It was morning when the new five boys were ready to leave to the east fort. Seungho had provided them with a full gas car after getting rids of the dead bodies in the car. He also gave them food stocks and some weapons to protect themselves.

"This is farewell, then." Jonghun turned to the group of survivors after closing the car trunk. He held out his hand to Seungho. "We owe you."

Seungho shook their hands and smiled. "Hope we all stay alive." He said.

Jonghun nodded and five of them greeted farewell to the boys that they just knew for a night but felt like a friendship had bloomed between them.Still, they had different destination to reach for.

As the car getting smaller in his view, Seungho turned to his friends. "We should get going too."

Mir was about to get into the car when a hand grabbed his own. He turned to see Onew looking down on the ground. "What is it?" He asked.

Onew looked up. Guilt etched on the boy's face, causing questions to pop up in Mir's mind of what causing the older to feel guilty. "I..." The older started. He cleared his throat. "I want to apologize."

Mir rose his brows at the sudden apology. "For what?" He asked carefully.

Onew looked away to his side. Gnawing his bottom lips before he answered with a heavy sigh. "I tried to leave you behind when you went missing yesterday." He did admitted he had done such a shameful act. They were family. Not by blood but they still are family. How could he even have heart to even think of leaving his dongsaeng behind. Especially when Mir was the reason he was still here. He was saved by the younger. And he dared to even suggest the group to leave Mir. 

It was silent until soft chuckle left Mir's plump lips, taking Onew off guard. "That's understandable. I would probably do the same anyway." The younger dismissed with a wave of hand.

"What? Are you going to leave any of us behind? Even me?" Joon chimed in with a pout.

"If it's you, I won't be hesitant to leave. But, I might have to contemplate more if it was someone else." Mir smirked at the fake hurt expression on Joon's face.

Onew smiled. He knew Mir didn't mean what he said. There was no way the boy would leave any of them behind. He would die first before he did that. Mir was just trying to cheer him up and the boy succeeded.

"Don't worry though. Onew hyung had been slapped some sense into him already." Key revealed as he flashed a lopsided smile.

Mir gaped. "Slapped? You slapped him, Key?" He asked, his voice a bit louder than he intended.

Key raised his index finger and swung it from side to the side as he clicked his tongue. "Not me..." He said, eyes and index finger trailed to Taemin who blinked innocently.

"Taemin?" Mir asked sounding skeptical. His voice was of that disbelief. "You're saying Taeminnie slapped Onew hyung?"

"Not just a mere slap. He -slapped Onew hyung." Key laughed. "Taemin learned from the best." He added proudly ignoring Onew's glare.

Taemin was blushing scarlet red when Mir just stared with open mouth. Taemin had spent too much time with Key... Oh god...
