The box slid into the other room after a firm kick of your foot, colliding with several others set by the coffee table. Gaehyo gave a grumble, woken by the thud it had made. You gave an apologetic shrug and turned back to the sink, washing out the tea-stained mugs that lay there. Eight boxes down, you thought, swilling out the dirtier water. I've got to be at least half-way there. You gave a brief look over your shoulder, at the chaotic excuse of a living room. Sighing, you returned your attention back to the mug, placing it on the chrome draining board. Nearly half way.

You continued cleaning the kitchen area, almost finished when you heard a noise from behind you; the front door opening.

"Jeez Seungri, what took you so long? Did you get those box-"

"-You're leaving?"

You turned, jaw dropping when you took in the appearance of the man. He stood there, crisp black dress shirt looking disheveled by the way his shoulders were slumped pathetically. Dark eyes filled with confusion, disappointment, hurt. His hands shook slightly, drawing attention to his fingers, curled loosely around a single stem of pale arbutus flowers. Your eyes returned to his as the breath caught in your throat.

"You were just going to go? Without even saying goodbye?!"

Your vision blurred with tears as he stepped closer to you. 

His face instantly softened, reaching up to away one of the droplets, his own eyes visibly watering.

"Don't go"

"What?" 

You took a step back, shaking your head.

"Please. Don't leave"

 "I have to"

His face darkened slightly, the corners of his mouth tugging downwards as he let out a burdened sigh. But before he could reply, you brought up a hand, brushing it against his shoulder.

"Please, I really hate arguing with you"

You gave a weak smile, a lone tear escaping as he embraced you, leaning close to whisper in your ear.

"Then don't argue"

Soft fingers grazed you cheek, drawing your face towards his as he closed the distance. 

The kiss lasted longer than your previous one. Sweet and tender, expressing the words that didn't need to be said. Your tears changed meaning, to that of realisation. It all made sense. It felt right. His hand dropped to your own, interlacing your fingers and locking the flowers between them, as he leant his forehead against yours, chuckling lightly. Such a sweet sound, you'd missed it, and couldn't help but crack a smile yourself. 

You stayed there for several moments, swaying in the spot, holding hands and letting out feather-light chuckles as the tears began to dry.

"Come on"

He gave a sudden pull on your arm, dragging you toward the door.

"Wha- Where are we going?"

His only reply was a sly smile over his shoulder as he continued to tug you down the corridor.

I'VE MADE THE DECISION THAT THE LAST CHAPTER OF FIC WILL BE UPLOADED ON CHRISTMAS DAY. I'm undecided whether that's a good gift or not (;
