Milky Special! ♥ Part 2 

IU stared sadly out the window, watching the rain fall with a heavy feeling.  

Why isn't it snowing?  It should be snowing... 

"I wish it was snowing..." she sighed aloud. 

As soon as she made the wish, pure white snow began falling in front of her.  Or so she thought.  Wooyoung was standing directly behind her, holding a fan that expelled fake snow.  

"Wooyoung-sshi.  What do you think you're doing?" she asked him irritably. 

"You wanted snow, so I made it snow," he responded. 

"Aish!  This isn't the Christmas I wanted.  Snow falling outside the window, a lot of presents, a warm fire, and a guy who can give a kiss under the mistletoe," IU fantasized.

"You want a guy that can give a kiss under the mistletoe?"

IU couldn't help but smile at the thought, and Taeyang.  Wooyoung's face popped into her thoughts out of nowhere.

"You were thinking of me weren't you?" Wooyoung read her mind.    

"What? No, I wasn't," IU lied. 

"You were," he said as he began walking slowly towards her.

"I wasn't." 

"Yes, you were."

"I wasn't!" she firmly said. 

Wooyoung smirked and slammed the wall with his hands so that she was cornered.   

"Why are you like this, Wooyoung-sshi?  It might be your hormones acting up but--"  IU stopped speaking.  

Wooyoung's gaze drilled into her eyes and IU could feel her heartbeat steadily increasing.  Wooyoung's face got closer and IU closed her eyes.  She felt a brush on her cheek.

"What are you doing?"  

IU's eyes slowly opened.  

Huh?  

"Why did you close your eyes?  There was something smudged on your face, so I wiped it off," he said innocently. "You... didn't think that I was going to kiss you, right?" 

IU's face burned bright red. 

"NO!"  

She headbutted him hard on his face and fled, leaving Wooyoung alone in the room howling in pain.   

What?  Something on my face?  I'm gonna kill that bastard!  she thought as they exploded in her head. 

She entered the kitchen to see her mom preparing their Christmas dinner.  

"Umma!"  she shouted happily. 

Her mom turned around and smiled stiffly.     

"Umma.  It's Christmas, don't you miss appa?" she asked. 

"Ji Eun-ah... I don't--" her mom started. 

"I really want appa," IU pouted.

"Ji Eun-ah, don't talk--." 

"Remember when we used to--"

"Don't talk about those things!"  IU's mom shrieked and raised her hand and struck IU's face.  

"Don't... talk about that man," her mom breathed. 

"Sorry... umma..."  

She turned away to hide the streak of tears ready to fall, and quickly strode out of the house.  IU sat on the steps and began to sob.  

This is the first time umma has ever hit me... I hate my Christmas!

"Yah, get up."  

"Huh?" IU looked up with teary eyes. 

"Omo, omo, don't  make that face.  Your face is already ugly and your eyes are all puffy and red-swollen," Wooyoung spat.  

"Yah!  Are you here to comfort me or give me insults?" IU snarled. 

"Get up, we're going to the district for some vegetables.  Bring the umbrella."  

"Why?  The market is close by here." 

"If I tell you to go, just go!  You ask too much!" he bellowed.    

He jerked her upwards and hauled her to the district.  

"I feel like having some dukkbokki*," he suddenly declared.  

"We're supposed to go buy the food."   

"Forget that.  Dukkbokki." 

IU coughed,"If you insist." 

They sat on the chairs, eating the spicy rice cakes. 

"Cheer up and don't cry," he said swiftly.   

"What'd you say?" IU looked up at Wooyoung. 

"Nothing," his face blushed. 

"Your face is red!" she said. 

"It's because the dukkbokki is spicy!" he pointed out. 

Yeah, right.  She couldn't help but smile.  Why not just comfort me directly, you little ?  

They exited the store and Wooyoung ran off somewhere, covering himself from the rain with his jacker while IU took a walk with the umbrella.  He came back, panting and gasping for air. 

"Here," he tossed a small tube to her. 

"What's this for?" she wondered. 

"Your cheek, there's a scratch mark, you idiot," he snapped.  "Let's go home.  Your mom is waiting."  

IU's heart sank as when she heard what he had said.  

"Okay..."

She attempted to apply the medicine onto her cheek.

"Yah.  You're putting the medicine everywhere except for the scratch.  Give me the damn tube," he barked. 

He was all mushy this afternoon and now he's like a chick on her period!  How bi-polar!

Wooyoung seized the medicine on her and gently smeared it onto her cheek.  She turned her eyes away,  and his face once again was close and he was rubbing the medicine on her cheek too gently, as if she was fragile and could break any second.  He stopped.  IU looked back to see that his eyes were focused on hers.

"What?" she asked him.

Wooyoung didn't answer and signaled for them to go home.    

"JI EUN-AH!"  Was the first thing IU heard when she entered the house.  Her mom was running towards her and IU raised her arms for a hug.  In return, all she got were smacks on the back and hits on her arms. 

"Umma, apa*!  Apa*!" she yelled in pain.

"How could you run off like that!?  You didn't take your phone and you worried me half to death!" her mom shrieked.  

She finally calmed down and apologized for her actions earlier.  

"I'll tell you the whole story about your father one day, okay?" her mom promised and began to snivel.  

Wooyoung gave an "Ahem" in the corner of the room.  

"Can I borrow your daughter for twenty minutes?" he specified. 

Before her mom could answer, Wooyoung was already dragging her out the door.  Fortunately, the rain had stopped during the commotion.  

"Where are you taking me?" she asked him.  

He didn't reply and kept on holding onto her hand.  They reached the shopping district where a gigantic Christmas tree was standing.  

"Wooyoung-sshi!  Why are we he--" IU began.        

"Shut up!" he shouted, getting the attention of everyone in the area.

IU was taken aback by his weird behavior.  

"Why is it that every time I look at you and your stupid big eyes, my chest gets all hot and feels like it's on fire, and my heart just wants to explode?" he asked her.

"Wooyoung-sshi?  What are you talking about?"

"To hell with it.  I'm just gonna do what my body's telling me to do."  

He jerked her hand so that her body was pulled towards him and he put his hand around her waist. 

"You know... I can't make it snow, but I can fulfill that last wish of yours," he said. 

"What?  How?"

IU was completely frigid, but her face was flaming red as her heart beat uncontrollably.

"You haven't noticed? We're under mistletoe."

A Wooyoung smirk slowly spread over his mouth.

"Merry Christmas, loser."

He tugged her waist and effortlessly pressed his lips onto IU's.

This is actually a pretty late Christmas chapter, sorry for that (Christmas parties&vacation).  Once again, I apologize for any grammar mistakes and misspellings.  I couldn't find any IU&Wooyoung Christmas pictures and I can't exactly make on either, so I used one of IU's.  I give sincere apologies for that because it makes me sad.  Comments are definitely appreciated!  Thank you so much for reading and supporting my story!  Next chapter is a Goguma C. chapter for all YongSeo fans (;.
