“Good morning!” Jessica greeted with a smile to Yoong who’s only wearing his boxer shorts and a tank top
 
“What are you doing here, early in the morning?” He asked when he returned because he ran back to his room after being aware of Jessica’s presence in their house
 
“You’re shy about wearing boxers but you weren’t when you gave me a bathe” Yoong flushed red “And, oh! It was your mom who let me in”
 
“Aish!”
 
“Why? I wanted to prepare breakfast for you”
 
“Isn’t today your rest day? Why aren’t you resting?”
 
“Rest day doesn’t mean literally rest day” She countered before leaping forward to give Yoong his morning kiss “You should sit and relax. I prepared a sumptuous breakfast”
 
“Is it your intention to make me go to work late? Cause its working”
 
“Nah. I was indenting of you not to go to work, but going late sounds fair too”
 
“Heol!”
 
“Just kidding. I’m going to work too, for your information”
 
“Why?”
 
“I’d rather do something productive than doing nothing at all” Shrugged her and taking the potatoes she baked and serving it to Yoong
 
“Aiyoo, Diligent boss eh?” Smirked Yoong “Do you want to gather your unused rest day and sick leave, then we go on a trip?”
 
“Who says I’m willing to go with you?” She returned the gesture and serving a different dish this time; Garlic shrimp alfredo
 
“Might as well go with others then”
 
“You dare?” Glared her and taking the wine before sitting across him
 
“Possessive girlfriend” He smiled delightedly before pouring the wine to their glass “Where’s my parents though?”
 
“Your dad went to work, while your mom went to her friend’s house”
 
He scoffed “I bet my card is going to pass its limit yet again!”
 
Jessica giggled amusedly “Then maybe you shouldn’t have joint her account with yours”
 
“Nah, its fine. I want to pamper my mom anyway”

“Did I just enter or your office or I got lost and went to the dump instead?” Remarked Jessica when she was going to check if Yoong is ready to go – The guy had invited her to watch the movie La La Land after office hours.
 
“Hey! I wasn’t here for weeks, so I don’t have the time to clear it up”
 
“Whatever you say” Shrugged her

 
“What do you want now?” Yoong hissed when he saw the same guy that he’s loathing now, at the lobby, probably waiting for Jessica, again
 
“Sooyeon …” He called
 
“Get your filthy hands off her” He held the arm of the guy holding Jessica’s wrist “Do it while I’m still being nice”
 
“Can’t you hear him?”
 
“I just want to talk. At most, let me see our daughter”
 
“Daughter?!” Scoffed her “Whoever said that we had such?”
 
“Wasn’t the little girl, our daughter? We … We done it before, then … then you disappeared. Wasn’t it because you’re pregnant?”
 
“Pregnant?” She slapped the guy “We don’t have that level of intimacy”
 
Right, Jessica could take all the judgment when she had Seulgi and all the gossip that followed, but why does she feel offended when her ex is accusing her of being pregnant?
 
“We were drunk, and you were next with me the next morning. I remember everything that happened, we did it!”
 
“It’s a good thing that you remember it. Now can you please go to your best friend, who you two-timed me with?! You’re irritating and annoying at the same time”

 
It was during their monthsary then, Jessica and Dongwook had some alcohol when they had dinner. Things got heated up, and one thing led to another. From the elevator up to their hotel room, they were kissing passionately; as if they were hungry for each other’s kiss.​
