War in my thoughts, with an arrow pierced in my heart.

Was i thinking of the pain? Or i'm really feeling the pain my heart? 

Alone here in my room, I'm missing you so bad.

I don't even know why but maybe you gave me so much to remember.

The way you gaze at me that brings chills to my spine.

Your lips that still lingers to mine though the last time that you kissed me was long ago.

The way you my hair whenever i would rest my head in your lap

How you always have to bent down so that i could whisper you the things you wanted to hear.

Memories of us flashes back as if it was a slideshow played on a projector

It was rather cold, Not like im not used to it but it saddens me how i cant feel the warmth you used to give me.

I sat by where we used to. Hoping that it could lessen the heaviness that im feeling inside. Or am i hoping to bump into you there? At least, to see you would be fine. But to no avail, you are not there. So i went back home again.

I went to the place where we used to go, Our favorite place (the rooftop). And for the first time, I envied the stars. I envy how they were together while i'm feeling like the moon. Alone, Nobody to see my dark side. Because i'm surrounded by darkness so nobody could ever see it.

But, As i keep my thoughts go on its own, It makes me think where did i go wrong? What could possibly go wrong when i gave you the best that i could ever give? What made you give up on us? What made you let me go? What made you let everything go? What made you decide about things without talking about it first? What made you to be the person you never were? 

Can i just take my heart back? You left anyway. But do you really have to bring it with you? I need it too.

I never thought that being yours could be this painful to settle. I never knew how hard it is for me to accept what really happened. I never knew that i could experience this kind of pain from you. 

I guess, the saying is right after all. "Follow your heart but don't forget to bring your brain with you." I could be the smart that i am
