighted, brushed my hair over my ear and started to caress the line of my jaw.

"I know you don't trust to me yet, but you will. You will know soon enough that'll never do anything to hurt you.”

I wanted to believe him. More than I ever wanted anything else. I open my mouth to speak but He silenced me with his mouth. His kiss was demanding. It overwhelmed my senses and made me feel powerless. It scared the Holy hell out of me, but I didn't know if I feared him as much as I feared my reaction.

"just give me a chance”

I'd over my swollen lips and nodded. He brushed his lips across mine and stopped to nibble at My lower lip and slowly pulled away from my lips. I sat up and pulled the covers protectively to my chin. 

“I'm hungry, do you want some ramyun??” I nodded 

He smiled and then got up to leave. I soon As He was gone, I scrambled out of bed and Changed out of my pajamas. His effect on me was devastating, and that scared me. He is the type of men, women fell hard for. The type of men, women would make an absolute fool of herself over. My skin still prickled with awareness, highly sensitized from his touch. My lips throbbed and tingled from the sensation of his mouth over mine. And He only kissed me. When  I was dressed , I walked to the door and stood hesitantly with my hand on the knob.  How could I walk into the Kitchen after what had happened? I was so confused by my reaction to him , had I just agreed to give him a chance? 

Taking a deep breath, I opened the door and slipped down the hall toward the kitchen. The smells coming from the stove made my mouth water. Seunghyun moved closer to me and rubbed his hand over my shoulder.

“Are you ok” I flinched away from his touch

 “I’m fine” 

“lets eat then”

I flushed and set my chopsticks on the plate. Seunghyun  plucked a glass of orange juice next to me, and I smiled slightly at him before gulping down half of the contents. 

“We should go to sleep, we have to head back to Seoul tomorrow” I said  grabbing the plates to go and settle them in the sink. 

“ok, sleep well” 

I turned to leave  and as soon as I was behind closed doors I huddled on the bed, and hugged my knees to my chest. And cried my heart out. I sobbed loudly as the pain in my chest became bigger.  A few minutes later, Seunghyun sat beside me , rubbing a soothing hand up and down my back, but I barely registered his presence. He cursed under his breath and knelt down on the floor in front of the bed. He reached  for one of my hands
