Sooyoung wearing white dress, Sungjae’s sister lend it to her, she wait until her father goes to office and then she come out from her room, check her dress once again and immedietly goes to wedding hall. Sungjae accompanies her until the bus stop,

“You look girlies when you wear that dress, wear that kind of dress often, it’s suit you,” he praised Sooyoung suddenly.

“Although you said those words many time, I won’t wear this kind of dress if it’s not for a formal event.”

“You’ll be alright, right?, if I had a car, I’ll drive you there, but I don’t have it so..”

“Even you had a car, I wouldn’t get in your car. You even didn’t get your license yet..I don’t want to put my own live in danger,” after he heard that, Sungjae hits her arm, and it become quiet, she looks worried, don’t know what she worried about, Sungjae ask her,

“Are you alright?, should I came with you?,” he look sworried.

“No, I’ll come by myself. It’s okay,” she said, the bus come, “I’ll go, I’ll talk a lot with her..” and waving her hand to him.

In the wedding hall, there are a lot of artist, her mother’s new husband is a succesfull drama producer,

“It’s okay, I can do this,” she tried to peak at bride room, there is still a lot of guests who come to see her mother, she stop at the entrance and waiting until all of the guest come out from that room. Her mother saw her and she start ask her guests to waiting outside because there is a guest who she want to talk to, privately. Sooyong come in and give her gift to her mother, “congratulation on your marriage, I’ll go home, I’m afraid that dad will know that I came here. Congratulation once again,” when she turn her head and want to leave her, her mother grab her hand,

“Wait a minutes, I want to talk something to you,” she sit next to her mother, “Mom hope, today it’s the last time you see me, because your mother have another family..my new husband also have a child, I must take care of her. I hope you understand.”

“I never asked you come to see me, I also never asked you to texted me. You are the one who make me come here and see you, and heard my mother told me that today is the last day of our meeting. I never understand you, I won’t understand you. I’m also your child, your own child, but you leave me like this and take care of other person child.” She leave her mom. In outside, the guests look at her, she run to the entrance, she meets Minhyuk there,

“What are you doing here?,” he asked while grabing her hand, “your eyes are red, are you crying?,” he asked again, Sooyoung tried to released her hand from Minhyuk’s hand.

“What are you doing?,” Minhyuk released her hand and he leave him, run to her mom,

“mom, I’m sorry, I think, I can’t attend the reception until the end, I’ll congratulate uncle and then go somewhere,” his mom didn’t give him answer, but he just run to his uncle, congratulate him and have a talk, then run again, outside the building,

“Yahh...Minhyuk-ah, where are you going?,” his mother screamed, but he didn’t give response to her. He follow Sooyoung from behind, Sooyoung didn’t know it,

Sooyoung stop at a playground, and sit on one of the bench, Minhyuk watch her from a far, she start cry again, then her phone rang, she wipe her tears and talk to someone who called her, she try to smile, although it’s really obvious that she force herself to smile,

“I have an event in school, I’ll come home little bit late. Dad, are you still in police office?,” she asked.

“Hmm..dad will be late too, if you come home first, eat fisrt, don’t wait for me,” after said goodbye, she end the call and then silently staring at the kids who play with their friends and their moms, “it’s must be happy if my mom still like that until today...mom, are you already tired to take care of me?, said it..I won’t make you work hard to take care of me..I’m already grow up, I can take care of myself well..just..don’t say that we can’t meet again..hmm,” after she said that, Minhyuk suddenly sit next to her,

“Is the bride your mom?, ” he asked, Sooyoung shocked with his sudden coming.

“What are you doing, sunbae-nim?,” she asked.

“Just call me Oppa..Minhyuk oppa, we are not at school now..so, the bride is your mother?, so your mother will be my new aunt,” his words make Sooyoung more shocked than before.

“Aunt?, how can my mother became your aunt?. Are you...Lee Gyuhan’s..” Sooyoung didn’t continue her words,

“My father is Lee Gyuhan’s brother..so..” he grab Sooyoung hand, and pull her, “follow me, let’s have fun..”

“I’m not in the mood to have fun..don’t force me..” she tried to pull her hand from his by hitting his hand, “yah…I said that I’m not in the mood..why you doing this to me?,” because angry, she screamed when said that.

“Like this..comfortably..like you talk to your best friend..Sungjae..” Sooyoung shocked once again, he knows about Sungjae, “why, the whole school know about it..you and your best friend..Sungjae,” he said while he looks at her.

“I thought only the girls who know about that, the boys know about that too..,” he forced her to sit in front of convenience store, “Could it be..sunbaenim is his fanboy?,” Minhyuk shocked after heard that.

“You joked, right?, why am I his fanboy?. I’m your fanboy..” after he said that, he goes inside the convinence store to buy something, while Sooyoung look confused with what he said just now. But, now she found more comfortable around him.

“I know that’s immpossible if you are his fanboy, because you are an idol too in that school, in the other hand Sungjae’s hyungnim..hehe..” she start talk a lot, Minhyuk smiling because she look more comfortable now. Minhyuk give her a drink and chocolate.

“Am I look like that for you?, I’m not that great..I’m just good at sport..for study..I’m just..so..so. not like your friend..,” he talking about Sungjae who known for his brains.

“So, the conclusion from this talk is..if you want to be a school idol you must have something that will appeal people around you or something you good at..for Minhyuk sunbaenim is sport..and for Sungjae is study..is there something I good at?,” she asked to herself.

“There is something that standout from you..your weight,” when he said that Sooyoung look dissapointed, “your brightness and your looks,” Sooyoung looks more shocked, “and..just call me oppa..what’s with sunbaenim..I don’t like it.”

Sooyoung nervously eat her chocolate and drink her bevarage, “sunbaenim..,” Minhyuk glaring at him, “Ah..oo..ppa, I’ll leave first, thank you for the snack..” when she stand up,

“I leave with you..we ride the same bus..” he said.

“Ah..shouldn’t you go to wedding party..it’s almost finishied.”

“Like you said, because..it’s almost finished, I won’t go there..” he follow her from behind.

Sungjae waiting for her in front of her apartement, he messege her and her replied is

I’m on the way home..

It’s just 4 Pm, but look like already 7 Pm. It’s so dark, it’s gonna be rain so Sungjae goes back to his apartement and bring an umbrella,

“Mom, is there the other umbrella?,” he asked.

“Your sister and your dad bring the two,,and the one is already broken, just that umbrella. Used that, that is big enough for two people,” his mother know that he want to oick up Sooyoung at the bus stop. He bring one umbrella and goes straight to bus stop, he still far away from the bus stop, but he saw Sooyoung with someone next to her, she smiling happily.

“Is he her friend?,” when he comes a little bit closer, he knows that the person is no other than their sunbae in school, Minhyuk, “why that sunbaenim seem so interest with Sooyoung?.”

The bus that Minhyuk wait already come, he waved his hand and sit near the window, Sooyoung wave her hnad to him..and then bow to him..the bus goes and Sungjae come,

“Wah..my beloved friend already come?,” she runs to him and share the sme umbrella with him. Suddenly he grabs her hand and put her hand on umbrella handle,

“Use it, I have something to do, just go home by ypurself..” he said and then leave her.

“Yah..you’’ll get sick if you go like that, let’s go together..” Sungjae walk fatster, “Yah..Sungjae-yah..” she screamed but Sungjae didn’t response her, he crossed the road, “yah..you’ll get sick if you like that,” she want to follow him but, traffic light change to red, so she stop, when she try to look for him, she already lost him, she doesn’t know where he go..

“Ah..the rain is too much, why did he do that?,” she asked to herself, she decide to go home first, change to a comfortable shirt and try to look for him. She tried to contact his friend who leave near their apartement, accros that road, his friend apartement,

“Yah..Ilhoon-ah..is Sungjae there?,” she asked, Ilhoon doesn’t reply right away..and keep stutter when try to answer her question, “don’t lie to me..” and end the call, Sooyoung get the umbrella and goes to Ilhoon’s apartement.

“Yah..why are you doing this?,” Ilhoon asked Sungjae who is lying on his bed, he already change his shirt with Ilhoon’s shirt..

“I don’t know..Ah, where is your comics, lent me some..,” Ilhoon opens a big box..

“Here..you can choose,” not long after Sungjae choosed one of the comics, Sooyoung come,

“Ilhoon-ah..your friend..,” his mother said, Ilhoon runs to the living room to meet his guest,

“Oh..Sooyoung-ah..”

“Where is he?, he didn’t brought umbrella when run to your house..,” she runs to Ilhoon room, “Yah..,” she screamed and saw Sungjae reading comic while lying down on bed.

“It’s not your house, lower your voice,” he said with soft voice.

“He just want to read my new comic,” Ilhoon come with snack and three glasses of warm drink, “drink this first, in outside still rain hard.” Sooyoung sit near the bed and take the drink, and then eat the snack.

“ Look at this girl, she was on a wedding party and eat the foods there an hour ago, but now..she eat like someone who didn’t eat from morning. So, how is your mother wedding?,” Sungjae asked without looking at Sooyoung.

“Just like that, I leave after give the gift to her, I didn’t eat anything there,” she answer.

“Your mom had wedding today?,” Ilhoon asked and Sooyong replied it with a noded while eating the snack.

“Then, why you back at this time when you just give her the gift and left..” Sungjae pointed out something strange.

“Because I had to go to somewhere after that.”

“Go to somewhere with that sunbae?,” Sungjae asked.

“Sunbae?, who?,” Ilhoon asked to Sungjae and Sooyoung.

“I didn’t go with him, it’s just I meet him there. How did you know it?, you saw us in bus stop?,” Sooyoung asked that but Sungjae doesn’t answer,

“Yah..Ilhoon-ah I want to borrow this comic and this..I’ll give it back to you tomorrow, ” he drink the warm chocolate and then, “I’ll leave first, thank you,” he leave the room, Sooyoung look at him angryly. He bring the umbrella that Sooyoung brought and then come out from Ilhoon’s house, he just walk eventhough Sooyoung call his name again and again,

“Why is he like that?,” Sooyoung mumbling while go down, and she saw Sungjae standing in front of apartement wit an umbrella, who si he waiting, “you didn’t go home?,” Sooyoung asked.

“How can I go home when you still here?, let’s go,” Sooyoung join him in one umbrella..they walked to their apartement, “so, why are you just left after giving her the gift?, you said you will talk a lot with her..”

“She didn’t want to talk a lot with me..I couldn’t forced her,” she forced her smile, “Yah...she want me not meet her or contact her again, because she start a new family,” Sungjae look shocked when he heard that, “how could a mother said that to her own daughter?, because I couldn’t hold my tears..I just leave like that..” suddenly her eyes watery, Sungjae who saw that tried to comfort her by rubbing her back,

“Don’t cry...you still have many people around you who love you. You can call my mom, ‘mom’ if you want, she won’t forbid it.” He pulls her hand because he saw that her shoulder get wet, so their position is really close right now, “let’s eat something in my house before go home, ” they head to Sungjae’s house.

“Yah..you know?, this is one of my list if I have a lover,” she said that while looking at Sungjae.

“You do all weird things..don’t you see that your shoulder and my shoulder get wet because of we use one umbrella..what kind of romance is this?,” Sungjae said.

“It’s romance..if a man titling the umbrella to keep woman dry..and one of his shoulder get wet,” suddenly she pushed Sungjae, so Sungjae shoulder get wet again..,”like this, it’s really romantic..” she is gigling.

“Do that with your boyfriend, not me,” he back to his position, “why you still write list like that when you can’t do that with your boyfriend. You wrote that kind of thing too when we were in middle school..a year agoand you got your first boyfriend..but, you got the wrong one..he was into studying..he was one of the top student back then..when you dated with him..you always go to library..or book store..and then he’ll leave you because he found something more interesting..and at the end..you do all your list with me. So basiccally you make a list for me..,” Sungjae get hit on his head, “Yah..”

“That’s just my list..if he couldn’t do it I won’t forced him,” she defended herself.

“You won’t forced him, but forced me to do all the weird things..wah.,” he hits her back on her head.

“Only one thing you didn’t do it with me according the list..,” Sungjae look at her, “kissing..”

“You wrote that?, you still in middle school that time..what kind of middle schoolar were you?. Wahh...you read too many romance novel..that’s why..” Sooyoung just smiling to her friend.

They are on the way to school right now, sitting next to each other. Sooyoung put her headphone without sharing with Sungjae, suddenly Sungjae took one of her headphone,

“I didn’t share it with you because I thought you won’t like the song..” she said, yeah..she listen to her favourite song.

“It’s okay,” and put on his ear, and then close his eyes.

When the bus stop, Sooyoung stand up and said to him,

“Have a nice day..let’s meet after school,” and then leave him. He knows that she uncomfortable if she walk with me, and just let her go by herself. When he reached the school gate, someone suddenly stand by his side,

“Since when you and Sooyoung that close?, are you friend from child?,” he asked Sungjae, Sungjae look at him, “I want to know more about her..”

“Why you want to know more about her?,” Sungjae asked.

“If a boy want to know more about a girl, is there another reason beside this?. Because I like her..,” Minhyuk said his feeling, Sungjae look shocked knowing his sunbaenim really straight forward person.

“Why you don’t ask her yourself?,” Sungjae asked, he look annoyed.

“Don’t you know about this technic, get close to someone who closed to her, like her best friend. In this school, there is no other person who closed to her like you. So I want to get close to you, and gather information about her,” he really straight forward person, he explain the detail to Sungjae.

“Whatever...” Sungjae just leave him like that.

When lunch time, Sooyoung call Sunghwan who study in another school,

“Yah..it’s already two week now, but..I still alone..you have got a friend, Sunghwan-ah?,” she asked and Sunghwan repied that she already get a friend.

“You should be the one who initiative to look for a friend, don’t just wait,” Sunghwan gave her an advice.

“Yah..you know, there isn’t a girl in this school like you, who want to be friend with me without motive to get closer to Sungjae. When I have a girl-friend like that, I fell that I’ll be use by her..and I don’t like being use like that..,” Sunghwan just laughed to her words.

“There isn’t a girl in school who don’t like Sungjae..or see Sungjae as ordinary school boy?..”

“Until now, I don’t find it..I want to find it badly so I won’t be this lonely in school,” not long after she said that,

“If you feel lonely, why you leave me like that when we reached school,” Sungjae sit next to her.

“Sungjae come?, just enjoy your time with him..be friend with him..haha,” and Sunghwan end the call.

“I really want to enjoy my time in school with him..but I don’t want to be the school girls target..” she look at Sungjae angrily, but he didn’t notice it, “yah..what are you doing?,” she asked.

“Why?, you said that you are lonely..they won’t do anything that’ll harm you..I won’t let it happen, just enjoy your lunch,” Sooyoung eating her lunch, not really like this kind of situation.

“Yah..how can you guarantee that?,” she asked.

“Your class president is my close friend..just stay close with him when you are in class and just stay close with me when you outside class..You think you are the only one who suffered, me too. I hate it when someone call me school idol, I hate it when I get attention, I want to end it here,” he eat his food again, Sooyoung smile,

“Wah..you look cool Sungjae-yah.”

“I did this so you won’t leave me even in school.”

“It’s strange when heard something like that from you. Why are you saying words like that, Sungjae-yah?,” Sooyoung asked.

“Because I don’t want..someone else get close to you..” Sooyoung more shocked with that words.

“What wrong with you?,” Sungjae just smile and look at the other direction where Minhyuk sit with his friend, Minhyuk also look at them.
