Chaerin was all dressed up. Bom said tonight they'll meet Youngbae with some friends, too. She was really nervous, been going back and forth to the restroom. Bom especially reserved the roof top of a small eatery in Samcheongdong and now they were waiting for the star to come. After went to the restroom for the nth times she came back on the right timing when someone said that Youngbae was already downstair. Everyone was getting ready to pop up the confetti.

When he show up everybody were shouting while popping the small comfetties, "Welcome home!"

With his eye-smile trademark Youngbae was cheering and hugging with everyone on the room. Everyone came to him but Chaerin just stood and looking at him from the distance. She could felt a cold sweat breaking on her forehead and her heart beats faster.

"Yah! You're gone too long!" Said Bom to him and they were hugging.

"Yeah, I just got tangled up with llama.."

Chaerin took step by step, getting closer to him. She was right behind Bom when Youngbae finally recognized her. He squinted his eyes and took a step, "Chaerin?"

When he called her name she froze and shown a stiff smile.

"Chaerin? Wow..." He's checking on her from head to toe. It's a surprise for him because back then Chaerin will always wear a street style outfit rather than a decent one like this. With heels and proper dress, and her makeup, "you look.. different.." He didn't really know how to react, she was getting prettier but not sure if he liked it or not.

"It's just makeup.." and the dress that I put so much effort just to see you  tonight! She continued her answer on her mind. She didn't feel comfortable because she knew Youngbae secretly checking on her.

"Oppa, it's nice that you're back. I'm so glad.."

He nodded, "yes, I'm finally back. How are you doing, Chae?" He reached her for a light hug.

"I'm good as you can see. I'm in college now.."

"Yeah, you told me before. Design..., right? There's too much things I need to catch up."

"Lunch?" That offer came out without a thought, "What about lunch with me tomorrow?"

Youngbae quite surprised with her sudden offer.

"I mean.. I can give you summary about everyone when you left.."

Youngbae smiled and patted her shoulder, "Sure. I'll meet everyone first. See you later.."

Chaerin nodded and finally could breathe. In a second Bom already besides her, "how was it? Chaerin, you're still alive?"

"Oh, Eonni.. I.. We.. Lunch.. Tomorrow.."

Bom blinks several times thinking what she meant. Then she gasped when she finally understood, "omo! Well done, Lee Chaerin!"

"But I think my heart will explode now.." She had her hands above her chest. She was looking at him again and smiled. Feeling happy because she could meet him again.

When she arrived, Youngbae already sit in one of the tables inside the restaurant. He helped her pulled the chair. Now when she could finally saw him under the sun, her heart beats even faster. She just couldn't take her eyes away from him. Scanning every part of his face that looked more manly now.

"Oh, you make me feel nervous, Chaerin-ah." Referring to the way she looked at him.

She sticked out her tongue, "it's just.. It's been so long since I see you."

After ordering they were just nervously looking at each other while exchanging smile.

"So, what do you want to know.." Asked Chaerin in excitement, broke the awkward silent.

He cleared his throath, "why don't we start with you. Tell me about you these past two years.."

Chaerin gulped. About me?! I'm not fine just so you know! She screamed inside. "I'm just.. growing up, I guess..?"

"I almost couldn't recognize you last night. With your blonde hair and makeup. Don't take me wrong, I mean.. That's a good change. You look pretty.."

She smiled, feeling powerless by his words. The next two hours they were talking about each other's life. Chaerin put extra focus when he told her about his life in Peru because it was so interesting and she wish she could be there someday. She was digging whether he met a girl or what and he knew what she meant even if it was not a direct question.

"How bout you? Any boyfriend? Or.. flings?"

She hesitated for a while, "maybe flings.."

"I'm sure our Chaerin-i dropped lot of jaws out there." He giggled.

"Aniya, Oppa.."

He exhaled, "it's nice talking with you, Chaerin. But I'm afraid I need to go now."

"Oh, it's okay, Oppa. You have another schedule?"

"I need to catch up things in company. I've been staying late everyday since I came back. My father is punishing me.."

"You deserved it!" She said playfully and he laughed.

"I had a good time." He said after got her inside the car. He put his hands on the door and bent.

"We should do it again."

"Yeah, I'll call you, Chae. Drive safely.."

"Yup, thanks, Oppa.."

Youngbae was still there when she checked it by the side mirror, and after made sure that he's far enough to not hear her voice, she screamed, "Aaaaaa.....!! Chaerin, that's too much! Aaaaaa..... I'm going crazy....!!"
