(This chapter will be mostly on Hyunkyung x Victoria so if not interested you can just wait for the next chapter~~)

(Victoria's POV)-from the previous chapter

She was limping due to the fact that the back of her shoe kept skimming the heal of her foot causing the skin to peel off..and on top of that unfortunately she had her shoes untied as well but she was too out of it to notice. That's when Hyunkyung came as if he was her knight and shining armor

(Hyunkyung)-Hey, your shoes are untied i'll get it for you since you don't look so good (he said noticing that the back of her foot was bleeding)

(Victoria)-"stares at him" since this situation perfectly explained how she fell for him during freshman year^^

{Flashback}

(Victoria's friends)-OMG!! it's Hyunkyung isn't he so handsome???!

(Victoria)-Guys calm down there are still classes in session^^

(Victoria's friends)-"turns her around to face Hyunkyung" but instead she walked right past him but he stopped her from doing so

(Victoria)-Can i help you? (she said by his sudden action)

(Hyunkyung)-"your shoes are untied, let me get that for you since i wouldn't want you to trip over that pretty face of yours" he said to show off in front of his friends and gave her a wink lastly before he left to go to class

(Victoria's friends)-He totally likes you!! they said fangirling

{End of flashback}

(Victoria)-No it's fine really you don't have too

(Hyunkyung)-Can't you see how much you've been bleeding (he said giving her a piggie back ride to the nurses office)

"cleans the blood off and adds some ointment" as she tried not to make awkward eye contact with him

(Hyunkyung)-That should heal till tommorow at least, try to find your actual shoe size next time

(Victoria)-Yea thank's..see you tommorow then (she said running off with only her socks on while holding her shoes)

The next morning.....

(Victoria's thoughts)-"heads to the bathroom hoping no one would see her in such a mess (especially Hyunkyung)"

she then hurried on into the showers and continued on with her daily morning routine:

1. Shower

2. Brush teeth and wash face

3. Most importantly make up!

as she was doing her make up she started to think about last night and how Hyunkyung had taken her to the nurse's office when he could've just tied her shoes and headed off like she expected him to.

"I mean if he really liked me as much as i liked him wouldn't there have been something going on by now" she thought and sighed not knowing what to feel or believe

(Hyunkyung's POV)

"sees Victoria running" which made his day from the start by her cuteness but he purposefully pretended not to notice and made his way towards the boy's bathroom.

(Sanghyuk)-Hey where'd you head off to last night?

(Hyunkyung)-Ohh i was just helping out a friend who wasn't feeling well.

(Sanghyuk)-Was this person a she?

(Hyunkyung)-Maybe...

(Sanghyuk)-I see your finally moving on from (y/n) huh? But anyways wanna go shoot some hoops after breakfast? (he says trying to less make the convo less awk)

(Hyunkyung)-Yeah sounds great im totes kicking your this time!

(Sanghyuk)-(laughs) we'll see about that~~~~

(Back to victoria's pov)-

She was just taking a walk after cleaning one of the canoes someone threw up on when Henry came by seeing that she was all alone.

(Henry)-Hey! How come your all alone? Where's Amber and (y/n-ah) at?

(Victoria)-I had to clean up due to being to chatting last night in one of the cabins 

(Henry)-That ..awk silence 

(Victoria)-Hey can i ask you something?

(Henry)-Sure! Go ahead (he said switching his sitting position to get more comfortable)

(Victoria)-how do you know if someone is the "one"? Or if it's meant to be?

(Henry)-well from when i first met Amber i had this feeling inside of me that no other girl had ever given me before by just the first glance. 

(Victoria)-what made it a different feeling?

(Henry)-The first time i made eye contact with Amber it felt as if we were the only two in the room or in the universe, that's when i knew i had to go after her..but we started out as friends in the beginning since i wanted to get to know her first you know?

(Victoria)-(nods)Wow that sounds so romantic!

(Henry)-it truly was, although Amber hates telling this story since it makes her "girly" side come out. So you got someone on your mind lately?

(Victoria)-Yeah its someone that's made me realize how bright the world actually is^^

(Henry)-Tough life?

(Victoria)-Sorta, but not to the point where its unbearable. (She said trying to stay strong)

And back to Hyunkyung's POV:

"Hey i totally crushed you in that last game" Sanghyuk said as he teased Hyun Kyung on the idea that he clearly lost 

"I get it i lost, you happy?" Hyunkyung said and headed for the showers since he was drenched in sweat.

(After a couple hours later)-

"Everyone in honor of the last day of this retreat why don't we play some water games?"-said the school principal that caused everyone to run into their rooms and change into their bathing suits.

The activities included:

1.Canoeing 

2. Swimming and (jumping off the blob like the one in running man if you guys remember)

Victoria's POV:

"Hey Amber wanna go canoeing since you guys know i can't swim" she said with pleading eyes

Which happened to be right when teammates were assigned (in groups of two for either activities of choice)

All she could hope for was not to be paired up with Hyunkyung since everything's been awkward since last night. Which then unfortunately groups were called out~

"Amber with Henry"-Swimming 

"Sanghyuk with (y/n)"-canoeing 

"Victoria and Nickhun"-canoeing 

And etc after hearing this Hyunkyung couldn't help but be disappointed (but he was paired up with Naeun)

(Nickhun)-Hi nice to meet you!

(Victoria)-Me too your the captain of the basketball team right? Sorry im new to this school so~

(Nickhun)-No problem and yeah i am

Awk silence once again...........

(Victoria)-Do you happen to know where the life jackets are?

(Nickhun)-Yeah they should be in that shed, I'll go with you if you want^^

(Victoria)-Yeah sure I'd like that

Then the two of you headed to the canoes and firstly had to go over the rules for safety and what not to do 

(Victoria x Nickhun)-Got it sir!

Then both of you sat down and got your paddles and soon you two were off in the bright sunny day~~~

(Victoria's thoughts)-Is Hyunkyung hugging her? She asked herself as she noticed him and Naeun looking quite comfortable as he helped her with her life jacket. 

"Why do i hope for so much?" She asks herself sighing 

(Nickhun)-Everything ok?

(Victoria)-Yeah im fine..so how come your not as popular as Hyunkyung?

(Nickhun)-well i don't like receiving too much attention and besides popularity isn't important to me

(Victoria)-Ohh i see

Then the fun really began as the water balloon fight started where the objective was that the team who got wet first would be eliminated 

(Amber x Henry)-Aye Victoria 

(Victoria then turned to be attacked with water balloons but then Nickhun shielded her with his jacket and their faces were brought close together)

(Nickhun)-Sorry if i made you feel uncomfortable he said before moving away awkwardly

(Victoria who was completely flustered then was totally blanked out)

And soon the two were eliminated~

(After the games Victoria, y/n, and Amber decided to play carpetball while waiting for dinner to be served in the cafeteria)

Then suddenly Hyunkyung came by as Victoria was waiting for Amber and y/n to bring over the hot chocolate 

As much as she wanted to avoid him..she simply couldn't.

(Hyunkyung)-Hey, you poor thing your cold aren't you he said as he pulled the classic move of taking off his jacket and putting over her 

But she stopped him

(Victoria)-Look Hyun Jong-ah i don't know on what i should think or believe anymore because of you so why don't you tell me before i go run off in embarrassment 

(Hyunkyung)-completely dumbfounded asked her "what do you mean?"

(Victoria)-i mean stop being so nice to me, if you don't like me as much as i like you!

(Hyunkyung)-Victoria I...i'm sorry if i made you feel uncomfortable but i was just trying to be a good friend 

(Victoria)-So i was right all along then?! You still have feelings for (y/n) don't you?

(Hyunkyung)-I don't know..but i do know one thing..the worst feeling you could have is rejection which i'm not going to say to you just yet.

(Victoria)-you already rejected me and im not surprised you have

(Hyunkyung)-I never intended to do so

(Victoria)-Forget it im tired of this one-sided love so my feelings end for you starting now (she said running off)
