Ice Princess

The Illusion of Cinderella

-Angie's POV-

When I reached the classroom and sat in my seat, I slowly put a hand on my chest, breathing out. I looked down where my heart would be. Would I risk my life again for a guy of my dreams? I shook my head, putting my hand down, my eyes following my hand. They were hard to see now, but would they be replaced?

-Yesung's POV-

I sighed as I looked down at my lunch. What was I going to do with that girl.

"Why the sad face?" Heechul sat down across of me. "Your expression is the same as when you're missing your parents."

"Shut up."

"Fine. But seriously man, what's up?"

I put my hands down on the table. "Well, you remember the girl last night?"

"Uhuh." He started eating his salad, looking at me intently.

"Well, I seriously thought she could be the one, the way she was laughing and enjoying herself. But this morning..." I shook my head. "Man! It was like she had a whole different personality. She was guarded the whole time. I feel like I met her doppleganger or something."

Heechul chewed for a second. "Maybe you did."

"Yeah right." I started picking up tofu with my chopsticks. "Maybe I should just give up on her."

"WHOAH!" Heechul spit out the piece of lettuce he was chewing on.

I made a face. "Eww, gross man."

"When does a guy give up on a girl for just blowing him off?" Heechul continued, choosing to ignore my comment. "For all you know, that was just a test!"

"A test?" I sighed and plopped another piece of tofu into my mouth. "That makes it more likely I don't want to be with her, if she's manipulative like that."

"Seriously man? Stand up for yourself! How about this." He leaned in. "You spend one week with her. If you don't like her after that, then go ahead, stop pursuring her. If you managed to live that one week," he leaned back and spread out his arms. "Well?"

"And you're not saying that I should go out with her?"

"Of course not! But if you get that far in a week, I'm not holding you back."

"Okayyyy..." I looked at him suspiciously. "Why do I get the feeling you know her so well?"

Heechul looked at me sadly. "Maybe it so happens that I do."

Chapter 22: Ohmygod. Oh if I had a tablet or something I would make you a nice poster, the reason I won't right now is because I love this story and it doesn't deserve a crappy ms paint poster :p

i liked the ending for this...and i'm going to go with they ended up together and have a long distance relationship!! or at least a super awesome friendship!! lol! i dont wanna believe after all that they don't keep in touch at all. ;)
don't normally read suju/oc, but this sounded interesting and it ended better than i thought. i usually end up hating the oc characters in a lot of stories, cause they are too fake or perfect, cause "real ppl" are not like that, but Angie was just like one of us.
ur author notes at the end of the chapters were great too. all the spazzing. haha!!
