~Natalie’s POV~

"Hyung!" Seunghyun called over to where the others were, then said something in Korean.

Jonghun smirked for a moment, but then nodded. "You guys ready to go?"

Everybody else shrugged and nodded at each other. Before I knew it, I found myself sitting in Jonghun's car with all five of them as we drove into Seoul.

"So what hotel is it?" Jonghun asked, who was driving.

I pulled out my cell phone and opened the text message that I had received earlier from my mom, as promised, and then showed him the address.

"So, do you know any Korean groups?" Jaejin asked from behind me. It was Jonghun and Hongki in the front, Seunghyun and I in the middle, and Jaejin and Minhwan in the back.

"I don't think so…Actually wait, I know SHINee. They're Korean, right?" I replied.

Hongki sighed disappointedly. "Of course; she's heard of SHINee, but she's never heard of us," he muttered, shaking his head.

"Well, my best friend Mimi is Korean, and her favorite group is SHINee so…yeah, I've heard of them. Do you guys know SHINee?" I asked.

"Actually, yes, we're friends with them." Jaejin replied.

"Really? Do you think I could meet them?" I asked excitedly.

Hongki glared at me. "How does someone who has never heard of FT Island get that excited to meet SHINee? …SHINee! Aish…"

Jaejin laughed. "Well, we're hanging out with them tomorrow, actually. It's Taemin's birthday, though we're busy during the day so we're going at night. I'm sure it would be okay for you to come along."

"How old is he?" I asked.

"In international age, he is turning 18," Jaejin answered.

"Oh, so the same age me. I turn 18 in November," I replied, and Minhwan's face lit up.
