My name is Lee Donghae.

I am just an ordinary student.

I am not the kingka.

Or the smartest in the school.

I am not even the student council president.

Neither was the school’s mvp.

I am none of the above.

Or so I thought.

No one wants to get close to me.

No one even wants to approach me.

When they laid their eyes on me, they ran like scaredy cats.

They just don’t realize how frustrated am I to have friends. Everyone seemed to be afraid of me.

No one knows I am actually a good guy.

Everyone thinks I can kill people by glaring at them.

But little did they know that I wear aprons at home.

I cook.

I washed dishes.

I do laundry.

And I take care of my drunk single mom.

Ironic right?

Well, now I am starting to think it was a bit frustrating.

No friends.

No bestfriends.

And…

No girlfriends.

That’s because everyone hates me.

And fears me.

Anyway, it’s not the time for me to say those things.

It’s the perfect time to tell my story.

I may not be the best storyteller who had lived in this world.

But I’ll make sure you’ll enjoy this the way I did.

School life.

I am in my desk, sitting and drooling over my notes. How boring to be sitting in your chair everyday. Staring at the board like crazy, waiting for lunch time.

I stood to go to the toilet.

It was lunch time.

What a bad timing.

For sure, more students were in the hallway.

For sure they will say things like:

“It’s awful.”

“What’s with that face?”

“You’ll be killed if you look at him in the eye.”

I want to ignore them but I can’t.

Hearing those painful remarks is definitely painful.

I walked from my room away, paving my way to the restroom.

Where nobody will see me.

Where nobody will insult my blessedly harsh face.

I took two steps at a time as I descended the cemented stairs.

Everyone ran back to their shells as if they just saw a monster.

How I hate it.

I hid my face with my long bangs and ran away from the crowd.

I did not look on my way.

I did not pay attention that someone was coming.

And that someone was…

“Ouch!” she said.

I finally opened my eyes. Just to see a goddess in front of me.

No not a goddess.

She might have been if her frown disgraceful creased marks were not visible in her pretty forehead.

She resembles more of a crimelord.

A beautiful crimelord.

I looked at her in awe. She was clenching her fists. Tuning her knuckles.

I heard people saying.

“The fierce deer!”

”The final battle will finally happen! The delinquent versus the deer!”

The deer? I just don’t understand what they’re saying.

“Can’t you apologize after bumping into someone?” She exclaimed as she leaned unto me with an angry face.

And then I realized.

The creature ranked most dangerous in our school.
