The world goes still when Jihoon smiles.

"You're the thought that's always in my mind"

Time seems to slow down as Junghan nervously checks the tiny box in his pocket, pushing it further into his pocket so that he's absolutely, positively sure that it won't disappear. When he steps out into the night, he blinks, surprised. The air is still, and there's not a single sound apart from his own breathing, loud in his own ears. Junghan looks around, slightly worried, and he sees Minghao and Junhui, their rigid mouths open in conversation, and there's Seokmin and Soonyoung at the bar, motionless, but with twin expressions of glee painted on their faces. Junghan's getting worried, and so he pushes through the crowd of paralysed people to find the only person who really matters right now. 

Jihoon! 

Junghan shouts the singer's name, his voice sounding loud and shrill and panicked in the eerie silence, and he searches the party to find Jihoon, and finally, finally, he finds him, frozen in laughter, and Junghan sprints to him, shouting his name in panic, and Jihoon comes to life, turning from Seungcheol to grin at Junghan. "Junghan," Jihoon says, his voice warm and welcoming and full of happiness, and the world is resurrected at that moment. 

Junghan blinks, slightly bemused, but he pays no heed to it as his fingers brush the box thinly hidden by the farbic of his trousers. "Jihoon," he replies, and there's a feeling of relief in his words. "I need to tell you something," Junghan continues, and when Jihoon blushes, Seungcheol slips away from the two. "Um... So, do you remember how last year, Wonwoo told us to just get married already?" Jihoon nods, perplexed, and Junghan lowers himself onto one knee. "Yeah, um, so... I'm probably really bad at this, but..." he mumbles, and he's hyper-aware of everyone's eyes on them, and of his own blush that's rising to match Jihoon's own. "Will you marry me?"

In response, Jihoon sits on Junghan's knee, and presses a flustered kiss to the long-haired male's cheekbone, whispering, "Yes," and the night erupts with cheers.
