Declaring his love to me was a brave move from Oppa considering we were both in public. Then again we were in a foreign country where most should not have understood what Oppa had been confessing in Korean out loud to me. I was near to tears. Touched by his words, I was speechless and covered my mouth. Since I was blocking the queue to immigration, I had to move on in already.

He loves me.

Before I boarded the plane, still feeling surreal from his confession, I sent oppa a “I love you too” text. I got a smiley face reply and a text that said I will not give this up easily. I’ll talk it out with him so please wait for me back home.

I guessed he was not letting us go just yet. I was not sure how his talk with Sungbin would come out but now that I was assured of his love to me, I felt so much more relieved and more confident that our relationship was going to be all right. I was on cloud nine throughout my flight home, literally. But I was still bent on finding the culprit who leaked to Sungbin as soon as I arrived back in Seoul. The curiosity was still killing me and at this moment, the only suspect left was Younha.

After I had settled back home and overcame my jet-lagged a couple of days later, I texted Younha when she was free to meet up. She replied that I could come by her apartment any evening since she got into a concert accident and had to rest at home to recuperate from her injured ankle.

Concerned, I called her immediately and informed her I would be visiting her that evening. When I arrived at her apartment, I found our mutual bestie Hyunah there as well. She opened the door for me and hugged me. Guess she was visiting the injured as well.

I hugged my BFFs warmly and checked on my dear Younha’s ankle injury. We gathered around in Youn’s living room where she related how she got her injury in a freak accident at her own concert.

“I’m bed-ridden for 6 months, babe.” Younha revealed her current status. “I’m surprised you weren’t aware of what happened to me? Where were you?”

“Erm….out of the country.” I half disclosed. Since Hyunah was unaware of the whole Q oppa-dating-me-and-Sungbin-finding-out situation, it was not the right time to tell all or to ask Younha if she spilled the beans to Sungbin. However, I did feel awful to be keeping the secret of my new boyfriend from a close friend like Hyunah.

“No wonder… “ Younha added. “I would think the girls or your ex-boyfriend would have told you, since he attended my concert.”

Oh? But wait…. which ex? Both my exes were friendly with her.
