“I can’t believe you’re really leaving…” Sehun murmured.

Tao hung onto my arm. “NOO, DON’T GO!”

“Amber, you can’t leave like this on short notice! We haven’t spent enough time together yet!” Chanyeol whined.

I sighed. I was going to miss these goofballs so much. “I can’t…”

I have already given my resignation letter before leaving the dorm building. I took a last glance at it before walking towards the campus exit. After walking out, I met up with the 12 idiots in front of the gates. After all of us arrived at the airport and with the ticket in my hand, I was in front of the entrance to the airplane I was going to go on.

I took a deep breath. "Wow, I can't believe that I'm really leaving."

“WE’RE ALL GOING TO MISS YOU AMBER!” Before I knew it, I was attacked with a bunch of hugs.

The group hug made my eyes become watery. I didn't want to cry in front of them. Don't cry... don't cry..

I tightly hugged all of them back, as I let my tears freely flow. “I’m going to miss you guys even more.”

Luhan sniffed. “We’re going to see each other someday again, right?”

“Of course. You can count on it.” I assured him, though I was really wasn’t sure myself. I was almost sure everyone was going to forget me anyways, though a part of me wished they can remember me from time to time.

After we released our hug, my eyes diverted to the boy that gives butterflies to my stomach, as cheesy as that sounds.

Everyone was silent when Kris approached closer to me.

My heart's pace fastened when Kris wrapped his arms around me and gave me a warm embrace. I put my face on his chest while I repeated his actions and wrapped him with my arms as well.

“I’m going to miss you.” Kris whispered, sending shivers through my spine.

“I’ll miss you too.”

“I love you.”

I nearly choked, not sure if I heard him right.

“Yes, you heard me right.” He then caught me off guard by lifting up my chin and giving me a warm kiss.

I couldn’t help but smile as we kissed. The rest of the boys gasped in shock for a second before cheering for us. They weren't really surprised since Kris has already told them about our feelings for each other.
