Love LiterallyI woke up extra early today, so i tried to sleep again but i couldn't. Eventually i just got up and prepared for school.
As i left the house, i saw two people moving furniture into the house opposite mine. Wait, they weren't just two people, they were my childhood friend and his dad!
Dad told me to help them, so...fine. Anyway, i was early.
"Hey...can i help?"I asked.
Kris looked up. "Oh! You must be Kourin ,right?"
"Yea. Long time no see"
" Ya. You look.. so different."
"Duh.. it's been so many years..."
"Yea...hey, maybe you could.. help us move the chair in?"
"Sure"I said, lifting up the chair.
"I heard this is a haunted house, huh?"
"Yea. It's been unoccupied for about a year, i think. You're not...afraid?"
"Nah, we don't believe in such superstitious stuff...it's stupid. Just because of some superstition, the rent became so low. That's luck for us"
"What school do you go to?"
"Same as yours.Your dad introduced that school to us. Of course.Hey, my dad's gonna drive me to to school later. Why don't we go to school together? Although our car is quite old... i hope you don't mind?"
