"Suzy, get up."

Slowly Suzy ruffled through her sheets and peeked one eye open. Sehun quietly crouched down beside her bed and remained silent as Suzy looked at him strangely.

"Why so early?" She asked with her croaky voice while looking at her clock on her bedside table. It was still six thirty in the morning.

"I made breakfast, get changed and come down to eat." With a smile he left the room leaving Suzy rather dumbfounded.

But as told she washed herself up and changed her clothes. Before leaving her room she gives herself a good look at the mirror. She pokes her cheecks and tugs them upward to create a smile. Turning her head back to the window and looking at the white orchids blooming so brightly in the cold weather gave her strength. Even if she wished to stay inside her room the entire day, and to cacoon herself in her blanket disregarding everything that was happpening, she now had a new thing to look forward to everyday. Thinking of him was rather calming and gave her a tingling sensation through her chest and stomach.  

As she headed downstairs the mouth watering aroma of fried eggs and bacon crept up through her nose. It wasn't anything special but that was the only thing Sehun knew how to make. She took her seat at the table and no one else was around, not even Laura. As Sehun took his seat across from her on the other side of the table he began eating the food he rarely makes.

"Is there a special occasion today?" Suzy questioned him as she poked the center of the egg oozing with the runny yolk.

"No..why? Is there an occasion I'm forgetting?" He questioned optimistically. 

"Well, no. Its just..it's not everyday that you decide to cook breakfast."

Sehun took a moment and then giggled to himself. Not giving back an answer even furthering Suzy's curiosity.

"Well thanks for the breakfast, I'll be leaving in a bit actually." She continued taking big bites out of the juicy bacon.

"Oh? So early? Is it a schedule?" He looked up at her to see that she gazed down quietly.

"Yeah, mom called me last night saying I have a sudden photoshoot this morning."

"Do you have a driver? Want me to drive you there? I have to go to the company today anyway, I'll drop you on the way."

"No it's okay Sehun, I can get there on my own, I swear sometimes you forget that I can drive too. Plus, the poor driver ajjushi needs a break too." She giggled slightly.

"In fact, I should be going now..I'll be borrowing your car!" She arubtly grabbed her jacket and in a hurry left the house in a scurry.

Sehun looked over at her plate and furrowed his eyebrows concerned.

"At least finish your breakfast first.."

Bora yawned lazily as she walked towards the door to pick up the morning mail. As she flipped and scanned through the mail, a bright red envelope caught her attention. Hastily she ripped the edges and read the letter. 

To: Kai & Bora

It's been a while my dearest son and daughter. It's me, mom. Have you two been well? I'm sorry I haven't contacted you two in while, however I do assume that the money your father and I sent to the both of you two has been enough. Regarding this letter, I just completed filming my recent movie and the premier is this upcoming Friday. I'm expecting for you two to show up right? It would be great if you two decide to come. I already wrote a note that should have been sent earlier but I didn't get a response back. It also seems that Bora hasn't seem to be picking up my calls or texts. Oh and lastly Kai, I hope your watching your sister well, I appreciate your daily reports. The details of the premier is written on the back, I'll see both of you on the red carpet. Mwuah.

 "This has got to be a joke." Bora scanned over the letter once more to make sure that what she was seeing wasn't just all in her head.

In a dash she spurted towards her brothers room to still find him lazily sprawled across his bed. Stomping towards him she continues to glare at him with her arms folded together.

"What do you want?" He mumbled not bothering to even open his eyes.

"Did you know about this? Have you been talking to her?" Bora threw the invitation on his bed while waiting for him.

Kai turned around and picked up the red envelope scanning the words lazily until plopping the envelope back down and closed his eyes once more.

"Mm, yeah I knew about it."

Bora's eyes grew large. Angrily she jumped on to his bed and ripped his blanket away from him causing him to quickly awaken. 

"What are you doing? It's cold give it back!" He loudly yelled at her.

Bora ignored his wishes and picked up a pillow beside him and began hitting him with it repeatedly. 

"W-what are you doing!? Stop! You're hitting me too hard!" He shouted while trying to protect his body by curling up in a little ball.

Bora continued hitting him profusely until Kai finally got out of his bed and made a run towards his bathroom and closed the door shut. Bora followed him angrily and tried to open the door to figure out that he locked it.

"Ya! Kim Jong in! How could you not tell me about this!?" She banged on the door furiously.

"Would it have mattered? You would have have ignore that invitation either way too! I didn't tell you because you wouldn't have cared anyway!" Jongin retaliated from the other side.

"What..then are you going to her premier then? You've been secretly talking to her anyway." Bora's voice became quiet as she brought down her fist.

"Listen Bora we need to talk, it's time to fix things straight."

Bora grew silent as she took small steps away from the door. Kai remained in his spot for a couple of seconds behind the door until he was certain she had calmed down. After hearing a period of silence he slowly unlocked his door and peered his head through to check. But to his surprise Bora was gone and the red envelope was gone with her. He went outside to the living room to find her and she was not there, not her room or the kitchen. Not until a chiling breeze swept inside did he find that the balcony doors open. Taking silent steps outside with his cold bare feet finding Bora staring at the envelope seriously. 

"Are you crazy? It's snowing, get back inside."

No response, just little puffs of clouds escaping in the cold air.

"Don't change the subject."

"I was going to tell you I swear." 

Bora looked up with a blank expression, "Oh were you really..?"

"They've been trying Bora. They really had a change of heart."

Bora shook her head side to side with a smirk. "No you're wrong Kai. Don't get caught in their trap. Once you fall for their lies there's nothing I can do for you."

"You're the one who's wrong. You're wrapped up in all your hate and still held up in the past. Don't you think it's time to let go?"

Bora gave Kai a spiteful look. The look she would always give her parents whenever they would meet. 

"I don't want to. And I never will."

"Bora.."

"It's alright Kai. I'm not going to stop you, go to her premier. But let me tell you one thing. The moment you go to their side, is the exact moment you lose me."

"Wait a second, aren't you taking this too far?"

"Maybe I am. But don't you notice that they always pull something like this when they need something? They're just a bunch of deceitful, selfish liars, and you're falling right into their trap."

 "Please can you think this over, you're being rational right now."

"No Kai, I'm not going to be their show trophy." She walked over to Kai and shoved the envelope on his chest, "Its your decision if you want to be their trophy."

Walking back inside, she slipped on her shoes and left with a loud shut of the door. 

Kai ruffled his hair as he stared at the envelope soaked in little snowflake droplets once again. Even without the presence of their parents, their way of causing conflict still managed to get to the both of them.

"Alright, cut! Let's take a break!"

Everyone hustled around and scattered across the studio doing their own individual thing for the mean time. While Suzy walked back to her makeup stand, she had tried all morning long avoiding to make contact with her mom who was currently reviewing the photos with the photographer. It was not until a few seconds later that the stylist noona came over to tell her that her phone received numerous amounts of messages. As she tried to pull herself back together, she couldn't help but smile at the cute little texts.

"Good morning princess, did you eat yet?"

"Wanna meet up today? Skipping school today."

"I miss you."

She giggled at his petty little messages and began to text back good morning to him until she suddenly received another text from him.

"I wish you were here with me right now. Watching the snowfall like this is so lonely."

Her smile drifted and her eyes grew concern. 

"I'm right here with you. Sorry I'm at work right now, I'll make sure to see you later." She slowly pressed send and hoped for him to respond back quickly.

The director called everyone back to resume the photoshoot and Suzy was summoned back to work. She took one last glance at her phone before going back and during the entire photoshoot she couldn't help but look over at her table to see if he responded back. Her mother who was watching her distracted behavior was going intolerant.

"Suzy, what are you doing?"

Suzy flinched at the sharp words as she tried to recollect herself.

"I-I'm very sorry.."

"Alright let's continue." Her mother commanded.

Suzy continued to pose in the clothes given to her and stood in high heels since early morning. She was growing impatient and just wanted the shoot to be over. Enduring for a couple more hours, her feet turned bright red and resulted in a couple of calluses and bruises from walking in those unbearable shoes for hours. However she didn't bother telling anyone to make sure that the shooting wouldn't be delayed any further.

"Alright everyone, good work! That's a wrap!"

Suzy quickly rushed to the dressing room, unstrapping the heels and gently brushed the bruised areas on her feet. Her feet were throbbing but bearable enough to walk. 

"It's alright Suzy..this is nothing.." She mumbled to herself as she changed her clothes without the stylists and quickly put on her shoes carefully.

Making sure to go back to her makeup station, she quickly checked her phone as she received one missed phone call. Dialing his number in a rush, she impatiently tapped her foot against the floor worriedly.

The dialing finally haulted and the line was picked up, the first thing she could hear was his breathing along with silence. Suzy listened to his stable breathing and wondered why he wasn't saying anything.

"Hey.." She calmly greeted him.

"Hey.." He simply replied back.

"What's the matter? I just finished work right now, let's meet up."

"I'm so happy I could hear your voice."

"...and I'm happy to hear your voice too.." She slightly blushed.

"Let me come over."

"Yeah, sure. Just wait for me, I'll be there in a bit."

"Don't take too long, I want to see your face soon."
