I was so mad at Jin. There were for reasons he’d do…that to me.

1.         To let me breathe (but he only needed three seconds for that!)

2.         To teach me a freaking lesson! (Someone needs to teach him one!)

3.         He was a ert (I’m still gonna kill him for that.)

4.         To prove his ‘dominance’ that he was in control.

Well now that I had the pearl, I could escape! Don’t think it was just that I didn’t want Jin’s kisses. Please! I’m not stupid enough to pass up an opportunity to escape.

Kame and I talked a while longer and then he left, because it had gotten late. He stationed himself outside the door of my new ‘room’. I strung the ivory pearl on a silver chain Kame'd given me and hung it around my neck.

As the moon drew high in the sky, I snuck to the window of the ‘dry’ part of the room. I slipped through it (literally since it was still shaped like a bubble).  I half expected to run into some kind of security, but the pebbled, coralled streets were silent.
