"Why are you looking at me like that Juhyun?", Namjoon asked as he peel an apple for Juhyun but he didn't look at Juhyun.

He could feel her gaze.

Juhyun didn't say anything but keep staring him which made Namjoon uncomfortable. He turned his head to Juhyun and saw Juhyun was looking- scratch that, she was staring at him.

"Juhyun, are you alright?", he asked as he waved his hand in front of her face. After a few seconds, Juhyun blinked her eyes a few times and gasped. 

"What...? Did you say something?", she asked.

"You're scaring me.", he sighed. "Please stop doing that, you're scaring me.", Namjoon added.

"What did I do?", she asked, totally confused.

"You're staring at me.", he paused. "In a very long time."

"I'm sorry.", she whispered. Namjoon shook his head and put the apple on a plate and leaned his arm beside Juhyun's bed.

"Are you alright? Do you want me to ask Doctor Lu to check up on you again?", he asked. Juhyun stared at him a few seconds before shaking her head and smile.

"I'm fine."

"I don't think though.", Namjoon was about to say something when a high pitch voice broke their moment.

"Surprise!!!", Hoseok shouted as he raised both of his hands. He had paper bags in his hands. Namjoon couldn't help but silently cursed Hoseok inside of his head and making some mental notes to 'kill' Hoseok later when they both were alone.

"What?", Namjoon raised his eyebrows and gave him a cocky attitude. Hoseok made an awkward face before he puts down those paper bags.

"Okay, fine. I get it. You guys are happy and you don't need me.", he said before turning around. "Okay bye.", he said. But before he could stepped out from the room, Namjoon had strangled his neck from behind.

"Since when you became so sensitive?", Namjoon chuckled.

"Well...since the lover boy had fall in love."

It was almost midnight and Namjoon was sitting next to Juhyun, taking care of her. Ever since he took care of her, she barely talking like she always do. He understood that it's because of the effect and he had to admit that it kills him.

"You know, you're good at hiding the truth.", Namjoon said, wanting to break the awkward silence between them. Juhyun who was looking at Namjoon, raised her eyebrows. She felt a little bit confuse.

"What...?"

"Twelve years.", he paused. "You've been hiding your feelings for twelve years. Twelve goddamn years, Juhyun. That was a very long time.", Namjoon said calmly as he caressed Juhyun's hand.

"I had to admit that those days were such pain.", she said as she flashed her angelic smile towards him. Namjoon smiled back at her. 

"I swear, if I know you had feelings for me, I wouldn't gave on you.", he said as he looked down.

"Why did you give up on me?", she asked.

"I thought...you love someone else and it hurts me when that someone isn't me.", he said as looked at Juhyun again into her eyes. "It feels like I'm in love alone and I was the one that hurting but I never thought of you."

"Is that why...you became a jerk towards me?", she asked and Namjoon nods his head. "That's what I felt when you acted like that towards me, Joon. That's what I feel.", she added.

"I'm sorry..."

"It's okay, but can I ask something?", Juhyun sound sleepy but she keep her eyes wide open.

"What is it?"

"How about Hyomin then?", she asked. Namjoon let out a heavy sigh before chuckled at her questions. "What's so funny?", she asked but Namjoon shook his head.

"I was just like you.", he paused. "I wanted to move on and then I found Hyomin when I was on my second year in university. I used her to forget you and I was almost get to move on until the marriage happen. To be very honest, I did fall in love with her but it didn't get long until I'm married to you."

"It was hard. Whatever I do, I couldn't help with it. Just like you...it keeps coming back.", he added as he looked down once again. After a few seconds for not receiving any response from Juhyun, he looked up and saw Juhyun was still looking at him.

She didn't look away.

"Should we start all over again, Joon?", she asked and smile. Namjoon smiled excitedly and hold Juhyun's hand.

"We should."

Juhyun couldn't help but yawning because she was both tired and sleepy. However she doesn't want to fall asleep. Not yet.

"You should really go to sleep.", Namjoon said as he pulled the blanket over Juhyun.

"I don't want to sleep."

"Why?"

"Because I'm afraid that this was just a dream..."

"I'll sing you a lullaby."
