The school hall was getting filled with students from every year level and house. Everyone was chatting about the performances which will happen soon.

"Over there, there! That's a representative from Starship!! That one in the formal clothing!" students pointed to the adult sitting in the second row from the front.

"Wow, they look really experienced, I hope our school's Boyfriend will make it! Then they can release more songs!" students, especially the girls, kept on talking about their hopes for the new 6 popular boys from school.

You and Suzy quickly sneaked in backstage minutes before the performance, pushing open the doors loudly and searching excitedly for your 6 friends.

"Oppa eodisseo???" (oppa, where are you) you put one hand near your mouth as you looked around

"Yeogi!!" (here) Kwangmin waved his hand excitedly. "Hyemi, Suzy, over here!"

you both rushed over with huge smiles and gasped in shock as you saw their outfits.

"O.O W-W-W-WOOOOOOOOOW!!" you both exclaimed at the same time, hands on your heads and shaking

"W-wae? Is it a bit... overdone?"

"Too colourful?"

"Too confusing?"

"Ugly?"

"Bad that we're all wearing blue jeans except for Donghyun hyung?"

"That my hair is ruined?"

they each asked questions with worried expressions. Suzy and you still shook your head, and they sighed

"Ani~~ IT'S DAEBAK!!! JEONGMAL DAEBAK!! JOHA!! JEONGMAL JOHA!! IT'S SOO AWESOME!! OPPA YOU GUYS LOOK REALLY GOOOD!!" you both started fangirling crazily infront of them, and they smiled shyly, Jeongmin rubbed his neck and touched his hair again

"Oppa!! Jeongmal boshda!! (really handsome (i think))" you exclaimed once more, and made your fingers into a rectangle, as if it was a camera. You tilted your head as you squinted your eye, and they all shot their cute smiles. You nodded professionally and clapped afterwards.

"Very goo-te!" you said weirdly in engilsh, and you all laughed

"Hwaiting oppa!! Everyone knows you can do it!" you and Suzy both cheered for them, and they all smiled

"Nae!! Uri hwaiting aja!" Donghyun exclaimed, and you all put your hands on top of eachothers as you were all in a circle

"Hana, dul, set, Boyfriend HWAITING!!" your hands pressed down then flew up to the sky, reaching for your dreams

After that you and Suzy rushed back to the hall and took your seats

After a few minutes a school teacher came out as everyone quieted down and listened to her introduce the acts.

There were almost 20 acts which performed well, and  everyone was especially excited for the next performance

"Now, for our ending act, we have 6 new students who just came to our school this year. They are young and fresh and we are confident of their talent. Everyone, please welcome... BOYFRIEND!!" the teacher shook her fingers as she walked off stage happily

Students chuckled at her hyperness, then focused on the stage.

The curtains opened as 6 boys faced the back of the stage, but everyone could already recognise them. The students sitting near the front were watching the Starship Representative closely as Boyfriend performed.

"BOYFRIEND HWAITING!! HOOO!!" Suzy suddenly shouted and everyone cheered along with her, all clapping

Though you found it surprising for the gentle Suzy to scream so excitedly, you just went along with her and cheered too

The Starship Representative was even spotted tapping their foot to the beat of the music

When Minwoo rapped his parts he blew a kiss to the audience, and you suddenly felt a huge spark inside. Like there was firewords exploding on the inside. When you saw Kwangmin it made you ecstatic, but Minwoo.... it was different. Time seemed to stop for those few seconds and all that was replaying in your head was Minwoo's bright smile and fluffy actions.

"Minwoo oppa... johahae..." you mumbled to yourself unknowingly

After you realised what you said, you felt your hot cheeks and looked around quickly to make sure no one saw you.

"Wae... waeyo.... am I... No! No!! Stop it!! Minwoo oppa is my oppa... nothing more.... N-n-nothing more..." you recited to yourself as you felt confused about the fluffy feelings inside

"...nan neoui Boyfriend~!" Hyunseong sand the last line as they all got into their finishing pose. Many people in the crowd stood up and clapped, and the Starship representative clapped too. Suzy nudged me to look at them and we both smiled and hi-5ed eachother.

The performances today were magical...
