Sooyoung’s mom come to her old house where Sooyoung life now, she bought so many foods with her, Sooyoung welcome her with bright smile, she come with someone, her daughter from her second husband,

“You come, mom?,” she said, “you come too, unnie?,” she greeted her, little bit awkward, but they still trying to get close to each other,

“He still life in that apartement, right?,” she asked while walking to the kitchen, “there is no much change in this house, aren’t you lonely life here by yourself?,” she asked again.

“I don’t know that mom really like to talk like this, then I like you too, like talking non-stop, haha,” she said while helping her mom to placing the foods,

“He still life there, right?,” she asking about Sungjae.

“Hmm, why suddenly asking about that?,” she asked back to her mom.

“I’ll go there and give his family these foods,” she pointed at the other bag that she brought.

“Now?, I didn’t tell him about it yet, I don’t think he is home either,” she said, “I’ll give it to them,” she said then smile to them.

“Eii, mom’ll give it. Mom want to thank them because they took care of you like their own daughter, it’s weekend, right?,” she said, after heard that, Sooyoung runs to her room and immedietly call Sungjae,

“What’s wrong with her?,” the unnie asked to mom.

“Don’t know, help mom..to organize these foods..,” she asked help to her daughter.

 “ah..please, oh, hello?. Where are you now?,” she asked.

“In my room, why?, wanna have a date?, let me rest first, okay?,” he said everything without giving her opportunity to explain the situation.

“Mom come to my house, and she said she want to come to your house, is that okay?,” she asked, after heard that Sungjae fully awake and immedietly tell her parent that Sooyoung’s mom will come, and prepare everything for her, Sungjae told Sooyoung to hold her mom first while his family preparing something,

“You have a plan to marry her?,” Sungjae’s sister asked to him.

“Hmm, why?,” he asked back.

“Don’t overlap the schedule with mine,” she said, his sister will held wedding in the next 2 months.

“I have a plan, but not that fast. It won’t be overlap with yours…”

“And, mom and dad will get bankrupt if in both of you will get marry in one year..”

“Ahh…why are you so overacting?, it won’t be that fast…,” he said then goes to bathroom. While in Sooyoung’s house,

“Sooyoung-ah, let’s have lunch together,” her mom called her, then she come out from her room, “let’s go to his house after this,” she said.

“You’ll be marry that man?,” her unnie asked to her, Sooyoung shocked that she look so comfortable with her words, “why? Is that wrong if I asked that?, are you still afraid of me?, I won’t bite you.” It’s just a week ago, the first day they meet each other, Sooyoung spent a day in her mom’s new family house and talking with her new family, she just shocked that her unnie look so comfortable while Sooyoung still look awkward around her,

“It’s not like that..he said to me that he want to marry me,” she answere.

“Hmm..you still so young, not even 30 years old, but already have a thought to marry. Aren’t you afraid?, ” her words became more and more comfortable,

“Why am I afraid?, don’t my life became more easier if there is someone with me?, two is better than one, right?,” she said, unnie look annoyed because it’s like she give her a lecture about love life.

“Let’s eat first..,” their mom looking at both of them, “mom really happy that both of you trying to get closer..thank you,” she said then eat her food, both daughters smile.

After eating, they go straight to Sungjae’s house, Sooyoung is worried if they are ready or not, then,

“Annyonghasseo,” she said after saw that the one who open the door for them is Sungjae’s dad, then Sungjae’s dad rubbing her head,

“Welcome, wah..what is this?,” his dad asked after Sooyoung’s mom give him a bag full of foods, “thank you, take a seat…,” his mother and sis ter are there, while Sungjae walking closer to them to greet them,

“It’s my first time meeting you, annyonghasseo…,” then bowing to them, Sooyoung’s mom smile after that and say,

“You already grow up this big…the last time I meet you, you still in middle school, right?,” and he nodding for that question, Sungjae saw the unnie and greet her awkwardly,

“Hello, I’m her new sister, ” she said to him while stretching her hand, then he shake her hand,

“Annyonghasseo..” he said then let them sit, Sooyoung immedietly goes to Sungjae, “why?,” he asked when she suddenly being clinging,

“Sorry, it’s so sudden, right?,” she said then smile, he pinched her cheek,

“Yah..don’t do things like that in front of us,” Sungjae’s sister said angrily, then the other laughing at her, “sit here.” Sooyoung and Sungjae sit next to each other, then Sungjae’s mom start the conversation,

“Why come here so sudden like this?, I didn’t even prepare something for you,” it’s little bit awkaward, back then they quite close to each other.

“Hmm, because I want to say thank you to your family, thank you for taking care of her very well. She told me that you often give her and her father foods, so I made some foods for you,” she said while pointing at the bag.

“Wah..that’s too much, Kyunghee-ssi,” his dad said.

“And, because your son, really took care of Sooyoung a lot, as friend, as boyfriend..,” she smile to Sungjae, Sungjae smile back to her.

“Ahh..it’s already 5 years they have special relationship, I heard he proposed to her, but she said that he must meet you first,” his dad said.

“I want to meet him because I want to know more about him. So, he already proposed to you but you hanging him?, because you want him to meet me?,” her mom asked to Sooyoung.

“Not hanging, he already know the answer though, I just want he put on the ring when you are with me, so on my ring finger there isn’t ring that he bought right now,” she said then grinning while showing her finger.

“Let’s have a date someday, just both of us..ahjumma have so many things to ask to you…,” she said to Sungjae, because that word ‘date’ make him little awkward to nod, “then take out the ring,” she said, Sungjae look confussed, “let’s do it here, officially, put on the ring on her ring finger in front us..is that right, Sungjae’ mom and dad?,” she asked for their permission.

“He already prepared the ring, so it’s okay. You want to say those words again?,” his dad asked if he want to propose to her again,

“Just put on the ring. Sunghee-yah, get the camera,” Sungjae’s said to her daughter, she goes to her room and take out the camera, while Sungjae goes to his room to get the ring.

Their family witness what happen that afternoon, although they come so sudden, although Sungjae’s family look nervous, but they look happy that their child take one step closer, closer to marriage.

That night, after take Sooyoung’s mother and sister home, Sungjae and Sooyoung goes to Han river, they stay in car. Sungjae smiling while staring at Sooyoung who keep looking at her ring,

“Are you that happy?,”he asked, and she nodded then leaning toward him..she sleep on his shoulder.

“The day there is a ring that circyling on my ring finger has come…, hehe…” she said then take a look to Sungjae finger, “our first couple ring after 5 years..,” then she grab his hand.

“It’s not an ordinary couple ring…the ring that circyling on your finger is a sign that you are sold out.., out of market..,” what he said make her get angry..

”Am I a dress?, am I shoes?,” sh esaid then hitting him again and again.

“It’s not what I mean…listen to me first,” he trying to stop her, “it’s mean that there is no one who can be your boyfriend..there is no other man in this world that will make you his, because you aare already mine,” he said..his comment are too cheesy,

“What’s wrong with your words?, stop it..I understand it..just stop, I couldn’t listen to it any longer,” she said then back to her first position,

“Why?, you can lean on my shoulder as long as you want, I won’t protest eventhough I’m tired,” he said while tapping his shoulder, “are you angry?, sorry.., sorry..,” he said with aegyo, make her smile, “I know something that make your angry disappear,” he said, she is wondering what is that, suddenly he is getting closer and kiss her lips, long time..long long time, “are you still angry?,” then he asked after that.

“The way you make my anger disappear is never change from time to time..,” she said then smile, he then rubbing her head while saying ‘cute..cute’. She then give him her phone, “look at this..,” she said, she make a list ‘if I have a husband’, “I’ll do it to my husband later,” she said, he take her phone and read her new list,

“Wah…I think it’ll be fun, hehe, but your ‘if I had a lover’ list still hasn’t finished yet, let’s finished that first,” he said while take out his phone from pocket, “do volountering 3 times. We did It for two times,  what kind of voulountering we must do this time?,” he asked after reading her list that he saved in his phone, “then, ah..we still couldn’t do this 2 days 1 night trip, where should we go?,” he continue reading the list then ask for Sooyoung’s idea, “this is the last one, record a song, your favourite song..ypur favourite song?, don’t tell me?,” Sooyoung nodding, Sungjae know what’s song, that song she always sing when she was in middle school, “you want me to record my voice singing that song?,” he asked.

“Not just your voice, m voice too, that’s a duet song…, let’s do it..after 2 days 1 night trip,” she give him an advice, “just record it in our phone, no need to come to studio..,” she said then smiling widely, “it sound fun..haha,” Sungjae who look worried at first, now smile because he seeing her smile.

Then before the wedding day decided, they are finishing the wish list..they start living in the same house after wedding day decided. Today is the third day Sungjae living in Sooyoung’s house

“I’ll come late tonight,” he said while wear his shoes, “don’t wait for me.”

“I won’t, I get busy lately..I think I’ll come late too tonight..ahh, don’t forget..tomorrow we’ll do the last wish list…don’t forget it,” the last list is to record the song, “let’s go to the river near dad’s funeral place..we’ll record our song there..,” she said.

“Just record it at home..why we must go there..,” he protested, then she look upset after heard that, “Okay, okay, we’ll go there..I’ll leave first,” he said then close his eyes, “say good bye,” he wanted something from Sooyoung,

“We still didn’t officially married, why you want me to do one of my wish list?, just go..” she never do it, “I’ll do it, but tonight you can’t come here..,” she said then he leave with sulking face.

When lunch time, Sungjae have lunch with Ilhoon, but he doesn’t look okay,

“What’s wrong with you?,” he asked.

“We never have fight before…, last night, one of my patient said that she love me then suddenly she huged me..and she saw it..all of it,” he explained, “I’m not apologizing to her because I don’t feel I’m wrong..,” he said.

“First time hearing it, I thought that kind of thing only happen in drama..haha,” Sungjae laughed out loud, Ilhon give him a scary look, “Okay, sorry.., she is jealous because there is other women who huged you..just explain to her, call her..” he give him an advice.

“She didn’t pick up my call…, what’s wrong with her?, she never like this.”

“Because it’s her first time seeing her boyfriend hugged by other girl..even get love confession..just understand her, text her and said that you are sorry.., ” he said, Ilhoon look hesitant, “don’t say you don’t wat to say sorry because you are not wrong, so if not you who say sorry, should she will be the one who said that to you?, she didn’t do anything wrong…,” Ilhoon heard what he said but he keep looking at his phone, “ah..so frustrating,” Sungjae take out Ilhoon phone and sent text to Seunghwan, Ilhon read that then get angry to him,

“Why?, you say you love her, then do something that prove that you love her…,” he said then leave him, he follow him,

“Did both of you like this too?,” he asked to Sungjae.

“Yah..don’t you think we pass this 5 years and 6 months relationship so easy, we ever had fight..but we settle down really fast…because I want she’ll be the one who with me in the end of my day, so I don’t want to lose her so easy just because a fight..,” he said then tapping Ilhoon back, “don’t overthinking, just do it if you want to hold on her..”

After visit Sooyoung dad’s they come to the river near there and sitting on one of big stone,

“Do you know?, I came here by myself back then…because my boyfriend so busy..,” she said.

“Now, I’m not your boyfriend, I’m in another class now..your fiancé,” he said proundly, “sorry..because back then I’m really busy with my job..”

“With the court,” she know what he did when he couldn’t come here with her back then, “I’m really happy because we end up together like this,” she said then take out her phone, “did you memorize the lyric?,” she asked, after heard that he close his eyes,

“Let’s talk little bit more..hmm,” he tried to make her forget about recording their voice.

“Why?, your voice is so good…let’s do it in 10 minutes..,” she said then give him  bottle of water, he drink it, “it’s not even the real recording, why you look so nervous?, I won’t spread this online, don’t worry too much, just sing with your heart..sing for me,” she said then smile to him, “give me your phone..we start the recording,” she said then press the record botton in his phone then she start singing ‘the things I want to do if I have a lover’, she look so happy, he couldn’t help but smile while looking at her, when she is done with her part, Sungjae sing his part with eyes closed, Sooyoung smiling while looking at him…then they sing together, the recording end, “wahh..your voice really make my heart flutter,” she said then hugged him, “do you know why I want to do this?,” she asked while listening to their voice singing her favourite song.

“Why?,” he asked back.

“I wrote this in the last number of my wish list…, you know the song’s title right?. The things that said in this song..we have done it together as a lover, kissing in street, goes to Chuncon, watching late night movie, going to amusement park, couple ring.., now…we’ll go to the next step of our life.., so let’s do it together too, do you want to do it together with me, Sungjae-ssi?,” she asked to him.

“Isn’t that thing supposedly asked by me?,” he asked, “Let’s be happy together, for a long long time..,” he said while grabing her hand.

“Although I can’t promise you that we won’t ever having fight on our way to the other step, but I can promise you that I’ll make you smile, once in a day..,” she said to him while looking in to his eyes, “thank you for enduring until here…thank you for always holding my hand.., thank you for all, are you crying?,” she asked after saw his eyes watery.

“It’s not tears, it’s  because of the dust,” he said then wiping his watery eyes, “I’m really happy, right now..I hope in the future, we’ll be more happier than this…”

“Than let’s shout out our wish here..,” she said then stand up, he follow her, “let’s say ‘Sungjae-yah..Sooyoung-ah, let’s be happy together for long long time..okay,” she said then Sungjae get redy to shout out their wish,

“Sungjae-yah..,” Sooyoung shouted,

“Sooyoung-ah,” Sungjae shouted, “Let’s be happy together for long long time…” they shouted it together then hugging each other tightly.
