Chapter 49: Bonus! The playboy next door. Episode 8 (Part 1)

You And I [COMPLETED]

Time- 8:43PM
---

"Ah, really?!" Yi Jung asked in amusement, laughing as she stared at Tae Hyun.

"Yeah. Can you imagine that? Mrs Kang actually blushed at that. At my wink..." He too, was amused. "I guess I'm indeed charming." he boasted, smiling proudly. She rolled her eyes, but the curve still remained on her lips. They were chatting away as the teacher had not arrived.

"I don't think so." She shook her head, looking at him with her innocent brown almond-shaped orbs.

"What?" Tae Hyun playfully furrowed his eyes. Then Yi Jung chuckled, slotting the worksheets into the L-shaped file she had with her.

"I guess Mrs Kang will not be coming... School is about to end." Tae Hyun said, looking at his watch.

"Hm." She placed the file on her lap as she does not have a bag. She only brought a file and her pencil case with her as she discarded the bag.

"What happened to your bag by the way? Isn't it troublesome to hold the stuff in your hands?"

"It's okay." She smiled at him. "Since I'm not squeezing in the crowded bus every morning..."

"Ah, you are a rich missy. I forget... Thanks for reminding that you have a driver." She only snorted at him.

"Well, I don't need one if I know how to drive..."

"Wanna learn?" She looked at him. "From me." He continued.

"Are you trying to get me into trouble?" She asked, eyeing him weirdly. "What I need is a license."

"Well, I don't have a license when I first drive..." She was about to reply when the bell rang and immediately saw her classmates walking out of the classroom. Seung Hyun left the door and as usual, Su Ah was with him.

"I'm going. I will see you tomorrow?" He nodded and Yi Jung smiled, waving before she turned to leave. She walked down the stairs quickly, hoping to catch up with Seung Hyun. Turning her head to and fro, in search of him on the way to the carpark, she slowed down her pace when she spotted the tall man with the bag hanging on one of his shoulders and a shorter girl hugging his arm. Yi Jung followed behind them, not wanting to take over them and get into the car as Su Ah will go insane when she saw that.

"Okay. Let go. I'm going." Seung Hyun moved his arm a little when they were by the car where Mr Kim stood.

"I will go to your house today." She self-declared as she flashed a puppy face which disgusted Seung Hyun. He looked away, still trying to pull away from her grip.

"You can't." He simply objected.

"Oppa...~" She called, which he just closed his eyes in frustrations, turning his head to the side as he held his anger in. He saw Yi Jung and turned his body to face her. Su Ah turned to his direction and her eyes immediately ablaze. He stood straight, staring at Yi Jung as if to wait for her.

"Oh no..." Yi Jung looked down a little when she saw that she was noticed. Knowing death was near her, she can only step closer and closer to hell.

"Get it. You are going to coach me today." Seung Hyun threw words at her when she was near him. Before Yi Jung could even look up at him, Seung Hyun had pulled her into the car and got in from the other side. Su Ah only stood outside, staring at them inside the car, feeling absurd.

"Yah!" She screamed as the car zoomed down the road.

=====

"What the hell are you doing?" Yi Jung asked, eyes nearly pop out for she widened them so much.

"What did I do?" He asked back casually.

"You really want me to die tomorrow? Su Ah will make things difficult for me as soon as she sees me!" He smirked.

"You are this scared of her?" She rolled her eyes.

"It's not that." She only wanted to avoid all unnessary things. After she started her 'hiding-life' from the creditors and the status of the heiress of Yi's Enterprise, she really didn't want more dramas. She didn't know when she started being such a scaredy cat, such a coward. She was cut when she wanted to say more.

"Should I just announce that we are staying together?" He added with a smile that doesn't look good.

"Are you kidding me right now?" She asked back, almost shrieked.

"Well, I have no loss." He said, giving a slight smile.

"You are just plain malicious." She shot him a look, which he almost burst out laughing but managed to hold it in, turning away.

"I'm going to get you if Su Ah really did something bad tomorrow." She threatened. "Even if you love to prank on me, it's getting too far. Use that bird brain of your's to think of the possible consequences."

"W-what?" He nearly choke, staring at Yi Jung in disbelief. "Bird brain?"

"Would saying pea brain make you feel any better?" She shot back.

"Yah." He called, his tone warning her to stop.

"What?" She challenged, staring deeply back at him.

"One more word from you, out you go."

"What? You think I love to sit beside you and breathe the same oxygen as you?" She asked back.

"Then be my guest and leave." Glaring at him, she pulled the door opened and stepped out. Never would she allow her pride to be stepped on. Seung Hyun was taken aback when she really left but he too, would not ask her back. Instead, he ordered Mr Kim to continue driving when the traffic lights turned green. Yi Jung's mouth parted in sheer disbelief as she watched the car drove off and disappeared from her sight.
-
=====

She turned the other side, and started walking off. Like this, she walked home from the middle of a expressway. She took a deep breath and decided to just calm down. Plugging in the earpiece into her phone, she played a random song and started to walk faster.

=====

"Should we go back to get lady?" Mr Kim asked, looking at the reverse mirror to see Seung Hyun.

"Continue to drive home." Seung Hyun ordered plainly. Feeling sorry that he made her mad again for a stupid reason, he couldn't help but sighed. But he shook his head lightly, as if to shake away the guilt forming in him. As they existed the expressway, they were at the busy street with students shopping in their uniform, linking arms with their best friends as they ambled around the shopping district with wide smiles on their faces.

"Stop the car." Seung Hyun suddenly said. The car stopped right at that second at the roadside. He got out and headed to one of the stores where that 'something' caught his eyes.

"Good afternoon. May I help you?" The staff in the store came forward, wanting to serve. Not even glancing at the lady, Seung Hyun moved nearer to the rack and pulled down a backpack. Scenes of Yi Jung crying infront of him that day played in his mind. He turned his eyes back to the bag and decided to buy it. Handing the bag to the lady, he took out his card and paid for it. After that, he existed the store and got into the car, placing the paperbag on the seat beside him.

=====

Looking at her watch, she heaved a sigh of relief when she finally reached home.

"Bulter Yang." She went to the kichen to look for the bulter.

"Yes, lady." Bulter Yang brisk-walked to her, ready to tend to her needs.

"I'm sorry but do you have any oilment? My legs' muscles are aching."

"Yes. I will get it immediately. Please wait in your room. I will send it up to you." With that, he ran to the back of the mansion after instructing the maids to help Yi Jung up the stairs.

"It's fine. I can walk up myself. It doesn't hurt that much." She smiled and politely refused, thanking them. The maids followed behind her as she slowly walked to her room. Bulter Yang came and offered to help her apply to oilment but she refused, wanting to take the bottle from him. But Bulter Yang insisted that the maids should at least help with that so she had no choice but to give in.

"Thank you." Yi Jung bowed when the maids stood up after applying the medication. They bowed back and made their way to the door as Yi Jung stood from her bed and followed behind them, walking them out. She then walked back to the bed slowly and sat down. Bending down to massage her leg, her head shot up when she heard the door opened. Seung Hyun stood by the door.

"What's with you?" He referred to her legs. The moment he opened the door, the strong smell of the oilment rushed into his nostrils.

"Don't talk to me." She simply said and looked down on her legs again. It was all his fault anyway. He glanced elsewhere before going in. Sensing movements, she looked up and watched him as he came forward like he was in his room. He lightly threw the paperbag in his hand onto the bed beside her. Yi Jung's eyes narrowed as she turned to the carrier laying beside her.

"What is this?" She asked before touching it.

"It's not me." He said before leaving the room. Yi Jung's eyes furrowed more in confusion at that. She picked up the carrier and pulled out the content to see a leathered brown backpack, which looked both high-class and feminine. Then she understood what he meant. He wasn't the one who soaked her diary. Standing up, she headed to the door and went out to his room only to see that he wasn't inside. Tilting her head slightly as she wondered where he could possible disappeared to, she froze when she thought she heard something. The soft melody... She turned her to the back of the hallway and followed the direction of the soothing sound. She came to the end of the hallway where there was this spacious area with a sofa, two couches, a glass coffee table and a grand piano. Staring at Seung Hyun's face from side view, she moved ever so slowly nearer to him. She smiled faintly as she listened to the familiar music. Brushing her fingertips at the edge of the piano, she watched Seung Hyun's skilful fingers ran around the black and white keys.

"You know this song too?" She asked with a warm smile when he finished the piece of music. "You play well." She praised.

"Only you can play the piano?" He asked, eyes on the keys as he went on to play a few chords. She looked at him in wonder.

"How do you know I can play the piano?" He ignored her and just continued to press the keys. She went to sit beside him, laying her fingers on the keys and started to play the piano with him. As she already knew what song he was playing the moment he pressed the first key, she could play the so familiar music without the score sheet. She couldn't stop smiling as she let herself immersed in the song and Seung Hyun didn't mind her 'interupting' his practice and a small smile crept unconsciously up his lips. Her smiles became wider when they ended the song. Staring at the keys with her still so peaceful smile, Yi Jung finally turned to face Seung Hyun.

"I'm taken aback. I didn't even have a thought of you knowing how to play this fabulous instrument." She expressed her awe towards him.

"Why? I don't look like I actually have such talent?" She looked infront of her to the black body of the grand instrument, nodding slowly and cautiously.

"Well, I really thought that way..." She said softly. Instead of being pissed at her words like he would usually do when people said such things to him, he only coughed a laughter, smiling after that.

"Well, as you can see, I play well." She turned to him, nodding.

"Yeah. I'm more amazed that you could play those two songs. The level of difficulty is quite high for those." Seung Hyun just shrugged. Turning back to face the front again, she smiled faintly.

"These are the two songs that my parents used to play together with me." She said. Seung Hyun turned to her, watching her peaceful, flawless smiling face. She turned to see him staring at her.

"Why?" She asked in his face. "You think I'm lying?" He just looked away, standing up. Before he could walk far, she stood up and called him.

"Hey." He stopped, looking over his shoulder a little. "Thanks." She thanked him for getting her a new bag. Seung Hyun only turned to the front again, walking off.

=====

Panting as she ran like hell out of the front door, Yi Jung ran straight to the waiting car.

"Good morning, Mr Kim!" She called loud enough for him to hear when she was a few metres away from him. Mr Kim smiled and bowed.

"Good morning, lady." He greeted when she was before him, still smiling at the cute side of her. Panting heavily, she got into the car to see Seung Hyun's emotionless face.

"I'm sorry..." She said in between her pants. She seemed to be used to all the rushings. Now she even apologised for delaying his time. Seung Hyun just watched her as she panted, pushing her hair back. When she turned to him, he quickly turned away. The car then went down the road. During the ride, Seung Hyun happened to glance to her side and saw that she had used the bag he brought for her. Smiling a little in his head, he turned away before she caught him really smiling. When he noticed her bending down to press on her leg again, he asked as nonchantly as he could.

"How's your leg?" His eyes fixed to the front. She turned to him.

"Hm? Ah... The same..." She replied casually, looking back at her legs. It was getting better since she can already run earlier on.
--
She looked up at him when she didn't get any reply.

"What are you looking at?" He asked, noticing her stares at the corners of his eyes.

"No, nothing." She shook her head a little, turning back to the front only to turn to him again.

"Oh ya, thanks again." She smiled, pointing to her brand new backpack. "It kind of suit me. Thank you." He only turned away.

"Is it so difficult to say 'you are welcome'?" She asked back, unsatisfied with his response.

"I don't say such things." He simply said.

"Then start saying." She shot back.

"What?" His eyebrows furrowed.

"It's something everyone is saying so why can't you say such simple things?"

"I'm being nice and now you are going over the line?"

"That's why I thanked you for getting me a bag. And you are the one who made my legs into these!" She pointed to her legs. "You are saying you treated me well?" He snorted and looked away.

"I must be crazy. Why would I even thought of buying you a bag anyway?" He said, eyeing her. "Seeing that you rather threw that dirty branded bag instead of washing and use it again, I should have known that you still treat yourself as a missy." She glared at him as she listened. She had regretted throwing the bag. What was she thinking at that time? How could she still behave as if she was all high and mighty? She looked away as if she was guilty. The bag was the first gift she got from Mrs Choi.

"I regretted it." She said softly, starting to blame herself for forgetting that she wasn't rich anymore. Seung Hyun noticed her change and his eyes became soft, staring at her to see her reactions.

"It's a habit." She confessed. "I grew up that way and I'm still adapting. I will change that habit." She swept her fringe to the side as she looked out of the window.

"Yah..." He called, surprised that she too, had this humble side of her. He had once again turned her mood upside down and was sorry about it. Just at that time, the car stopped and she opened the door, thanking Mr Kim before stepping out. Seung Hyun got out too, following behind her.

"Why are you following me?" She turned back and asked when she realised that he didn't go his own way like usual. He smirked.

"Who says I'm following you?" He asked, even though he was a little guilty for making her down early in the morning. She rolled her eyes and started to walk again, limping. Going over to her side, he slightly held her arm, giving her support.

"What are you doing?" She asked, looking up at him after glancing at her arm that he caught.

"I'm helping you." He stated, matter-of-a-factly.

"Then do it properly! What is this!" She slightly raised her voice, looking down at her arm to see how Seung Hyun actually supported her. He only held of of her arm, slightly raising it, like he was trying to hold back some kid who wanted to run around.

"Aish! Forget it!" She pulled her hand away and continued to limp on her own when Seung Hyun reached for her arm again, this time wrapping his other arm around her shoulder as he supported her. Yi Jung's eyes widened slightly as she looked up at him. Looking away, both of them walked to class.

=====

"I have wasted my time bringing you up here." He said as he reached the classroom, letting go of her. The classroom was empty like usual.

"Thanks for sparing some of your precious time. You want to hear this, right? There, I said it." She shot back sacastically, putting her bag down.

"You're welcome. There, I said it." He talked back with his eyes widened a little, not wanting to lose.

"You learned fast. Good boy." She counter-attacked. "Shall I buy you some candies?"

"Yah!" He called, his eyes getting a little firece. "One more time, you are getting it."

"That's why you shouldn't say what you have said in the car...! Even though it's my fault throwing the bag into the bin, must you said it that way?" She couldn't hold it in any longer and threw words at him.

"So you are admitting that it's your fault?" He smirked. "It's okay. Don't put in to heart since I did not." He then flashed a sweet smile.

"Yah!" She slapped his shoulder which left him shocked at her actions. Never did he knew she was a rough and physically strong lady. Holding the side of his arm as his eyes and lips widened, taken aback, he stared at her.

"Yah!" He called back, louder than her.

"What? Wanna hit me?" She challenged. He wouldn't hit a girl so he can just only glared at her, trying to calm himself.

"I will see how long you can continue this way." He somehow threatened her and headed out. Snorting as she rolled her eyes, she sat down on her seat, pulling out her textbook.

=====

Tae Hyun was walking into the campus from the carpark.
---
Pushing his hands into his pockets, he saw a familar figure walking from a car from at other side of the carpark. Staring at Ji Eun as his pace slowed down, he couldn't help but fight the urge to call for her. Bowing to her driver when the man bowed politely to her, she turned to walk in and saw Tae Hyun from the corners of her eyes. They locked eyes for a moment before she quickly adverted her gaze away. Putting on a smile, Tae Hyun walked towards her.

"Hi." He greeted.

"Hello." She said quietly, her head slightly held down to avoid all eye contact. She walked away, with Tae Hyun following behind her, a distance away.

=====

Yi Jung was inside the classroom when she saw Ji Eun passing by her classroom.

"Good morning, Ji Eun- ssi." Ji Eun turned and saw Yi Jung's smile through the windows. She bowed.

"Good morning." Smiling faintly, Ji Eun continued to walk to her classroom, which was next to Yi Jung's.

"Oh. Hello." Yi Jung greeted again, this time with a bigger smile when she saw Tae Hyun coming in from the door.

"Hey..." He smiled, settling himself beside her.

"Did you see Ji Eun- ssi just now?"

"Hm." Tae Hyun responded without looking at her, only digging inside his bag for his pencil case.

"Psh." She looked away, lips slightly curved up, clearly reading his mind. "You walked her up?"

"What?" He looked up to her.

"Nothing." She smiled, going back to her reading. Tae Hyun eyed her weirdly before rolling his eyes, leaning back on the seat.

"You bought a bag." He noticed, motioning the bag behind her on the seat as she turned her gaze to him.

"Hm." She smiled again. "It's gorgeous, right?"

"Not bad." He commented. "Wow... It's a expensive brand." He stated, seeing the label.

"Yeah." She wrote down notes from the textbook.

"You are indeed rich."

"Yeah, you know..." He only smirked at her nonchant response.

"You want some breakfast?" She looked up from her notebook when he said that, feeling a little hungry.

"Shall we go down to grab a bite?" She let her pen dropped to the table. He stood up and held out his hand, waiting for her to hold it. She only snorted and stood up, looking away as she walked off alone. He smirked, going up beside her and pushed her a little at her shoulder with his, starting to fool around with her. She pushed him back, playfully glaring at him while he just laughed.

=====

"Shouldn't you treat? I would be glad to enjoy a breakfast from you." Tae Hyun said when they were before the store in the canteen. Yi Jung scanned around the counter, seeing what were available.

"What would you like?" She asked, picking up a cheesecake for herself.

"A custard bun and a packet of grape juice please." He made his order 'thick-skinned-ly'. She rolled her eyes and turned to the vendor.

"Can I have a packet of grape juice please?" She said and picked a custard bun from the counter. "How much are these?"

"3800 won." The female vendor said. "Thank you." She smiled and got Yi Jung her change and the two went off.

"Thanks." Tae Hyun smiled gleefully when Yi Jung handed him his breakfast.

"Actually, I have always want to ask this." Yi Jung started as they walked to a table and sat down. He looked at her, waiting for her to continue. "Why is everyone looking at me? Is it because I'm new?" Class was about to start so students were starting to flow in.

"Because you are with me." He simply said, sipping on his juice.

"What?" She coughed a laughter. "Why would that be?"

"Duh!" He stared at her. "You are with me." He pointed to himself. "You are having breakfast with a handsome guy here." Yi Jung choked on her cake, patting lightly on her chest as she looked up at him with widened eyes.

"What did you say?" She tried to control her laughters. "How more conceited can you be?" Tae Hyun knew exactly why they were getting the amount of attention but he will not say. He just loved teasing Yi Jung with his cockiness. Moreover, Yi Jung should know the reason by then.

"I will see how long you can resist me..." He said, taking another bite on the bun.

"Yah, don't say that. You are reminding me of that Seung Hyun." She said, rolling her eyes as she remmebered Seung Hyun saying something similar.

"Wow... You have became this close to him?"

"Please, we stay-" She turned away as she nearly say something she shouldn't for the second time infront of the same guy. She closed her eyes, calming herself as she slightly slapped herself mentally.

"What?"

"Nah. Nothing. That guy . How can I be even close to him?" She rolled her eyes, thinking of that jerk. He chuckled at her cuteness.

=====

"Miss Park and Mr Choi, see me outside." The history teacher said as he gathered his stuff in his arms. "Class dismissed." Ji Eun stood up, going outside while Seung Hyun was again pissed, heading out behind Ji Eun.

"Miss Park, I'm sorry but I would like you to coach Mr Choi on history." Mr Ham passed a set of notes to Ji Eun. "Mr Choi, I want you to meet Miss Park to study today after school. Don't skip this. I will test you the next day."

"What?" Seung Hyun asked as if he was doubting his ears for hearing the wrong things from the staffs in his father's company.

"Whether you like it or not, you have to stay back." With that, Mr Ham walked off, leaving the two alone. Snorting as he rolled his eyes, he headed back, not glancing at Ji Eun once.

"Oppa, what he wants?" Su Ah asked as soon as Seung Hyun reached his seat.

"I have peer tutoring today, so go home." He simply said.

"But didn't I said to go out after school?" Su Ah immdiately sat up to have a better look at Seung Hyun.

"Are you saying shopping is more important than my studies?" He questioned sharply, obviously irritated at her for making a big fuss over it.

"Oppa would always score well in major exams, so why would you need extra studies?" She asked back. Yi Jung who was listening to them all along turned to Tae Hyun when she heard this.

"He does well in examinations?" She whispered, a tinge of surprise could be heard.

"He probably copied." Tae Hyun leaned back on the seat with his arms crossed over his chest, watching Su Ah as she continue to around. Yi Jung cocked her head as she turned back to the two infront.

"It doesn't seem like it..." She said softly. She saw how he completed his work on time, even though he still got accused for not completing them. And if he doesn't study and put in effort, there's no way his command of English could be that good. She had learnt it herself so she knew better.

"Yah. Just shut it. I'm so sick of your voice. Give us a break, will you?" Tae Hyun who probably didn't catch what Yi Jung just said, stared at Su Ah as he really couldn't stand it anymore.

"Get out if you have a problem with it." Su Ah spat back. "Go have fun with those es if you have time" She continued, staring at Yi Jung when she said that. "Even though it's really low of you to do that."

"Yah!" Yi Jung slammed the table top as she stood up, can't take any insults from anyone. She glared at Su Ah. "It is low of you to have those words out of your mouth. If you want someone to love and spend more time with you, you should first change your use of language. It's pure disgust hearing thrash." She said sharply, talking back with a 'higher class' usage to scold others.

"What?" Su Ah kicked the leg of the table, causing it to knock into the back of the chair which a student was sitting infront of her. "Aren't you going to shut up?" She raised her voice. Yi Jung only snorted.

"Not only your words are unaccpetable, your actions speak ill of you too." She continued her criticism, smirking. "And I'm not going to shut my mouth. Who are you to order me around anyway?" The high and mighty personality of her started to show as she replied sharply, like how she would told off anyone when she had the status and power. Su Ah was already at the verge of bursting in anger. She pushed Seung Hyun aside and came infront of her, staring intensly into her orbs. Yi Jung smirked.

"What? Are you going to hit me?" She asked with a mocking smile.

"You are asking for a beating." Su Ah replied threateningly, raising her hand but Yi Jung was quick this time and caught her hand almost instantly.

"I have seen many people like you in my previous school. You think I would let that hand of your's to come in contact with my face again?" Yi Jung tilted her head a little as she asked. Without hesitation, she raised her other hand and slapped Su Ah hard across her face, making the whole class gasped. Seung Hyun and Tae Hyun widened their eyes slightly, stunned at this unfamilar side of Yi Jung. Su Ah's eyes widened so much as the stingy pain spreaded over her face.

"Take this." She shot at her, roughly letting her go. "Consider yourself fortunate that I only ree of the two slaps you gave me." Yi Jung finished off by rolling her eyes, sitting back down on her seat, crossing her legs.
----
"You...!" Su Ah glared down at Yi Jung with watery eyes. "Damn !" She screamed at the top of her lungs and her hands reached for Yi Jung. Tae Hyun and Seung Hyun were quick and both reached out their hands to stop. Seung Hyun caught Su Ah's hand first, looking down at her with an emotionless face. Tae Hyun and Yi Jung stared at him, waiting for his next move.

"Enough." He said calmly and began to drag her out of the classroom. Yi Jung and Tae Hyun stared at each other, slightly taken aback at his unexpected action.

"Are you alright?" Tae Hyun asked, sitting down on his seat. Yi Jung smiled.

"Yeah."

"I think I should start watching out. You are one firece lady." Yi Jung eyed him from the corners of her eyes.

"Why? Scared?" She asked, slightly mocking him.

"What?" He let out a ridiculous laugh. "Of you?" She nodded, smirking.

"Why should I be scared of you? I only say to watch out." Yi Jung was about to open when the Biology teacher came in, interrupting their conversation. The class stood up and greeted the teachers and sat down as class began.

=====

"Let go of me! I will get her!" Su Ah continued to scream and shout without a care. Ignoring her, Seung Hyun pulled her to the stairsway and roughly let her go.

"Enough of your acts?" He asked sharply, staring at her. "How much more do you want to embarass me and yourself?"

"What?" Su Ah's eyes furrowed. "Why should you be embarassed?" She asked back. He snorted.

"You are asking why? Don't you know that just by you saying such low-graded things is already pushing yourself to those low-lives?" He spat. "You should have shut up when she criticized you!" He referred the 'she' to Yi Jung. "And yet you wouldn't shut that mouth of your's even after she gave you a tight slap!" Seung Hyun raised his voice.

"W-what? You're saying..." She looked at him in disbelief. "I'm low?" She said softer.

"I don't wish to say this, but what she said is true. If she is a , then what are you?" He said boldly, not caring for her feelings. He doesn't know why would he defend Yi Jung, let alone pulling Su Ah out just to give her a piece of his mind.

"What?" It was so absurd for Su Ah that her voice came out as only a whisper. Not wanting to care anymore, Seung Hyun just walked back to class, leaving her alone.

=====

"Don't we have extra lessons?" Yi Jung asked as he looked up at Tae Hyun who had stood up, his bag slung on one of his shoulders.

"I would sleep anyway, so I might as well go home and sleep comfortably." He said, smiling. "Bye dear." A sweet smile plastered on his face as he turned to walk off.

"Yah! I would get into trouble! Get back here!" She called. Mrs Kim had called her to keep an eye on him so he would not skip extra lessons.

"Mrs Kim is firece..." She muttered to herself, pouting slightly as she looked down on the bag lying on her lap to take out her textbook.  She texted to Tae Hyun.

To Tae Hyun

Yah, I will really die in Mrs Kim's hands. Just come back, will you?

When she looked up after sending, she saw Seung Hyun gathering his things and walked off, even before she could say anything. Sighing, she looked away and sensed a vibration in her hand. She looked down and saw a text message from Choon Yeo.

=====

Walking passed the empty classrooms, Seung Hyun totally forgotten about the peer-tutoring with Ji Eun. He even skipped the English extra lesson but he didn't even feel a little scared since he knew that the teacher had already given up on him.

"Seung Hyun-ssi." He heard a soft voice and saw Ji Eun in her empty classroom, looking out at him. Sighing silently, he stared back at her, waiting for her to continue even though he knew what she was about to say.

"Do you want to do this?" Ji Eun came out and showed him the sheet of worksheet given by Mr Ham.

"What do you think?" He asked, somewhat in a mocking tone. Rolling his eyes as he smirked, he turned to walk off when Ji Eun called him again.

"Then take this with you." She handed him a few pieces of paper stapled together and it appeared that she made notes for him. "I think it would come in handy for the test Mr Ham is going to give you." After saying that, she bowed slightly and walked back into the classroom, packing her stuff. Staring the front page of the notes in his hands, he looked up and sighed.

"Then let's start studying." Ji Eun turned to him, her eyes widened a little as she watched him strolled in.

=====

"This is the timeline." Ji Eun pointed to the book and looked up at Seung Hyun to see him looking elsewhere. "Seung Hyun-ssi?" She called, trying to get his attention. Seung Hyun turned to her with a blank expression. Ji Eun looked down again and continued. "You just have to remember the date and the location." She said as she highlighted the date and the location. The two of them had been studying in the classroom for more than half an hour. Looking up again to see Seung Hyun staring out of the window, Ji Eun glanced elsewhere before deciding she should stop, even though she really want to spend time with him.

"We shall stop here. I guess you are tired." Seung Hyun then started to pack his stuff and stood up. "The notes." Ji Eun looked up at him. "It would be good to glance through." Not answering, Seung Hyun just walked out. Ji Eun just sighed quietly, gathering her things. She did not realised someone had came in until that person pressed her palm on her table. Ji Eun looked up and gasped softly to meet Su Ah's smile that sent chills down her spine. Another two girls settled themselves on the desks around Ji Eun's.

"Is there anything I can help you with?" She managed not to stutter.

"Did you enjoy the time with my boyfriend?" Su Ah asked, the smile remained.

"Huh?" She whispered as Su Ah leaned in nearer to her. She inched back and eventually stood up.

"You have mistaken. It's-"

"Maybe you want to shut up." Su Ah said, her smile was gone and her eyes changed. "Not only the arrogant transferred student is a , you too huh?" Ji Eun shook her head, waving her hand slowly.

"No wonder you two are friends. What plans do you have on getting my Seung Hyun oppa?!" Su Ah raised her voice, glaring at the starting-to-tremble Ji Eun.

"It's not what you thought..." Ji Eun's voice was trembling, nearly cracking. Su Ah smirked, turning to look at the girls and as if on cue, they got down the desks, surrounding Ji Eun with evil smiles.

=====

Yi Jung kept her phone and Mrs Kim happened to walk in. The classroom fell into dead silence as Mrs Kim put down her things on the table. When she turned and saw that Tae Hyun's seat was empty, she narrowed her eyebrows.

"Where is Mr Kim?" Everyone dare not to say anything. "Miss Yi?" She called, wanting to hear from Yi Jung.

"He went home..." Yi Jung answered, starting to feel timid.

"Didn't I told you to make sure that he turns up for every lesson?" Mrs Kim asked sternly.

"I did tell him to stay, but he just went off..."

"Miss Yi, go get him back."

"Huh?" Yi Jung's eyes widened.

"I want him back in class." Mrs Kim repeated.

"But-"

"Get him back." The teacher cut her off and stared at her intensely, scaring the hell out of Yi Jung. She could only stand up and walked out of the classroom with her phone.
-----

To Tae Hyun

Yah, you better get back here. Mrs Kim just made me look for you.

Pushing her phone into her pocket, she could only make her way down to the carpark. Not wanting to wait any longer, Yi Jung pulled out her phone again, this time calling Tae Hyun.

"You better get back here. Mrs Kim is going to kill me." She said when the phone was answered.

"I have returned to school already..."

"What? You even have the mood to joke now?" Yi Jung asked irritatedly, eyebrows furrowed.

"I am really in school..."

"Yah." She called after taking a deep breath. He chuckled at the other line.

"Pissed? I really am in school." He repeated.

"Then return to class. If I don't see you in class, you will be dead!" She threatened, turning back to return. Just as she turned back, she immedaitely bumped into something hard. Tae Hyun looked down at her rubbing her forehead.

"Why are you talking to me the way you just did?" He asked coldly. Yi Jung looked up at him, speechless that he just appeared before her.

"No... It's just..." Her voice faded when she realised there wasn't anything she could say.

"Try talking to me that way again." He said, deep down inside him, he was just fooling around with her. Looking at her staring back at him with her big clear eyes, he quickly rolled his eyes and turned away to smile.

"We got to go. Ferocious Mrs Kim is getting you." He said before walking off.

"Psh." With that, Yi Jung ran up beside him.

=====

"So I told you not to skip lessons..." Yi Jung said, playfully glaring at Tae Hyun. They turned to the front again to see students gathering outside a classroom before their's.

"Min Su Ah is in action again." One female student said to another girl beside her as they rushed towards the crowd.

"Again?" Tae Hyun muttered in disbelief. Yi Jung shrugged just walking towards to the crowd in order to reach their classroom.

"Ji Eun ah..." They heard a girl gasped softly, staring through the window from outside. Yi Jung and Tae Hyun stared at each other for a while before sprinting towards the classroom.

=====

Stopping by the backdoor, Yi Jung's eyes widened with Tae Hyun behind her. Sure enough, Ji Eun was on the ground. Su Ah pounced on her, her hands holding her neck, strangling her while the other girls emptied Ji Eun's bag as if to look for something. One of them pulled out a water bottle and removed the cap, smirking down at Ji Eun as she slowly tilted it when Su Ah got up.

"What are you doing?!" Tae Hyun shouted, charging towards to the girls, his eyes ready to kill them. The girls turned to him and he immediately got hold of the girl who was already emptying the bottle right onto Ji Eun's face. Pushing her to the ground roughly as Yi Jung rushed to Ji Eun's side, his glares became this firece for the first time.

"Are you okay?" Yi Jung asked as she quickly helped Ji Eun to sit up, her hands reaching for her face to wipe off the water. Ji Eun just sobbed, looking so vulnerable. Guiding her to stand up, Yi Jung raised her voice when Su Ah came towards them.

"Get away!" She roughly pushed Su Ah aside, defending Ji Eun. "You're sick!" She spat before bringing Ji Eun out. Tae Hyun's glares didn't leave them until they completely exited the classroom.

=====

"Are you okay?" Yi Jung asked softly, bending over to see Ji Eun's tears flowing continuosly. "Is there anywhere that hurts?" Ji Eun shook her head, her head hung low. Sobs filled the study area.

"What happened? Why are you with Su Ah?" Tae Hyun asked, his voice filled with worry. Ji Eun didn't say anything. "You should stay away from her...!"

"Tae Hyun ah." Yi Jung called, looking up at him, hinting him to stop. After comforting her for a while more, Ji Eun's tears finally stopped.

"You're fine now?" Yi Jung asked, noticing that her sobs had stopped. Ji Eun nodded.

"Thank you." She almost whispered.

"No. What are friends for?" Yi Jung smiled. Ji Eun stood up from the bench and when she looked up, she saw Tae Hyun's worried face. Never had she saw him like this. Their eyes locked, but she immediately broke the contact as she turned away.

"Thank you. I should take my leave." She slightly bowed, then walked off.

"Ji Eun-ssi." Yi Jung called, causing her to turn back. "Are you really fine going back alone?" Ji Eun forced a smile, nodding. With that, she walked off and disappeared.

"Yah. If you are so worried, go after her." Yi Jung came beside Tae Hyun and said when she caught him staring at the empty hallway. Tae Hyun snapped back, looking back down at her.

"I have not seen you this worried before. Go after her." He hesitated.

"I will just let Mrs Kim murder me. So just go." She added, urging him to leave. He then looked down at her again, his face suddenly showed urgency.

"Sorry. I will call you again." He gave a quick pat on her shoulder and sprinted out of Yi Jung's sight.

=====

------

Tae Hyun came to a half once he stepped out of the school gate. He turned his head to the left and then to the right.

"Ji Eun -ssi...!" He called when he saw the back of a familar figure. He ran after her and caught her wrist. Ji Eun turned to him, looking at him and when she noticed him holding onto her, she tried to pull back. Realising her uneasiness, he awkwardly loosened his grip.

"Is... Is there something?" She asked and looked away, trying to cut off all contacts again.

"Are you okay going back?" He was still panting a bit. Ji Eun looked at him for a short while before looking down and nodded.

"Let me take you home." He added, even though she said she was fine.

"I'm really fine..." She said, politely rejecting the offer. He stared at her, hurt deep down inside. After a pause, he started again.

"What is the reason for you to avoid me?" He asked. "Do you really abhor me this much?" He had always knew that she was avoiding him. It was just so obvious. Ji Eun lightly shook her head, still not looking at him. He looked elsewhere and let out a small sigh.

"Takecare." He said before walking off. Ji Eun turned to look at him then turned to walk off. After walking a few metres, Tae Hyun turned to watch her back. The distance between them increased at every step she took. With pain, he could only watch her from behind, not knowing what else he could do.

=====

"Class dismissed." Mrs Kim picked her things and walked out, leaving the students to pack their things. Yi Jung stood up, throwing the backpack to her shoulders. She got a good scolding from Mrs Kim earlier, even though it wasn't really her fault. She walked down to the carpark, to see Mr Kim waiting by the car.

"Mr Kim, why are you here?" She quickly went over and asked. "I said I will be fine going back alone."  Mr Kim just flashed a smile and opened the door.

"Lady, please." He showed her in and she just smiled, going inside. Mr Kim closed the door and hopped into the driver's seat and drove off.

=====

Arriving at home, Yi Jung went to the kitchen. She saw Seung Hyun there opening the fridge to get himself some refreshments, but ignored.

"Unnie, don't cook my dinner tonight. I will be eating out." Yi Jung told the maid who was busy chopping the ingredients.

"I got it, lady." The maid bowed, smiling. Yi Jung smiled back and exited the kitchen. She strode upstairs, quickly getting ready before Choon Yeo arrived. Dressed in a long sleeved tee and a pair of denim jeans, she allowed her long wavy hair to cascade down her back. Taking her phone and wallet with her, she left the room.

"Bulter Yang!" She called in crisp voice and Bulter Yang came running out to her. "I will be going out for a little while." She informed.

"Yes, lady. Please be careful on the way." He bowed. Yi Jung returned the bow and smiled before turning away. Seung Hyun who happened to come out for dinner, came to the mouth of the stairs, saw how she happily skipped out of the door, just like how a young child would do. The butler saw him and bowed as he walked down.

"Where is she going?" Seung Hyun asked, motioning to the front door.

"Lady said she would be out for a while." Seung Hyun looked at the door before heading to the dining room.

=====

"Oppa." She called when she saw Choon Yeo by the car. He came to her.

"Hey." He greeted, flashing a wide smile. "Hop in." Yi Jung smiled and went to the other side and got in.

"Hungry already?" He asked, fastening his seatbelt.

"A little." She said, looking down at the belt as she pushed it into the lock. "I seem to get used to the rules of the house. They ate dinner early. Around this time."

"So early? It's not even 6PM." Choon Yeo turned to her as he started the engine.

"Yeah." The car started to move and enter the busy streets outside the lane.

"What's the sudden dinner?" Yi Jung asked.

"Hm?" He glanced at her before continuing. "My mum said she misses you, so she decided to invite you over."

"Oh."

"She knows we are dating." He added.

"I was waiting for you to confess that." She eyed him. He chuckled.

"I know." Then they started laughing.

"Didn't they get a shock?" Yi Jung asked.

"More than a shock. They said I was sprouting nonsense. Prove them wrong later." She laughed again.

"I will just say what is true."

"You just need to say the truth." She eyed him sideways for talking back all the time. He didn't miss it and glanced over to her as he smiled.

=====

Seung Hyun sat at the huge long table filled with dishes. Putting down his chopsticks. he doesn't have the appetite anymore. He had been eating alone all these years, but ever since Yi Jung moved in, he seemed to be used to her being everywhere around him. Although he sometimes felt that she was irritating, he would still feel weird and was not used to it when she suddenly wasn't there with him. He silently rolled his eyes and stood up, leaving the table. His bowl still filled with rice with just a mouthful gone which left a little hole. The dishes were untouched and the soup level had not decrease an inch.

=====

The two stepped out. Choon Yeo grinned at Yi Jung over at the other side. She smiled back. As they were walking towards the building, Choon Yeo extended his arm, hinting Yi Jung to hold it. Yi Jung complied and they walked hand in hand into the lobby. They entered the lift and reached the nineteenth floor. Walking all the way to the end of the corridor, they stopped at a black door and Choon Yeo punched in the secuity code and the door was unlocked. Pulling Yi Jung with him, he stepped inside and removed their shoes.

"Omma, I'm back." He called when they were in the living room. Mrs Yoon came out from the kitchen with a apron on.

"Good evening." Yi Jung quickly bowed and greeted.

"Omo! Jung ah...!" Mrs Yoon cried and embraced her. Yi Jung smiled and hugged her.

"How are you...?" Mrs Yoon asked. "We are so worried when we heard about the news." Still smiling, Yi Jung replied.

"I'm fine, Aunt. Thank you."

"Go sit. I will get the drinks." With that, Mrs Yoon returned to the kitchen.

"Aunt, I will help you." Yi Jung started and followed Mrs Yoon inside, only to be pushed out.

"I can do it myself. Go sit. Choon Yeo ah, make her at home." And she disappeared inside. Choon Yeo and Yi Jung just stared at each other and shurgged, smiling.

"Where's your dad?" Yi Jung asked when they were seated on the sofa, drinking the ice tea.

"In the room probably." He stood up, followed by Yi Jung.

"Appa, Jung is here." Choon Yeo knocked on the door. The door flung opened to review a man with an anticipating look on his face.

"Oh my...!" Mr Yoon was so happy.

"Good evening." Yi Jung bowed and greeted.

"How are you?" He smiled, reaching for Yi Jung's arm.

"I'm fine. Thank you, Uncle." She flashed a smile to the elder man.

"Dinner is ready!" They heard Mrs Yoon called out and they all made their way to the table. The table was filled with dishes. It was a feast.

"Woah..." Yi Jung breathed in awe. It was different from all the good food she got back in her own mansion and in the Choi's. The food were all local delicacies and had a homely feel to it. They all sat down.

"They are far from the good food. Hope you don't mind." Mrs Yoon said, which Yi Jung instantly waved her hand.

"No. I have been waiting to eat these." She said with a smile. They all then dug in.

"I heard from Choon Yeo that you are staying with one of the close friends of your parents." Mr Yoon started.

"Hm." Yi Jung nodded.

"Are you used to it?" Mrs Yoon asked this time.

"Yeah. They treated me well and I'm doing fine. Don't worry about me." She smiled.

"Then I'm relieved. You wouldn't know how worried our Choon Yeo was. He holds onto his phone even when he's sleeping." Mrs Yoon added, which Choon Yeo just smiled and continued to eat.

"I'm sorry if I made all of you worry. I'm fine now, so please not to worry so much." Yi Jung gave an assuring smile. All of them changed the topic and enjoyed the wonderful dinner together.

=====

"Thank you for sending me back." Yi Jung closed the door and said. Choon Yeo was also outside the car, smiled and nodded as he watched her walked towards the gate.

"Hang on." He called, causing her to turn behind to see him walking towards her. Smiling, she looked at him in wonder. Choon Yeo tugged on her arm gently and planted a soft peck on her forehead. Taken aback, she could only stared back at him with slightly widened eyes. He smiled and let go of her.

"Goodnight." He said. She smiled.

"Goodnight." With that, she watched him entered the car and drove off.

=====

"I'm back." Yi Jung smiled cheerfully when she saw the bulter in the living room. He bowed.

"Welcome back, lady. Have you eaten?"

"Yes, I have eaten outside." With that, she bowed and went upstairs.

=====

Stepping inside her room, Yi Jung dropped her things on the bed and got a quick shower. When she realised there wasn't much things she could do with her free time, she thought of the grand piano and decided to play for a short while. She came to the end of the hallway and went straight to the expensive instrument. Running the tip of her fingers along the sleek black cover, she finally lift it up with much care. As she was dazing at the object she probably loved the most, she heard someone clearing his voice. She spun her head to see Seung Hyun sitting at the corner, leaning forward to the glass table filled with papers. Her eyes widened with curiosity.

"When are you here?" He snorted and rolled his eyes.

"I'm here all along."

"Oh." She looked to the piano then back at him. "Am I disturbing?"

"Yes, you are. What will you do then?" He asked.

"Shall I leave?" She asked. He then looked back at the papers in his hand. Thinking that it wasn't the right time to play the piano, she walked towards him.

"Are you studying?" She asked when she was beside him.

"Isn't it obvious?" He shot back. She rolled her eyes and glanced at the scripts all over the table.

"History?" She sat beside him, picking up a random sheet of paper from the table.

"There's something I'm very curious and couldn't understand." She said as her eyes fixed on the paper in her hand. "You are always studying at home and you should be able to at least pass the class tests. Instead..." Her voice trailed off when she was about to say he always failed.

"It's just that you didn't get to see my report card. I ace every subject." He told her after smirking.

"Braggart. How can you possibly get all As?"

"You will know when the report cards are distributed to us." He simply said, eyeing her.

"Psh..." She rolled her eyes.

"Since you are that great, let's give you a test." With that, Yi Jung snatched the notes that Seung Hyun was reading. He looked at her with surprised eyes then they changed to those filled with disbelief.

"When did Dangun Wanggeom founded Gojoseon?" She randomly picked one question and asked. He thought for a while before answering.

"2343 BC." She snorted, rolling her eyes.

"Did you said you ace all subjects?" She asked. "Ace everything and you screwed this simple question?" She asked sacastically. "When did he founded the kingdom in 2343 BC?! It's 2333 BC!" She slightly raised her voice, frustrated.

"Yah. Are you shouting at me right now?" He asked back.

"Yah. Are you stupid?" She ignored his question and shot at him, causing him to furrow his eyesbrows.

"Yah!"

"It's such an easy question...! It's so ridiculous that you can't get that right."

-------
He furrowed his eyes in disbelief.

"You are not that smart too." He shot.

"At least I know Dangun Wanggeom founded Gojoseon in 2333 BC." She spat back. He snorted. She copied him and snorted back, turning away as she looked the through the papers on the table.

"You better study. You are not going anywhere far if you continue to sleep in class." She said, reminding him. He smirked again.

"Just don't get too shocked when you saw my report card." She turned to him.

"I will not." She told him plainly while he smirked again for the nth time. They stayed like this for a while, while Seung Hyun returned to his revision.

"Cook something for me." He said out of a sudden when he felt his stomach rumbled a little.

"What?" She eyed him in disbelief.

"I said cook something for me." He repeated.

"Are you kidding me? Why must I cook for you?" She shot. This was the first time someone actually called her to cook. She had only been waiting for the food to be cooked and asked to go downstairs to eat.

"Why? You are asking me why?" He asked, dropping the paper on top of the other papers on the table. Shifting his body to face her, he continued.

"Because I'm hungry and you are the only one here." He said.

"Cook yourself." She rolled her eyes and stood up, wanting to leave. He stood up.

"Where are you going? I called you to cook for me." He started which made her stopped in her tracks. She turned back to him, again, with extra disbelief.

"You are weird. Even if you are hungry, you should ask the maids or the chef. Why are you asking me?"

"Because it's because of you that I'm starving here." He blurted, causing her to snort.

"This is crazy." She muttered to herself before looking up at him. "How is it my fault? Did I take your mouth or your teeth away from you?"

"Just shut up and get down to the kitchen." He simply ordered and gathered his things.

"What?!" She stared at him with widened eyes. "I don't want. I'm not doing." She declared.

"Is it so hard for you to cook? Will cooking cause your life?"

"Since it's so easy like you said, cook it yourself." She spat. Just when Seung Hyun was about to say something, his stomach rumbled louder and this time, Yi Jung heard it. Looking away as she surpressed her laughter, she sniffled a little, trying to make the atmosphere less awkward and embarassing. Seung Hyun looked away in embarassement.

"Forget it." He said, before walking off.

"Yah." She called, making him stopped.

"Come down then." She said, deciding to just make him something to fill his empty stomach. "But I say this first, there's only one thing I know how to cook."

=====

A hand placed a bowl on the table top. A bowl of instant noddles. Yi Jung placed a pair of chopsticks on top of the bowl and sat down on a chair beside Seung Hyun. Looking at his dinner, he lifted his gaze.

"Dig in." She said.

"You mean, I'm suppose to eat this?" He asked, looking at her as if he was asking if she was joking.

"I told you I only know how to make this. So stop complaining." He leaned back on the chair, crossing his arms.

"I'm not eating."

"Didn't you say you are starving? People who starved just swallow everything they see."

"I don't consume processed food. When did our house started to have these anyway?" He said.

"This is mine. Be thankful I actually prepared something for you. I could have eaten myself."

"Then eat it yourself." He threw the words at her with slightly widened eyes.

"Yah, it's you who insisted that I cook."

"Is this cooking?" He asked, serious. "Is this even food in the first place?"

"Are you saying you are going to waste it?"

"Eat it yourself or feed the stray cats outside, I'm not letting that enter my stomach." He stood up and stared to walk off.

"Yah...!" She raised her voice. "Are you looking down on me?" He looked over his shoulder. "Or are you insulting me?" She asked, feeling mad.

"This is the food I kept in case of emergency!" He turned back to face her, hearing her outburst.

"Why are you like this?" Tears started to well up as she also felt that having to eat instant noddles as daily meals were pathetic. But this was her current situation. She even had to actually keep some dry food just in case something happened. Who knew that someone like her would face this day...?

"I must be crazy for even entertaining you." She pushed the chair back, turned slightly away from him as she wiped the tear that slid on from her tear duct. Staring at her, surprised that she actually cried over such trival matter, the familar guilt crept inside his system again. He caught her wrist when she walked passed him.

=====

Pushing the noddles inside his mouth, he slightly peeked up at her to see her looking elsewhere as she continued to tear, wiping the tears that streamed down once in a while. Swallowing the food, he lifted his head.

"Yah." He called, trying to get her attention. She glanced at him then turned away again.

"I'm eating already. So stop crying." Still getting no response, he called again.

"Yah."

"Shut up." She simply shut him off without even turning to him.

"Yah." He called again, this time a tinge of demand could be heard. She turned to him, staring at him boldly.

"You are the first who actually called me with that tone so many times." Her eyes remained staring widely. "Watch it." She warned boldly.

"What?!" It was so absurd for him. He put down the chopsticks. "Yah, Yi Jung." He called her full name.

"This is also the first time for someone to call my name as if he or she is greater than me." She said boldly again, even though he was in a higher status than her now.

"You know what? You are also the first one who actually dare to raise your voice and glare at me." She smirked.

"So what are you going to do about it?" She smirked again and rolled her eyes when she saw his face filled with disbelief.

"Just eat." She said when he was about to talk.

"I'm letting it go because you just cried." He said before eating another mouthful of the noddles.

"Psh." She eyed him before rolling her eyes again.

"It's my first time seeing someone cried over a bowl of instant noddles..." He said as he ate. "Big joke..."

"You better stop it." She said, looking ahead to the living room.

"I'm even eating this... The stocks might drop if just one of the stockholders actaully sees this." He ignored her and continued.

"What did you say?" She asked dangerously.

"I said this is the first and the last time I will be eating this." He boldly replied. She just rolled her eyes. He stood up and went to the sink to wash his hands.

"Yah. Bring it to the basin." She said when he left the bowl on the table.

"Someone will be doing it." He simply said and dried his hands. He threw the tissue into the dustbin and saw a instant noodles wrapper inside. He took note of the brand and flavour. The truth was, he actually found the noodles quite nice.

"You didn't finish everything?" She asked when she saw that there was still noddles inside.

"I'm full." He turned to her and saw how she looked at the bowl as if to feel that it was such a pity that the food was wasted. He sighed and took the bowl from her, scooping the remainder to eat. She looked at him in surprise, then a small smile crept onto her face.

"You are the first who actually made me do this." He said before leaving the bowl in the sink. As it was already late, the maids had retired to their rooms and there was no one to wash up. She eyed him before walking to the sink, reaching for the sponge and pressed some dish washer onto it.

"You are the first who actually made me do this." She parroted him, turning on the tap after she finished soaping the dishes. He watched her cleaned up, taken aback and something really foreign to him was 'forcing' him to stare at her. Drying her hands, she turned to him after she finishing everything.

"What?" She voiced when she saw him dazing at her. Her eyes turned weird as if he was erted when he snapped back. He quickly turned around and left.

=====

"Hurry up, will you?" Seung Hyun got impatient again when Yi Jung was late yet again the next day. She came running down the stairs.

"I'm sorry." She stopped beside him, panting. "Let's go." He rolled his eyes and left.<
