The next two weeks before my wedding was just a blur of activities. I wasn't even included in any preparation. However, two night before the

wedding, Junhyung's driver came to take me. He said Junhyung's mother had asked me over for a wedding dress try-out. Upon reaching Junhyung's

house, it was much bigger than I expected. It was like a manor. His mother greeted me at the gate. His mother looks very modern, wearing a white

trenchcoat with cream boots. She looks young too. I was really nervous. This is going to be my house. This. The glass windows, three-storey house, a

pool, a balcony, and a huge wooden door.

"Hyuna!" His mother exclaims, hurrying towards me and enveloping me in a hug. I hug her back. Reluctantly.

She pulls away and smiles at me, examining my face at the same time. She steps away from me and looks at me from the top of my head down to my

toes. She looks back up at me and smiles warmly.

"Just the daughter I wanted," She says happily.

"Come, try on the dress I bought." She says again, pulling my hand. I say nothing and follow.

"Here, try it on." She says, handing me a silver and gray dress.

I have to say, it was pretty. The gown was gray, with silver lacing on the outside. I smile and nod. A maid shows me to a dressing room. As I put it

on, I felt surprisingly comfortable, at home. I zip up the back. I stared at my reflection in the yellow lighting. This is really happening.

I'm wearing a dress for my wedding, I thought heavily. I breathe in to calm my nerves and forced a smile. I step out from the room. Then, I stop

dead in my tracks. Junhyung was right next to his mother in a matching gray suit. I gasp. Both of them turn. Hell, I thought. His mother's eyes went

wide. Junhyung his head, as if looking at me for the first time.

"Hyuna-ah, aigoo, so pretty!" His mother says breathlessly, touching my hair and arms.

I look down to the floor shyly."Thank you." I reply.

I look up, Junhyung's eyes and mine meet. He gives a small smile. I return his smile. His mother looks at both of us back and forth and grins.

"Such a cute couple. Junhyung-ah, you've chosen a very pretty bride." His mother says, touching his cheek warmly.

Both Junhyung and I look away shyly.
