Dara just stood there, shell-shocked, while Jiyong just looked at her, grinning like a monkey.

"Who's that?" Dara's mom called, wondering why her daughter was taking too long to nswer the door. When Dara didn't answer, her mother also come near the door. When she saw who was at the door, she pushed her daughter aside to let the person in.

"Omo, Jiyong-ah! Come in, come in!" Dara's mother called him in enthusiastically. Jiyong followed suit and walked in, removed his shoes, and proceeded to the living room.

Dara'as mother went to the kitchen in a rush while Dara closed the door behind her and proceeded to the living room, still a bit unbelieving of what was happening. Her mother then emerged from the kitchen with an extra set of plates.

"Good to see you again, Jiyong! I was starting to wonder when you'd start visiting again." Dara's mom said as she was adding an extra set of plates on the dining table. It was a good thing she always prepared too much food.

"Good to see you too auntie! Here," he gave her one of the bouquets he was holding as well as the paper bag of goods. "I just came from Japan and I brought this home for you."

"Oh, you were in Japan. So that's why this one's been sulky all this time." She said, pointing to Dara with .

"MOM!!" Dara exclaimes, surprised with the sudden betrayal of her mother.

"What? I'm just telling the truth."

"I WAS NOT SULKY!!" She said, face obviously turning red in anger and embrassment.

"Here." Jiyong said, handing Dara the other buoquet of flowers. Dara shyly accepted it and smiled at Jiyong, which also made her mother smile watching the two of them.

"Come, let's eat first." So the two sat down beside each other, while her mother sat in front of them.

While they were eating, Dara's mother couldn't help but smile every time she glances at the two. They were acting so shyly with each other, almost as if it was their first meal together. She suddenly remembered the first time Jiyong said his respects to her and told her he was dating her daughter. Many things have happened between then and now. She knew things haven't been the same with these two, but seeing them together like this again makes her at ease. Deep inside her, she knew they were finally finding their way back to each other again. After all, she knows how much her daughter loved this man, and the other way around.

Noticing how her mother was giving her and Jiyong weird looks, Dara cleared to get her mother's attention. "By the way omma, is Cheondung not coming home tonight?"

"As far as I know, he's coming home by evening. He's just finishing up on some of his solo activities." She said this while putting more food on Jiyong's plate. "You're brother is really busy these days, you know."

"He's really popular these days as well," Jiyong said, happily accepting the food Dara's mother is giving him.

After eating, Jiyong stood up to clean up the table, but Dara's mother stopped him. "Oh no you don't, mister. You're a guest here. Just sit there and do your thing. Dara, take care of our guest."

And so the two headed back to the living room and sat on opposite sides of the sofa. And for a few minutes, it was horrible. They haven't been alone together for so long that it was so awkward in so many levels.

Finally deciding to do the first move, Jiyong stood up to fetch the paper bag of goods from Japan he brought and sat back on the sofa, a little closer to Dara this time.

"You really should check this stuff out. I saw them while I was at this store and I really thought they would fit you so I bought them for you." Just like old times, he added silently. He took out the items one by one and, much to Dara's surprise, she really liked what he bought for him: 2 sweatshirts, 2 snapbacks, 2 beanies, sneakers, and a rabbit headband.

"Jiyong, you didn't have to buy so many things."

"I know, I know. But I just can't not buy it. Besides, I can't even remember the last time I bought you something."

As Jiyong was still explaining, he knew he already lost her because she was already immersed in looking at the stuff he took home. He couldn't help but smile, it really was slowly going back to the way it was before.

All of a sudden, Dara dumped down the items she was holding and gave a murderous look to Jiyong. "If you think this makes you not calling or texting okay, you can forget about it," she said then turned her back on him.

Surprised by Dara's bluntness, he was unable to react for a while. He then took the rabbit headband, wore it, tapped Dara's shoulder to look at him, then did a very cute pose for her. At first, Dara just glared at him, but then he kept on doing many cute and funny faces that after a while she was already laughing at him. Soon they were laughing together and the living room is filled with their laughing voices.

When they've already got their laughter under control, Jiyong said "sorry for not calling. I was just trying not to scare you away. after, you know..."

"I know." Dara said firmly and smiled sweetly at Jiyong. Feeling her sincerity, he reached out to touch her hand and squeeze it which she just let him do. They looked at each other for a long time, letting their eyes tell the other how much they've missed each other.

Peeking from the kitchen, Dara's mom saw how the two were intently staring at each other and right then and there she knew, her daughter's dark days are over and already way behind her.

"Ah hyung~~! I'm really hungry! Let's just eat first before leaving!" Daesung whined to T.O.P. He agreed to help his hyung with working out in preparation for his next acting project but he didn't realize he meant to help him right away.

"Come on, we just ate before leaving Japan." He continued walking inside the elevator. Daesung had no choice but to follow him.

"But that was this morning. At least let's grab something at the cafeteria."

"Fine. But just snacks. We have to start working out."

"Arasso, arasso."

As they got out of the elevator to head to the cafeteria, they saw two people entering which rather gave them the biggest shock of their lives.

"Oh! Isn't that..." TOP started, but he was cut off by Daesung calling the two instead.

"Hyung! Noona!" Jiyong and Dara looked at them right away and cheerfully said hi. They rushed to meet the two face to face with huge smiles on their faces.

"What... How..." Daesung stuttered.

"So that's why you were rushing out of here as soon as we arrived?" TOP said, a smirk starting to form on his face.

Jiyong and Dara looked at each other, laughed a little, then just smirked at the two.

"Yaaah~~~! Daebak!! I did not see this coming!" Daseung said, jumping up and down like an excited little girl while TOP smacked Jiyong at the back.

"Hey, what are you yelling about?" Taeyang asked Daesung as he came out of the cafeteria with Seungri tagging along behind him.

"Hyung! Look at this!" Daesung said, pointing at Jiyong and Dara.

"Yaaah! Don't tell me??" Again, the two smirked. "Daebak! About time, hyung!" He said, getting near Jiyong to give him a hug. The rest just laughed at everyone's reactions.

Taeyang just smiled at the two, fully aware of everything the two went through and quietly the happiest that the two finally got past it.

a/n: Hello everyone!!!!!! I'm so sorry it took so long for the next update, and this one's kinda short!! :( It's been soooo crazy at school the past few days. But everything's almost over now!

BTW, it's my thesis defense tomorrow so please cheer on me!! Also, finals week next week, and then countdown to graduation is all that's left! Huuu, I know I want to graduate as soon as possible but now that it's actually very near, I'm starting to realize how much I'll miss going to school. -____-

In other news... HAVE YOU ALL HEARD 2NE1'S NEW ALBUM? THAT SH*T IS THE BOMB, JINJJA!!! I CANNOT STOP LISTENING TO IT! They've just reached a whole new level, and CL's songs are sooooo good I'm starting to wonder why they didn't let her make her own songs sooner. Really looking forward to watching their MV (which will be released tomorrow, yay!) and watch them perform on music programs!! The queens are definitely back! :"> I reallyyyy hope I get to watch their concert when they come here. Pray for me guysssss, kekeke. :>
