  “COME ON COME ON!” he said excitedly, dragging me towards two guys.

   “Yah, who is this?” A guy with purple hair said.

   “Her name’s Jung Soo Hyo. She’s the new scholar.” He smiled, as if he was really proud of that.

   I raised my brow at his sudden giddiness and pulled my wrist away from his grasp gently.

   The other guy eyed me and glared.

   “So, you’re the new student? Doesn’t seem like much.” He mumbled.

   Chunji slapped his arm. “Yah, don’t talk to her like that.”

   He rubbed his arm and glared at him. “Geez hyung, I was just saying.” He complained.

   Chunji rolled his eyes. “I should introduce them to you now before I forget.” He smiled.

   He pointed to the purple haired guy. “L.joe.”

   Then to the other guy.  “Dongho.”

   I bowed. “It’s nice to meet you.”

    Dongho gave me a small nod while L.joe just sighed and walked away.

    “Yah, you can’t just leave like that!” Chunji called after him.

   “Yes I can.” He replied nonchalantly and continued walking.

   Chunji shook his head and looked back at me. “Ara. We should get going. What’s your first subject?”

   I dug around my skirt pocket and found a crumpled piece of paper.

   “I-it’s Advanced Algebra.” I told him.

   “ADVANCED ALGEBRA?!” Dongho yelled.

   I flinched and moved away from him slightly.

   “WAH~ you’re smarter than he is. No wonder you’re a scholar.” Chunji gasped.

   I blinked a few times. “I’m smarter than Dongho?”

   “NO NEED TO RUB IT IN.” Dongho snapped and walked away.

   “Hey, I-“ I called after him but he was already stomping towards the building. I looked at Chunji. “ I didn’t mean-“

   “Don’t worry. He’s just going through THOSE stages.” He smiled reassuringly.

   My brows furrowed in confusion. “THOSE stages?”

   He laughed and waved it off, “Oh nothing.”

   “What are THOSE stages?” I asked him again.

   “Aigoo~ my classmate is so innocent. How old are you anyway 6?” he laughed again.

   I shook my head. “I’m 17.”

   His eyes widened. “You must be a prodigy.” He muttered. “Come on. We’re going to be late. My next subject is Advanced Algebra too so we must be classmates.”

   I nodded. “Is L.joe with us too?”

   He nodded but he looked disappointed. “Aigoo~ don’t tell me I have competition.” He pouted.

   I looked at him. “Competition?”

   “KAJA!” he yelled.

   “Y-yah! What competition?”
