It was awkward between us, especially when the teacher told us to work with our partners on some worksheets, so i decided to start a conversation with him.

  I cleared my throat. " Hi... I'm Kourin. Why did you run away when i approached you earlier this morning? Am i that scary or what? Not that i meant to scare you or anything, BUT you really shouldn't litter you know."

  "Oh" I heard him sigh. Yes, sigh. Was it just me, or... did i just feel that he sighed in relief?

  Did he... think that i was gonna scold him or report the matter? Wow...

  Well, whatever. At least i can be pretty sure he won't litter again.. i guess.

~During Recess~

  "Hey, how's that Kai guy?" Hana asked. I could almost see her eyes glowing with interest.

  "Well he's weird, and timid. He was actually afraid of me!"

  "What? Why?"

  "Well this morning he littered-"

  "Can you not cut me? I havn't finished. And yes, it was him."

  "I was gonna scold him-"

  " You should'nt've scold-" Hana interrupted, but stopped when i glared at her. " Continue..?"

  "I said i was gonna, but i didn't. Well, i didn't manage to. WHen he saw me he just ran off. And i heard him sigh in kinda like.. relief when i told him about it in class. Like as if he was afraid i'd scold him or something. Anyways, i can be sure he won't dare litter again!" I fininshed, smiling to myself.

  "Waa. But he is such a cutie, isn't he?" I rolled my eyes at that. And i swear i heard her mutter to herself," Hmm. I won't mind if he's timid.. in fact,i think that"s what i'll like about him, for he'll listen to me!"
