That Thing Called LOVE

"where are we going?" i asked when he naturally hold my hand out from the place we were having our breakfast and we got to his car back. I just look at him as he start his car and drive away from the place which i really don't want to leave just yet because it is so beautiful and i really wanted to spend some time here. "to get your dress for tonight" he said with a smile on his face when he turn to look at me. Somehow i feel shy whenever he smile like that to me and the fact that he'll be there whilst i'm trying my dress for the ball tonight makes me blush a little. 

Never in my life i have a guy sees me in a dress or help me pick and choose a dress, except for my father and this is quite a big thing for me because he is the first guy to see me and help me choosing a dress, almost like choosing a wedding dress because it really is familiar. "i don't need some fancy dress, anything is all fine for me" i said to him but he just chuckle and shake his head a little to me. 

"come on, you wanted to look decent and beautiful don't you?" he asked and again chuckle softly before me. "everybody wants to be beautiful" i said and he nod before me "that's why i want to make you look beautiful. most beautiful girl tonight" i couldn't help but to blush a little. gosh he really does know how to make me blush real hard , with that smile that never leaves his face, i can't take it no more.

"but it doesn't have to be fancy. please" i beg him because i know he'd make me take fancy looking dress that i've ever seen in my life and i don't want that.. "okay, don't worry" he just chuckle before me and drive his car back to town.

As we got to the town, i noticed that he took me to the other side of it which i don't think i've ever been here before during my stay but it is still gorgeous as the other side. Erindell is always beautiful. He stops his car before a beautiful looking boutique. I furrow a little when i turn to him but he just smile cheekily before me, "you've got to be kidding me" i said because i really love all the dresses from this boutique and how did he even know that this is my favourite though i don't think i can afford any one of the dresses with all the money i have now , even all the money i have in my life right now , i don't think i'll be able to buy one. 

"you really shouldn't have tho.." i said, actually refusing to get out from the car after he took off his seatbelt and look back at me. "come on, it'll be alright" he said, begging me to come down but i am still hesitating. "it's not about whether i'll be alright or not Taemin, but this ... Elie Saab? i won't be able to afford one even with all the money i have" instead of being serious about it, he just laugh a little. I give him a frown before he turn back into a serious face. 

"trust me, just come down.. please?" i let out a soft sigh and got off from the car. I've always wanted to go to one of the boutique but i was so scared to even have my feet in the boutique. As we get closer to the door, two butlers help us with the door as already i can feel tense as i walk into the place, but everything is amazing, the soft lights and the music they played, even the scent just makes me feel so relaxed. "hi, what can i help you?" one of the staff came to us with a warm smile as she look at me and back to Taemin

"we're looking for a dress" he said before me "for a ball" he continued and i just smile awkwardly .. i never ever experienced this kind of thing in my life before and i have never experienced this kind of treatment from a very high class boutique. "amazing, we have loads for you to see. come with me" she said before asking me to walk forward, i turn to him and he just signaling me to go with the lady and so i did. 

We walk down the hallway full of beautiful dresses and i look back to see him not following us, he just nod his head a little and smile at me before one of the staff came to him and asked him to go somewhere. "is there any specific design that you love ms ...?" "Jinri" i said to her and she smile "Ms.Jinri.." she said. I just hum softly as i have my eyes all over the dress that's in the small round shaped room and all the dresses are there for me to pick and choose.

"i like more on the soft tone colour dress and earth-y colour tone" i said and the lady smile "okay sure, we'll get everything that we have with what you asked for" she said before leaving the room making me lost for a while. I am still not really quite blend in with this kind of treatment. there's a soft knock on the door and i look back to see him by the door "are you okay?" he asked . i nod to him "yeah .. i'm good" i said tho i think he can read it on my -still not used to this kind of situation- face. 

He came in and take a seat on the sofa before me and then i realise how much this resembles a room where a soon to be bride will testing out their wedding there and their partner will sit on the sofa to help them choose. I'm not dreaming or anything but it really kind of feel like that when he just sit there, looking like a gentleman. 

A lady came with a cup of coffee i assumed and she place it on the table next to the sofa that he's been sitting on. "anything for you ms?" she asked and i look back at her "a tea would be lovely" i said "what kind of tea do you want? Earl Grey? Jasmine? English Breakfast? Black Tea?" indeed this is a one fancy place .. "Jasmine please" she smile and left. 

"gosh this is just too fancy for me" i murmured but he heard me "sorry if it makes you feel out of your place" he murmured back causing me to turn around to face him. I can actually see some disappointment on his face as he tried to hide it from me by giving a smile at me. "no .. no it's not like that, it's just that... this is my first time ever being in this kind of place.. and i'm still trying to get use to it" i said and turn around to look at myself on the big mirror before me 

I can see him at my back, on the sofa looking at me , observing me before he looked away. i heave out a sigh "gosh i'm so scared of tonight. if i can't get used to this kind of situation, tonight will be much worse and i can't st-" "hey .. it'll be alright" he stops me when i started to panicking and he just hold me, having his hands on my arms and look down to me. "everything will be alright. just trust me" he said and i try to breathe to calm myself down a little. 

i am so worried for tonight. 

He chuckle softly before he pressed his lips on my forehead for a moment and pull off before he walk back to the sofa just before all the staffs came into the room with all the dresses that basically i'm going to try on. 

The lady came to me and suggested one of the dress and i honestly think it's beautiful despite the colour and the little diamonds on it. "you can try this one first" she said before pulling the curtains and Taemin just chuckle at me before they close all the curtains that's surrounding the platform where i am on right now. 

"did you really pick these colours?" i heard him asked. "yes i did, why?" i asked back as i took off my clothes and trying to put on the dress on me carefully. "nothing ... i think the colours suits you" then i heard him chuckle causing me to scoff softly "did you really mean it?" the lady helped me with the zipper and i look at myself on the mirror. a little bit surprised when i see myself in a very beautiful looking dress. "yeah.." he replied. 

"i'm coming out.." i said and i heard him hum. The lady pull the curtains off and i feel so nervous to let him see me in this dress. As the curtain pulls off and slowly i can see him, my heart's beating so fast that i think i can actually pass out because i was so nervous about it. He saw me and i can see him almost surprised to see me in this dress. I can actually feel my cheeks burning. I cover my face with my hands causing him to chuckle "you look great tho" he said 

"i mean.. i do like it, but don't you think it's kind of too flashy at this bit" i literally just made a circle motion around my s without me noticing it, not until i stopped and tried to look away but he just chuckled. "at what bit?" he asked causing me to blush real hard. "yeah i think so too.. don't worry, we have loads to go" he said and i just roll my eyes at him but he just laughs. 

So i did tried quite a lot but he never complain about it. I always thought guys would get bored and wanted this thing to end quickly because this is just not their thing tho i can actually see it on his face but he just wanted me to keep on going until we found the perfect dress for me to wear tonight. 

"would you like to try a white dress?" the lady asked me and i turn to her with a nod. She came with a beautiful white dress in her hands and i just couldn't take my eyes off it. "it's actually a wedding dress but it goes well with a ball too" she said and i take it from her hands. It is indeed beautiful. It may look simple for a wedding dress but i think it looks amazing for a ball. 

I put it on and she pull off the curtain so that Taemin could see it. "this is the last one" i said before he got his eyes on me and the dress. He look surprised but there's a smile on his face when he saw me in this dress . "what do you think?" i asked before i turn around to see myself on the mirror and was surprised myself as well at how beautiful it looks on me. 

"you look so beautiful in that dress" he murmured behind me and thank goodness the lady left the room because i couldn't help but to blush hard when he got closer to me and got his eyes on me and the dress. "do you think this is the one?" i asked, looking at him through the mirror and he look up to the mirror and nod "this is the one" he said.
