“WHAT? You told me she’s right! So yeah, I hit you so we’re gonna fight?”

 

“Yes, that’s what I was saying but can you please let me finish first?”

“As I was saying, she’s right… maybe? But how can we tell? Though we don’t fight, that doesn’t mean our relationship isn’t healthy. We’re special, that’s what it is.”

 

“But Sooyeon~ah… we don’t have any single fight as far as I can remember… you might find it no thrill and then leave me someday- uhh I mean you… y-you…”

“Yes! I mean it would be romantic right? It’s our first time watching it together!”

 

“Yeah… I think so? But Romeo and Juliet died, I mean that isn’t romantic. I’ll just look for another movie that is much better than that-”

 

“Yah it’s romantic. They died just to be together despite of everything that opposes them. They conquered all, that what romantic is.”

 

“Oh look at this one. This is what we gonna watch kay?”

 

“Uhmm okay.”

 

 

 

 

The two girls spent their night watching random movies as they change it everytime. They don’t find any of the DVDs Jessica rented interesting or much more to Tiffany’s dismay, those weren’t romantic.

It was the nth time Jessica walked in front and set another DVD to watch. The last DVD played only lasted at them for 3 minutes.

 

 

 

“Sooyeon~ah are you sure you really know what romantic is?” Tiffany asked Jessica while hiding her laughs.

She’s totally sure Jessica isn’t the type who believes in romance and such because of the DVDs she brought. If it isn’t action movies, it’s something educational that Tiffany can’t even understand what it was talking about.

 

“Yah don’t laugh at me. It’s what I only got, I didn’t know these weren’t romantic.” Jessica hissed as she went and seated beside the now laughing Tiffany.

“Miyoung~ie stop laughing.” Jessica insisted as she softly nudged Tiffany on her side.

 

“Okay okay, I give up.” Tiffany giggled as she looked at the pouting face of Jessica beside her.

Tiffany stood up and extended her hand towards the sitting Jessica. The latter confusedly look at her hand and then averted her eyes into Tiffany.

“Why? We’re still watching this movie-- ugh never mind.” Jessica stood up as Tiffany held her up. She then walked at the DVD player and stopped the nonsense movie. After placing the CDs back to its cases respectively, she turned her back to Tiffany who is busy hiding something at her back.

 

Jessica is sure that what Tiffany is hiding is just small the way she holds it but the way she hides it was so obvious that Jessica only mentally laughed at her pretty girlfriend.

 

 

 Jessica’s POV 

 “Where are we going?” I grabbed my bag when Miyoung suddenly pulled me outside their apartment. It was late at night, exactly at 12 midnight. Her friends weren’t here so I suggested accompanying her until they got home. Yuri is now on a seminar out of town and Seohyun is also busy with their senior camp, I don’t see her lately. While Sooyoung is on her other classmate’s house.

You know exactly why right?

Her kitchen… the burnt kitchen I mean.
Luckily, she didn’t get extremely mad towards Miyoung.

 

 

“Hey! Where are we going?” I asked Miyoung again. She’s just pulling me all along. We stopped when we reached the park near at their apartment. It was so quiet. If I didn’t know that it is a park, I would totally believe we’re in a cemetery. It’s too creepy here.

 

 

 

“Whooo it’s so quiet here.” Miyoung uttered as she seated on the grass still pulling my hand and caused me to sit beside her. “Sooyeon~ah! Look” she pointed the moon. I only followed and stared at it.

It is so beautiful.
It’s a full moon and it shines brightly.

I think it’s the only thing that gives light here at the park.

“This is romantic, isn’t it?” Miyoung said who’s looking at my side now. “We’re the only ones here and it’s so quiet and there’s a full moon! This is so romantic Sooyeon~ah. We’re so much like in the movies. Not those movies you brought okay? But the movies I’ve watched.” She giggled remembering the DVD’s I brought.

 

Aish… I really didn’t know what romantic is. I haven’t watched a single one.
And that Romeo and Juliet? That isn’t romantic as I can say, it’s more of a tragic.

 

 

 

 

“But there’s something missing.” Tiffany murmured as she looked straight at the moon above.

“What do you mean?” She again averted her eyes at me and smiled.

 

 

 

“I wish we have these vampire fangs and werewolves and such. That would be so cool right? Me? I want to be the vampire one so you’re gonna be a werewolf! What do you think?”

 

Here she comes again with her wide imagination.

 

 

 

“They’re not mean to be… they will kill each other Miyoung~ie. And we’re in reality, those were only fictions.” I stated as a matter of fact.
