It is so sudden that Kim Young, SM CEO gather all of his staff to do a private meeting for the activity of SM Family artists, he always do this every once month to keep up and maintaining the good work of the each group / each actor and actress / each singer, some times the idea will be great some times it makes the actor or the singer are about to kill him because of it, because it is too nasty to do from the actor and singer to do it, but all of them knew it is only for helping them.
