He doesn’t know what to say.

He doesn’t know what kind of thoughts are supposed to invade his head.

He takes a moment to stop and think, ‘Am I truly happy?’

His childhood he scarcely got to spend it for himself. His teenage years were almost dark, and to everyone he was not Junhong but Zelo. What will changes mean, anyway?

The question would not leave his head.

But when he went home, his parents were waiting for him with a warm meal, smiles and teary eyes. His chest contracts painfully when they tell him that they’re proud of him.

His brother ruffled his hair and Mochii’s kisses made him smile.

Junhong considers it once more. What will changes mean, now? His parents are proud of him now, but what about all the time he had sacrificed, all the pain he’s been through, will this really make it up? 

Yongguk wrote him a long, sincere message which touched him. Himchan patted his and told him a happy birthday. The other members’ smiles tell him that they appreciate his existence and that they love him very much.

All his fans wrote him long birthday wishes which made tears well up in his eyes and pride swell up in his chest so much that it’s alm
