Ever since her parents split and her mother sister moved to America, everything has gone downhill for Sun Yee. Her father came to the conclusion that everyone was not to be trusted because as soon as you trust someone, you get hurt. He has tried to enforce the same on Sun Yee since she was fifteen years old. He didn't want anyone to take his little girl away from him so he had her become unappealing to the public eye. He made her wear huge glasses that nearly covered her whole face, wear her bangs so they were in her eyes all the time and only allowed her to dress in frumpy clothes that hid her figure.

Sun Yee hated every second of it. She wanted to be like all the other girls who got to have boyfriends or even friends in general. She wanted to be able to go shopping for cute clothes because she was a die-hard girlie girl. However, she's way too afraid of her father to defy his rules. She's twently years old now and is still living at home due to her father's choosing.

But before her parents split up, Sun Yee and her twin sister Jun See had a mutual love and passion for music. Jun See would sing and play the piano and Sun Yee would dance and rap. No matter how hard their mother faught for the both of them at the time of the divorce, Sun Yee's father was granted custody of Sun Yee.

Sun Yee encouraged Jun See to follow her dream since she herself could not but Jun See refused to try to become an idol if Sun Yee wasn't right alongside her. But of course, her father disallowed her to even dance at home, let alone audition for a talent agency. Shortly after that, Jun See and their mother moved away to America. She tries to keep in touch with them but her father keeps tight watch on her so that barely happened either. 

She sometimes practices her dancing and raps in secret, whenever her father is away on business or at work. She wanted to make sure she didn't get rusty in case one day, she is freed from the miserable life her father is forcing her to live and gets to fufill her dream.
