Onew P.O.V

I heard the loud banging of the front door…then another door was slammed violently. As the oldest in the house I was naturally worried because I had my past experiences with Minho who often after being hurt in some fight came home in really poor conditions and hid in his room where he stood there bearing all the pain.

I got up from my bed and searched for the source of the noise. I stopped in front of Jessica’s room from where noises of slammed objects were coming.

“Are you fine? I am coming in!” I announced then I waited ten seconds to make sure she was fine with me entering in her room then I opened the door.

Laying on the ground crying her eyes out was Jessica. On her bed I saw her suitcase open and a few clothes thrown messily in her.

“Poor you what happened to you?” I asked her as I went down on my knees and then I hugged her. I looked in her eyes and it was enough to know “Jonghyun!”

As Jessica cried in my arms I heard the front door slamming once again. In a matter of seconds Jonghyun was inside of Jessica’s room.

“So I guess the curtains have finally closed and my little act was exposed. Don’t get me wrong baby I loved you too…but I love her more.” Jonghyun said acting in a way I have never seen before.

Jessica got up from the ground then she shoved the rest of her clothes in her suitcase.

“Where do you think you are going at this late hour?” I asked because it was no way I was letting her go anywhere in the state she was.

“Anywhere!” she mouthed her eyes begging me to let her run away from Jonghyun

“Fine I’ll let you leave but you’ll go where I say!” I said while grabbing my keys. I took her suitcase in my right hand and her hand in my other hand and dragged her to the only place I could think at the moment…dad’s house.

Jonghyun P.O.V

“That’s your solution, hurting her on purpose?” shouted Key as he stormed into my room

“Just leave me alone please. I’m too tired to fight with you now!”I said tiredly fighting with my tears.

“I am not going to let you alone because you just screwed everything you’ve had with her. She might never forgive you again!” Key scolded me as if he was my mom

“Good, because that’s exactly what I wanted; I want her to hate me as much as I hurt her; it’s better for her to hate me then to love someone that messed up all her life…someone that killed her mom…her dreams.” I said no longer being able to fight my tears

“You’ll regret this  hyung!” said Key who was at this point near me hugging me

“I already am!”

Yuri P.O.V

I woke up in the loving arms of Minho. God, how much I loved this man…there was nothing I hated about him. I couldn’t help but look admiringly at him. He was so different from Kris Wu. He was just as strong as Kris yet unlike him he used his strength to protect not to hurt me. He was beautiful but not just on the outside…his inside was just as beautiful.

“Am I that charming?” he teased half asleep then he peaked my cheek

“Incrediby.” I said then I kissed him back

“Then you don’t mind going for round two, right?” he asked playfully now fully awake

“Am I that irresistible?” I teased back

“Incredibly irresistible.” He said then he started to kiss my neck only to be interrupted when the door flew open

“OMO…I am sorry!” mumbled Onew covering his eyes then bowed before quickly getting out of the room

“It seems we’ll have to continue that later!” Minho said as he reluctantly started to put his clothes on.

Minho P.O.V

“What?”I asked grumpy for the first time in life hating hyung

“That jerk Kim Jonghyun broke Jessica’s heart. Yesterday night she came at home crying and she started packing her things. I brought her to dad’s house. She’s been crying for the entire night…I don’t know what to do with her. So I thought that Yuri as her friend might know how to help her.”

“That jerk…I’ll tell Yuri. Wait for her in the living room she’ll be ready in 10 minutes. “ I said to hyung then I returned in my room and told everything to Yuri

“Can’t you take me there?” asked Yuri begging me

“I have to pay a visit to my brother to knock some sense into him.” I answered

“Please…” Yuri used her aegyo to convince me

“Now, why are you so reluctant about going with hyung? .” I asked worried hopping that Yuri and hyung didn’t have some disagreement that I wasn’t aware about

“He saw me like that…a few moments ago…do you have any idea how embarrassing is to face him?” she said pouting at the mere thought

“Pabo…though hyung might look a little slow and can be silly at times.He’s an adult too you know? So…trust me he’s seen something like that before. Plus he’s too scared of me to actually dare to tease you!”

“Fine…but it I die of awkwardness it’s only your fault.” Yuri said defeated

“You won’t, I promise!” I said then I gave her an encouraging kiss.

Jessica P.O.V

*How could he do that? After saying over and over again that he loved me how could he do that to me?*

For all night I couldn’t close an eye…Jonghyun occupied every corner on my mind. That dreadful scene repeated in my mind continuously

FLASHBACK

“Are you enjoying the food?”asked Jonghyun referring to the sushi in my plate. We were at a Japanese restaurant in Seoul which Jonghyun insisted that we couldn’t pass by under any circumstances.

I nodded my head and continued to eat.

“Good!” he said as he patted my head “I have to go the restroom. I’ll be back quickly.”

15 minutes have passed and Jonghyun was still at the restroom. Worried that he might be sick I went to search for him.

I couldn’t believe my eyes…in front of the restroom Jonghyun was making out with a gorgeous brunette. As I watched them my tears started to fall one by one… my heart felt as if it was ripped in pieces.

I ran…that  was all I could do…to run…I couldn’t face him, nor her…so I continued to run ignoring Jonghyun’s constant calls

END OF FLASHBACK

“Jess…I am coming in!” I heard Yuri’s voice then the door opened and Yuri came in. She came by my side and hugged me.” I am here baby…I am here!” she whispered while patting my head

Minho P.O.V

“Kim Jonghyun…come here in this moment!” I shouted as soon as entered in the apartment

No sound was heard…so I went to search for Jonghyun by myself . I found my “cute” brother in his room. His eyes were red and puffy…he had been crying.

“Don’t you dare cry!” I said annoyed “You are in no position to cry…she has the right because her heart was broken not yours.”

“Leave me alone, please!” said Jonghyun tiredly

“Sorry but I can’t. .. I let go of her knowing that only you could make her completely happy…I trusted you to make her happy! And what did you do? You broke her heart by cheating her! I can’t leave you alone…I already did it once…I can’t do it this time too!” I said then I grabbed Jonghyun’s collar and punched him .

“What do you mean?”
“You know what I mean…that woman…I loved her as well! I trusted you to protect her but you couldn’t! I forgave you because I knew you were just as miserable as me…but this time I can’t forgive you…I can’t forgive you when I know that you are the one that hurt her!” I said then I punched him again

The door of Jonghyun’s room flew open and Key ran towards us and pushed me away.

“Stop it Minho!” he said full of authority “Jonghyun’s had his reasons.He did it for her sake”

“For her sake? Hurting the one you love…for her sake? Hurting the one’s you love is never for their sake.” I said annoyed

“At times it is!” Key said tiredly

“Fine…let’s say I believe you! The explain it to me!”

No sound came from any of them. “Explain it damn it!” I shouted but once again there was no answer “You can’t explain it because there’s no explanation, isn’t it?”

*no sound*

“Say something!” I shouted annoyed as I grabbed Jonghyun’s collar once again.

“ HE IS THE REASON JESSICA CAN’T SPEAK!” Key finally gave in.

Never had I expected that answer. I signaled Key to continue.

“During that accident…the other dead person was Jessica’s mom…and the hurt person was Jessica…because of the great shock she developed that disease that prevents her to talk. Jonghyun found out this a few days ago.” Explained Key

“I thought he had no memory of the accident!” I pointed out ”Maybe he doesn’t remember well.” I said hoping that was the case

“That fool doesn’t have any memory even now…he searched the old newspapers and police files…it’s sure…Jessica was involved in his accident. She was an unfortunate victim of that stupid accident. “

“How can I look at her when I am the reason for her life turning upside down…she lost her mom…her voice…her father became a drunkard that sold his own daughter…everything because of that stupid accident that I caused.” Jonghyun said miserably tears streaming down his face at this point.

“Pabo…you are really unlucky!”
