Woo! Another update :D

Ann's POV

“Alright! Take five everyone!” The choreographer yells out.

“I can’t believe we actually have to perform this,” I say as she sits on one of the chairs.

“Well, we are older, we should show everyone how mature we got,” Rose says.

“Aw, people won’t see you as the cute and shy maknae now,” Scynthia jokes.

I just rolls my eyes.

“You know, I’m loving this new concept. I mean everyone gets to see me dance on a chair and see how hot and y I am. Who wouldn’t want to see that?” Hyun asks.

“Anyone in their right mind,” Rose says.

"We should just hope everyone doesn't fall of the chair," I say.

“Geez, do they do this all of the time?” Someone asks them.

They all turn to see a few of the dancers approach them.

“Unfortunately, yes,” Jeong says.  “Anyways, I’m Jeong, regrettably the leader of this group,” he says with a smile.

“I’m Jisoo and this is Chung and that’s Nari,” Jisoo says.

“Nice to meet you,” Chung nicely says.

“Chung? Are you possibly Chinese?” Rose asks.

“Yup! Been here for about a year now,” Chung says.

“Oh sweet! And I’m Meigui but go by Rose,” Rose says.

“As long as you don’t act like her, we’ll get along fine,” Hyun says.  “By the way, I'm Hyun, the y face of the group.”

“I’m Scynthia, one of the normal ones in the group,” Scynthia says, making the three chuckle.

“And I’m Ann,” I say with a small wave.

Before anyone else could say anything, BTS came and interrupted.

“That was pretty y,” Namjoon says as he stands next to Rose, making her roll her eyes.

“I agree with hyung,” Hoseok says.

"Why thanks guys, but I'm already taken and I don't swing that way," Hyun says.

“Geez, get a room,” I say.

“You looked hot, too,” Jimin says as he kisses me on the cheek, making me madly blush.

"Jimin? Omo! Little Park Jimin?" Nari says.

Jimin looks at her and his eyes widen in shock. "Nari! I haven't seen you in forever!" He says as he goes up to hug her. "When did you get into BigHit?

"A few days ago actually," Nari says as she pulls away from the hug. "They needed an extra dancer so here I am."

"Wow, I can't believe it," Jimin says.

"How do you guys know each other?" Hyun asks.

"We used to dance at the same academy. Man, I can't believe you're here!" Jimin says.

"Yeah. You can say it's been a while. Jimin here has sure grown up," Nari says, making Jimin roll his eyes.

“Okay! BTS and the dancers for Fire, get into position!” the choreographer yells.

“Sorry we have to leave, we’ll make sure to properly introduce ourselves later,” Jin says before going to practice.

"We'll catch up later!" Jimin says before running off with his group.

I left the talking group to go fill up my water bottle in the hall.

She stood in front of the water fountain and watched the bottle fill up with water.

“So, how’d you get him?”

I jumped, splashing some water on the ground.

“Oh you scared me,” I say before facing the girl.  “Nari right?” I ask with a smile.

“What did you do to get him?” Nari asks again.

“Umm, I’m not sure I understand what you’re talking about,” I say, quite confused.

“Jimin. How did a girl like-“ Nari stops to look me up and down, “-you end up with a guy like him?”

I furrows my eyebrows.  “I’m not sure what you’re trying to get up but-“

“Seriously. What could he see in a girl like you? Are you even Asian? I think you’re in the wrong country. Are you even legal? You look as if you could barely pass for 16. And you may want to stop eating so much because you look like two cows put together. Jimin is too talented and nice and way too good looking to be stuck with someone like you. He deserves a real woman, not some fat, black, wannabe Asian. Seriously, what do you eat? I’m surprised you aren’t on the ground gasping for air. I suggest you enjoy the time you have with him before he comes to his senses and dumps your fat ,” Nari says before smirking.  She then turns around and walks back to the practice room.

I stand there shocked, not believing what she just heard.  I look up and rapidly blink my eyes, trying to get rid of the tears.  I take a few deep breaths before walking back to the practice room, forgetting about my still empty water bottle.

I open the door and spot my members in the back of the room, sitting against the wall. I walk over there and sit next to Jeong.

When he notices my presence, he turns his head to look at me.

“What took you s-hey what’s wrong?” he asks me.

“Nothing,” I say.

“Are you sure?” he asks again.

“I’m fine,” I say before leaning my head on Jeong's shoulder.

I feel his stare on me until he decides to let it go.  I know I'm going to get a talk later.

I take a breath before staring straight in front of me, only to meet Nari practicing with some of the other dancers.

I couldn’t help but watch her. She’s a good dancer. She’s also tall and has long legs while I’m just all short and fat. 

She must have caught me staring because she turned around and smirked at me before mouthing fat .

I close my eyes before letting out another sigh.

Rose’s POV

“Okay guys, go ahead and take lunch. We’ll continue practice after,” the choreographer tells us before leaving the practice room.

“Thank goodness. I thought we were going to be practicing nonstop today,” I say.

“Agreed and now I am ready for food,” Scyn says.

“Food!” Kookie and Tae shout, running out of the practice room.

“Did you guys want to come and join us?” Jin asks.

“Sure,” Jisoo agrees with a smile.

“Of course,” Nari says.

“Why not?” Chung says after grabbing his water bottle.

“Cool, another fellow Chinese joins the group,” I say with a smile.

“You coming, shorty?” Hyun asks Ann.

I look over to her.  “No. I’m just gonna stay here and practice for a bit. I’ll join you guys later,” she says.

“You sure you’re alright, Ann?” Jeong asks.  Well what's going on here?

“I’m fine. I just wanna practice a little more,” she says.

“Let’s go to lunch! I’m starving!” Nari exclaims.

“Geez, calm down,” Jisoo says as they start to leave the room.

Everyone else heads down as well.  I wait for Joonie to get something from his bag and Jimin goes over to Ann.

“Ready babe?” Joonie asks as he comes up to me.

“Yup! Let’s go,” I say as we walk out the door, not before I take one last glance at Jimin and Ann.

“So, you’ve been here for a year you say?” I ask Chung.

“Yeah. I’m from Changsha. I was break dancing with my crew and that’s how I got scouted,” he says.

“Oh, you were in a crew, too? Nice. We’ll have to have a battle sometime,” Hoseok says with a smile.

“Sounds like a plan,” Chun says.

I couldn’t help but feel like he reminds me of someone but I couldn’t think of it.  I shake the thought out of my head.

“So, how rusty is your Chinese?” Chung asks.

I chuckled.  “Not as rusty as you might think. I get to talk it every now and then but not as much as I’d like to,” I say with a shrug.

“I know what you mean. Once I stepped foot in the airport, it all hit me at once. I realized that it was going to be pretty tough getting used to,” he says.

“I know right? Now it’s kinda weird when we do get to speak Chinese,” I say with a smile.

“Well, I’m glad I found someone to speak it with, you know, when I need a break from speaking Korean,” Chun says.

“Same here,” I say.

“Oh, so I know I’ve been here for a year but I can’t seem to find any real Chinese food,” he says.

I shrug.  “There’s a few good places out here. If we ever get the time, I’ll show you. Better yet, we should get together and make a legit Chinese meal and show everyone what real Chinese food tastes like,” I say with a smile.

“Yeah,” he says as he looks at me with a smile, “I’d like that.”

I nod and we both get back to the conversation.

“So, are you guys excited for the tour?” Nari asks.

“You bet we are! Especially with our new songs and dances we have to show. Everyone gets to see the y side of Hyun,” he says while wiggling his eyebrows, making Nari giggle.

“Well me and Ann are definitely excited. I mean, we get to perform at our home city. It doesn’t get any better than that,” Scyn says.

“I’m actually excited to see Chicago. I know we’ve been there before but now we got our own tour guides,” Yoongi says.

“I bet Ann can show us the really good places that have the best food,” Jin excitedly says.

Everyone starts laughing at Jin but my eyes went to Nari who scoffed and I think I just saw her roll her eyes.  “I bet she could,” she says under her breath but since I’m sitting next to her, I definitely heard it.

“Are you okay there Nari?” I ask her.

She smiles and nods her head.  “I’m fine,” before she gets up from her chair.

“I’m just going to go the bathroom before we get back to practice,” Nari says before leaving.

I watch her leave before turning back to the group. 

I turn towards Chung.  “Is something up with her or?” I ask.

Chung looks at me before shaking his head.  “No, not that I know of anyways,” he says and I just nod.

“Well guys, I guess it’s time to head back,” Jeong says.

We all groan but get up anyway.  I start walking when I felt a hand intertwine in mine. 

“You good babe?” he asks before kissing me on the cheek.

“Yup, are you?” I ask as we continue to walk hand in hand.

“Great,” he says with a smile.  “So, I see you talking and getting friendly with Chung,” he says.

“Yeah, he seems pretty cool. I actually had a whole conversation in Chinese that wasn’t anyone in my family,” I say before chuckling.

“You know you can always talk to me in Chinese, right?” he asks.

“I could but would you understand it?” I ask him.

“Babe, of course I would,” he says.

I raise an eyebrow and look at him.  “I know you know some phrases and stuff but come on Joonie.”

“Hey, it’s a start,” he says before lifting our hands up.  “I really hate you not wearing your ring. I’m thinking about talking to Mr. Bang.”

We reach the door and I stop us from entering it.

“Where’s this coming from all of a sudden?” I ask.

“I just want people to know that you’re taken,” he says.

“People already know we’re together Namjoon and I don’t want to cause any trouble with Mr. Bang,” I say.

“Just because people know we’re together doesn’t mean they won’t try to get with you. Wearing the ring would just make it more official. That’s all I’m saying.”

“Are you alright? I know we don’t like the situation but you’ve never been so headstrong about it,” I say.

He lets out a sigh before shaking his head.  “Never mind. Just forget about it. We gotta head back to practice,” he says before walking through the door.

I let out a sigh myself before walking into the room, ready for more practice.

Jimin’s POV

“What’s wrong, Ann?” I ask her.

“Nothing, like I said, I just want to practice some more. You should go join them for lunch,” she says before turning around and walking towards the speakers.

“Ann, I know something is up,” I say as I walk towards her.

“Jimin,” she says before letting out a breath.  She then speaks again, only quieter this time.

“I just wanted to practice by myself for a while. You should go to lunch. I’m fine,” she says, her back still facing me.  She then turns the music on high, as it blasts through the speakers.  I stay there for a moment before reluctantly turning around and walking out the practice room.

I walk down the hall towards the cafeteria until I bumped into something.  I look up to see Nari.

“I’m sorry, I wasn’t looking where I was going,” I say.  “You alright?”

“Yeah, I’m fine and no problem. I see you're still clumsy,” she says before chuckling.

I nod.  “I think you're memory has gone bad. You were the clumsy one,” I say with a smirk.

"In your dreams."

I laugh. “Well, I’m going to get some food while I still have time, did you eat already?” I ask..

“Just finished actually. Was just heading to the bathroom.” Nari says. 

I just nod. 

"Hey, you alright? You seem a little down."

I shake my head and smile.  “I’m good, just hungry. I’ll see you back at practice,” I tell her before walking away, with Ann still on my mind.
