Sooyoung and Cheondung arrived at the hotel panting. The time was already 6:43 in the early evening. Since both of them were pretty tired, they decided to have a nap.

“Sooyoung-ah, I think I’ll sleep awhile. I’m tired.” Cheondung said weakly as he lied down on the couch after he closed the curtains shutting the outside dim light.

Sooyoung just nodded and went inside their room. She lied down on the bed so she could take a nap.

I didn’t say sorry yet to him. Yeah, I admit it was probably my fault. Sooyoung thought as she felt a bit of guilt come over her. Because of too much thinking, she didn’t notice her eyelids falling and she was soon asleep.

The two of them slept a lot since they were really tired. It was probably about 10pm when Sooyoung woke up.

She got up and went out of the room, not bothering to change her night garments since she knew she’d sleep again soon.

“Huh? Where’s Doong?” she asked herself as she didn’t see any black/browned hair boy inside.

She decided to call Cheondung but remembered her cell phone was still with him.

Aish!Baboya! Where is he? I should just wait for him. She thought as she sat down and opened the TV.

The TV channels were quickly being changed after the second because she couldn’t find anything interesting. Until, though, she stumbled upon a channel named TV-N.

TV-N seemed to be a Korean based channel. And one thing that was being broadcasted right now was a documentary about MBLAQ.

Sooyoung’s eyes slowly looked for a certain black-haired boy until she met his eyes. He was smiling as wide as ever as they received their first award. He was already on the verge of tears and couldn’t handle it. Water from his eyes flowed down to his cheeks.

She smiled at the scene. She never saw Cheondung cry before. He looks so cute while crying. She thought as her smile grew wider.

But little did she know, she was feeling a bit empty and lonely knowing she was alone that time . She hugged her knees and gave a weak smile.

Am I really this in love? She thought.

Cheondung entered the hotel with some sort of take-out food in one of his hands. He directly went up to their room. But he didn’t just barge in immediately since he could hear Sooyoung was watching something because she was laughing and giggling.

He slowly opened the door making sure she wouldn’t notice. The take-out food on placed on the table and he turned himself towards the living room, where Sooyoung was.

Cheondung instantly blushed as he saw his face on screen. He saw her laughing softly at him who was on TV. He couldn’t help but mutter something out. “Bwoh?”

Sooyoung turned around when she finally noticed Cheondung was already there.

 “Yah! Where were you? You didn’t give me back my cell phone!” she pouted and turned off the TV.

“Mianhe.” He said softly. “I just bought something. Would you come here for a moment?” he told her.

“Aniyo. Not unless you give me my phone.” She demanded while crossing her arms and sat up straight.

Cheondung just sighed. “I’ll give it back to you later, just come here.” He said, this time making his voice seem firmer.

Sooyoung also just sighed as she went to where he was, the dining table. “Yah, what do you have there?” she said as she felt her stomach growl.

“Feeling hungry? I went out to another branch of the restaurant we went earlier. I got a little surprise.” He said as he offered her a plastic bag while giving her a warm smile.

She blushed.

It’s been awhile since she saw that smile. They’ve recently gotten into fights because of just petty little things.

Sooyoung smiled back at him when she saw what was inside. It was Halo-Halo. She felt a bit disappointed earlier when she couldn’t eat this.

But tonight, she can, and felt a bit better eating it here. The spoon was still in her hands but she didn’t eat yet because she and Cheondung were still staring at each other while on the opposite sides on the table with deep eyes.

Both were really sorry.

“Sooyoungie…..” he said with his head looking now. “Nae?” Sooyoung said.

Cheondung raised his head and met her eyes. “I’m sorry about earlier. Aish I’m such an idiot!” he told her while scratching his hair.

Sooyoung laughed softly almost choking on her first spoon of the dessert.  

“Apology accepted. I’m actually sorry too.” She said as she looked down. She moved and lightly pushed the halo-halo towards Cheondung.

“Yah, you eat too Pabo!” she said as she gave him that one smile he’s been yearning for ever since the beginning of their argument.

“Maybe I should.” He chuckled as he ruffled Sooyoung’s hair.

“But still don’t forget to give back my phone.” She told him.

“Not unless you delete those videos.” He told her while pointing the spoon at her acting all serious.

Sooyoung couldn’t help but laugh. “Nae! Just give it back!” she said while still laughing.

“It’s in my bag, go get it.” He told her while pointing at the said bag.

She stood up and went to get it. When she got it, she sat on the couch. She unlocked her phone, and was surprised.

“Yah! Doongie-ah! What’s this?” she asked. Her current wallpaper was a cute Doongie selca.

“Oh that? I had nothing to do while waiting for the order.” He said as he walked passed by her and headed towards the large window.

He dimmed the lights of the window and opened the curtains. Sooyoung was in awe when she saw what was outside.

“Come here.” Cheondung told her as he lend out a hand.

Sooyoung nervously reached for it and when it did, all the shaking went away. She felt more calm as she came closer to the window.

Her eyes were wide and excited when she saw the amazing view. She touched the glass and was softly complimenting how wonderful it was

Cheondung was just staring at her smiling. “Do you like it?” he asked softly.“Like? I love it!” Sooyoung answered not breaking her sight of the lights.

He smiled wider when he heard her answer. He placed his hands of top of hers and was behind her, enjoying the view too.

Blood immediately rushed to Sooyoung’s face. She could feel his breath on her.

“It’s really beautiful huh?” He told her. “Just like you.”

Sooyoung instantly turned towards him. He was just smiling softly at her as he came nearer.

“What did you say?” she asked nervously trying to confirm what she just heard.

Cheondung’s face was already mere inches away. “I said you’re beautiful, just like the lights.” He said as he tried to go closer.

But it seems Sooyoung beat him to it. She closed the gap between their faces and VIOLA!

They soon parted with eyes still on each other.

Sooyoung hugged him and buried her face on his chest.

“Doongie-ah, I’m really sorry.” She said.

Cheondung smiled and patted her head.

“Don’t worry about it, it’s fine. It’ll always be.”
