An old black sedan parked in front of the apartment complex where Tiffany stood for a while and a petite doctor came out from the driver's seat and rushed in front of her. "Sorry for making you wait" Taeyeon said while panting as if she ran a marathon. "I got caught in the traffic." Tiffany beamed her eyesmile, forgetting the sore on her legs from all the standing she did for the past 20 minutes. "It's alright. You texted me earlier about it so I came down a little later" she replied, just happy seeing Taeyeon again after a week. "Let's go?" Taeyeon replied excitedly. "Let's go" Tiffany replied as she stepped towards the parked car. As usual, Taeyeon went ahead of Tiffany as they neared the car and opened the passenger door for the brunette which never failed to make her giddy albeit unconsciously. "Do you want to catch the last full show later after dinner?" Taeyeon asked right after she shifted the gear to drive. Tiffany was surprised since it has been a while since they went to the cinema together. The idea made her ecstatic, and she felt weird, not knowing what to name of these feelings. "Won't it be finished too late? You still have to get up early tomorrow for your work. I don't want to take too much of your time" worried Tiffany since she knows how much Taeyeon looks forward to Sundays since it's her only day off each week. "The four corners of my apartment is already too boring to stare at. I'd rather spend my time with you" Taeyeon said nonchalantly but the answer made Tiffany blush, feeling flattered from the reply. Taeyeon stole glances at Tiffany when the latter didn't reply, "Are you sick? You look.. red?" she asked. "Should we go back and drive you home?" Tiffany heard the worried tone and turned to face the driver, "No, I'm totally fine. It could be just because of the weather." "Are you sure?" the doctor glanced at the passenger beside her after she stepped on the pedal brake. "Yeah, don't worry" she flashed Taeyeon her signature eyesmile, trying to hide her blush. Taeyeon returned the smile, "If you say so, Miss Hwang, if you say so." - - - - - Taeyeon and Tiffany were making their way through the bustling mall towards the new restaurant they wanted to try. Both were absorbed into their own little world, as if they were trapped and floating in their own bubble. They talked as if they have not seen each other for months when in fact it's only been a week since they had lunch together, and even despite not seeing each other, they never miss a day without texting - or calling. "Taeyeon-ah! Hi!" a blonde girl with dolphin-pitched voice excitedly greeted the young doctor. "Tiffany! It's been a while!" The girls' bubble burst upon the sudden greeting which made them stop on their tracks, both surprised at who they bumped into. "Jessica?" Tiffany said, checking their old classmate from head to toe. "H-hi! It's been a w-while indeed" the brunnette was still caught off guard by the sudden meeting. She remembered the girl to be one of Taeyeon's closest friends way back in college and even remembered Taeyeon having a crush on her. Unconsciously, her walls heightened upon the recollection. It has been years since she last saw the blonde woman and she doesn't even know if Taeyeon was still keeping in touch with her throughout the years. "Sica-yah, hey! What are you doing here?" Taeyeon greeted Jessica in an intimate tone that didn't go unnoticed by Tiffany. "I'm with my friends to check out this new restaurant that everybody has been talking about" the woman deemed "ice princess" in college cheerfully answered as she pointed towards the direction of the said restaurant. "What a coincidence, Tiffany and I are gonna try it out there too!" Taeyeon was excited. "A very big coincidence indeed. Who knew I would also bump into you here and not just in the hospital?" Jessica chuckled and Tiffany's ears perked at the mention of hospital. "Hospital?" Tiffany couldn't contain her curiosity any longer.
