JaeKyung hastily rushed towards their meeting place, it's been exactly 27 minutes since the time they were supposed to meet, and she's running late. Increasing her speed, she semi-jogged her way around the last corner. Turning, LeeTeuk's back came into view, " Hey. "
He turned behind in respond to her call. Beaming at her, his dimple cutely settled on his left cheek. Despite his simple clothing, he looked amazing. JaeKyung couldn't help but to smile back. Looking away from him, she quickly apologised, " I'm sooo sorry I was late. "
" It's fine! Don't worry about it. There's nothing wrong for the guy to wait for the girl. What's that on your arm though? " He shrugged her apology off and pointed to her left arm as he squint his eyes to try and see what was it that she did to her arm. JaeKyung flusteredly tried to hide her doodles with her other hand as her cheeks flushed, " I-it's nothing much. J-just some doodles. "
LeeTeuk laughed at the red girl, " Don't be embarrrassed about it! I think it's cute. Come on, show me what you drew. "
JaeKyung speechlessly allowed him to pick her arm up to see what the doodles was about. He grinned at all the tiny notes and drawings, before deciding to read one of them out. Circled in red and decorated with stars all around, it wrote, " 21/01. 1.30pm. "
" I-it's just to remind myself. " She took her arm out of LeeTeuk's and tried to hide it with her other hand again. Not being able to look at him in the eye, she tried to cover her blushing face with her long fringe.
" Talking about reminders, it reminded me about this fireman ball two weeks later. I was just wondering if you would like to attend it with me, since you seemed pretty interested in fire engines. "
" Yeah, I would love too. " JaeKyung beamed, forgetting about the embarrassement she felt just a few seconds ago. Fireman ball! How cool is that?
" Awesome! I'll save you a space then. I'll tell you the details by this weekend. For now, shall we go? "
The girl nodded and the boy started to lead the way to the supermarket he so frequently visit. The only difference was that he's bringing along JaeKyung this time. As the two make their way to the market, two girls was trying to find their way to Yoseob's house. Mizuki frowned in disgust, " Oh my god, I can't believe this! We actually ended up in a public male's toilet! "
Shaking her head, she tried to erase the image that just wouldn't go away after she and GoEun accidentally appeared inside a cubicle a few hours ago. It was such a nightmare, and she got such a big shock that it's still hard for her to regain her senses. Of course, it was worse for the GoEun who didn't even know how they got there.
" Can you explain this to me now? "
" Well... this is 2015! Ta-da! " She awkwardly beamed at her confused unnie infront of her.
It took a moment before the 22 year old could come up with a reply, " What did you just say? "
" I said what you just heard. We just time travelled. And we're going to find our way to Yoseob's house now, he's the one that own the time machine. " Mizuki quickly explained as she tried to find anything familiar to what she saw when she visited a few weeks back in her surroundings.
GoEun inhaled as much air as she could, her eyes as wide as they can be, " I must be dreaming. "

10.2: SHOPPING

" Wahh, this is soooo delicious! "
" I'm glad you like it. " Leo smiled as the girl took another sip from the straw in the plastic cup. " How can you be not well known? I mean, with all these super nice coffee you make, how can you be not famous? "
Leo laughed at MinSeo's cute exclaimation, " There's still a lot better barista out there you know. This is just my hobby. I'll quit this job when I find a 'real' one. "
" Hobby? You make coffee this nice when it's just a hobby, imagine when you do it for real! "
Looking at the girl, he somehow felt close with her, like they've known each other for years. But in fact, it was just merely a few days of what he couldn't even decide if it was a friendship, or just an acquaintance that will quickly come and go. He don't usually open up this quick, but MinSeo just have that power to make him feel comfortable around her. Maybe it's her kind appearance, or her optimistic personality, or perhaps her passion for dogs. It was then did he realised that she've been wearing the same thing as the last time he saw her.
Remembering how she said that her family couldn't afford even a simple cup of coffee, he decided on a new activity for today. Smiling, the boy stood up, " Come on. I'll bring you somewhere. "
It wasn't long before the two arrived at a clothes store nearby. The friendly sales assistance, dressed in a simple black t-shirt and shorts with a few dangling accessories, came up to them as they entered the store, " Welcome! My name is Amber, is there anything I can help you with? "
" Can you find something that would suit her please? " Leo politely asked and Amber nodded in delight, " Of course! "
Minutes later, MinSeo was shoved into the dressing room and made to try on what seemed like endless clothes. Amber's choices were great, and MinSeo was like a walking mannequin. Everything looked good on her, but she didn't exactly feel comfortable in many of them. In the end, Leo chose a few baggy sweaters and some oversized blouses, which MinSeo was apparently more comfortable with, and a pretty white dress he insisted they pay for too. " You really don't have to. "
" But I want to. " He smiled at the anxious girl beside him as he handed Amber, who was now behind the counter, his card to pay for the clothes. " This is too much, I can't ever repay you. "
" You don't have to. I'm gifting them to you. "
" Miss, you should be proud you have such a good boyfriend! Not all guys are like that you know. "
MinSeo slightly blush at Amber's comment and Leo smiled to himself. He was about to clarify the misunderstanding for MinSeo when a guy came out from a room beside the counter, " What do you mean he's a good boyfriend? Look at his eyes! So tiny! Oh my god, do you even have any eyes? "
" That's called eye smile, okay! " Amber quickly rebutted the dramatic guy. He ignored the girl and continued, " Be careful, you don't want your future babies to have eyes like him! "
MinSeo giggled at his funny comment and Amber gave the guy a shove, " HeeChul! That's not very nice! Don't say something like that! "
" It's boss when you're working. And what I said was true. "
" I'm so sorry, just ignore him. He's always like that. You know now what I mean when I said that not all guys are good like your boyfriend, right? " The short haired girl semi-joked and MinSeo giggled.
With that, the two exited the shop, Leo's hands full of newly bought clothes for MinSeo, and MinSeo filled with gratitude.

10.3: star gazing
24-01-2015 | 06.00PM
" Wow. You improved so much! " Mark exclaimed in suprise. Mizuki smiled to herself, seems like all the practice at home did pay off. She carefully stepped off his skateboard and he picked it up by giving it a simple kick, " You'll be better than me in no time. "
" You're exaggerating! " Mizuki laughed and Mark teased, " No I'm serious! You're really talented in this! Were you just pretending you don't know how to skateboard the other day? "
The duo walked along the Han river as they talked. Chatting about anything and everything, it was as if they were life-long friends. The sun slowly went down, leaving the sky dark orange, and as the birds flew across the sky, it would have been a beautiful peice of painting." I should bring you to my local food store someday. Their food is really nice! "
" That would be nice! I've never really had outside food. " Mizuki beamed, and Mark raised his eyebrows in suprise, " How can you not! You have been missing out on a lot. "
" I know! I've always wanted to try them! But my father doesn't really allow me to. "
" What? Are you kidding me? What kind of house rule is that? "
" You don't know my father. I have been grounded for more than half of my life. "
Mark grinned as an idea suddenly surfaced in his head after hearing Mizuki's predicament, " Wait for me here. "
" Wha- Where are you going? " Mizuki changed her sentence midway as the boy started jogging away. She started at his backview until he's no longer seenable. Standing alone beside the Han river, the girl shivered. The sun has already set, the night sky filled with stars, and the night lights luminated the roads, showing the way for cars. Feeling the breeze on her face, letting her hair fly along the wind, Mizuki smiled, when was the last time she spent the night outside the bars of her home?
Hugging herself, she tried to warm herself up by rubbing her hands and arms together. That was when something came over from behind her and placed a jacket on her shoulders. Mizuki slightly turned to see Mark with his hands full of different things. He passed the shocked girl the two ice cream cones before quickly opening up the mat he had between his arm and body, rolling it over the grass patch neatly. Taking back one of the ice cream cone, he beamed, " Have a seat. "
Mizuki couldn't help but to return a smile to the sweet boy. She sat down on one side of the mat, and Mark settled himself down on the other side before placing a tiny blanket on her lap.
" Thank you. Oh, and here. " She tried to remove his jacket from herself, but he quickly stopped her, readjusting it to make sure it won't fall off, " It's okay! I'm not cold, you can keep it on you. "
" Are you sure? " Mizuki eyed his short sleved single layered clothing. Mark smiled as he took a bite from his ice cream cone, " Don't worry, I'll be fine. Are you not going to eat your ice cream? It's starting to melt. "
The girl took a big bite off her cone and she flinched from the coldness. Mark laughed and Mizuki blushed. Despite the icyness, she've never had an ice cream this sweet.
" Where did you get all this this fast though? " Mizuki asked and Mark shrugged his shoulders with a smile, " That's a secret. "
He then looked up in the sky, " The night sky is the prettiest from this angle. "
" It is really pretty. " Mizuki agreed as she stared at the bright shining stars above her in awe, how can stars be so different from my room window and from this grass patch? Or is it the magic of 2015's stars?
The boy sneaked a glance at the girl and smiled to himself, how can she be so amazed by just stars?
He then looked back up into the sky, trying to see what it was that she found so amazing. Mizuki too, took a quick peek at him, wondering just why would someone like him want to befriend someone so prim and proper like herself. Not wanting to get caught staring, Mizuki turned back to the river as she quietly her ice cream, hoping that her blushing cheeks won't be obvious under the moon light. Should I tell him the truth? That I'm a time traveller? Will it ruin what we have now?

10.4: drunk
25-01-2015 | 08.00PM
" HEREEE! " Mino excitedly announced as he placed one whole carton of beer onto the table. RyuRa quickly put her half eaten chicken down to open up a can for herself, " Wahhhh! This is the best weather to have a drink! "
" And I thought I was the only one that like to drink on a rainy day! "
" You're not alone! " RyuRa laughed as she took a big gulp from the can. They just had their fifth lesson together, and since it was raining and RyuRa couldn't go home, they've decided to have a mini party to celebrate the completion of their fifth lesson. " Cheers to surviving five lessons with a student like you! "
" Cheers to getting rid of a tutor like you! " The two laughed as they joked. The five lessons they've had together had suprisingly brought them closer to each other much more than what they could have imagined. It wasn't long before they both got drunk from the whole carton of beer. Mino looked at the semi red girl and laughed, " You look like a tomato! You're drunk aren't you? "
" Am so not! I use to drink and party every weekend back at home okay. " RyuRa denied and the boy teased, " You are so drunk! You don't even know what you're talking about! Who would even want to party with you? "
" It's the truth okay! " She frowned, throwing the empty can at the boy. He blocked the can with his arm and laughed, " Fine. Let's see how much more you can take then. "
" We're not stopping until one of us get drunk. " Mino said as he went back into the kitchen to bring out another carton of beer. RyuRa bravely took another can and accepted his challenge, " You said it. "
Another hour soon passed. The rain had stopped, leaving little water puddles here and there. Tiny water droplets rolled down the window panes of the rooftop house. RyuRa lied on her arms on the table, a tear rolling down her half closed eyes, " [Dutch] I miss my mother. "
" What are you talking about? Are you that drunk you can't even talk properly? "
" [Dutch] I'll be back home soon. " She continued to cry as she remember her parents back in Germany. Hearing RyuRa's sob, Mino got up from the sofa in suprise, " Yah, are you crying? "
Poking his head infront of her's, Mino gasped, patting her head as he tried to keep his balance, " You are crying! You don't have to be that sad you lost you know. "
" I'm not done! Let's drink somemore! " RyuRa shot up from the table, knocking Mino back onto the sofa. She opened up a new can and he laughed, " Aigoo, you're definitely drunk. "
By now, the fried chicken Mino has prepared before they started on this drinking party was long gone, and they're already starting on their third carton of beer. RyuRa pouted as she wiped away her tears, " I am not drunk. "
" Yes you are. You can't even think straight. " Mino stated as he made himself comfortable on the sofa. She waved her hands in the air to protest, " Yes I can. "
" Prove it to me. "
" Okay. Let me tell you a secret then. " She smiled as she moved closer to Mino, whispering although nobody else was in the house to listen to their conversation, " I'm actually a time traveller. "
" HAHAHA! Okay. I am sure. 100%. You are drunk. " The boy made a conclusion and she complaint, " Not fair! I said I'm not! You're the drunk one! "
" No no no no, my head is still reeeeeally clear. " He said, proud of himself. Sitting up from the sofa, he leaned near to the girl's ear, " To prove that, here's a secret. Actually, I already found your plane. "
" What?! " Eyes widen in disbelief, she turned to face the boy, " Why didn't you return it to me! "
" Because you wouldn't have come back if I did. " He said in a childish tone, before turning all serious, " And I want you to keep coming back. "
" W-what? "
" Because I like you. "
" No you don't. "
" I do. "
" You just need my tutoring. "
" No I don't. "
" Prove it to me. "
And that was it. Mino leaned in to close up that tiny gap in between their faces.
10.5: horse riding
Yuan Dynasty | 07.00AM
Sneaking out of the king's library, JiHyun quickly closed the door behind her. Peeking around the corner, she sighed in relief, glad that nobody was there to spoil her secret mission. " [Chinese] What are you doing here. "
The girl jumped in suprise, turning behind at top speed. Coming face to face with Chang Wook, she gulped, " [Chinese] N-nothing much. "
" [Chinese] What do you mean nothing much. You were behaving so strangely. "
" [Chinese] I say is nothing! Now let's go. " She quickly tried to pull the king away as she changed the topic, " [Chinese] Ah! You say want bring me horse ride, right? Let's go now! "
" [Chinese] W-what? Not now! "
" [Chinese] Why not? No wait anymore! "
Despite the king's struggles and objections, minutes later, the two of them were already standing infront of a horse stable. The eunch worriedly stared at the exited girl and nervous king, " [Chinese] Your majasty, are you sure we don't need to call the professional horse man here? "
" [Chinese] Haish, I originally wanted to learn it before teaching it to you. " ChangWook complaint, " [Chinese] Now we're just two stupid people who can't even ride a horse! "
" [Chinese] Don't worry! It okay! We just try! " JiHyun laughed in excitement, her eyes not once leaving the horses, " [Chinese] Come on! Choose your horse! "
" [Chinese] C-choose horse? "
" [Chinese] Yes! I want this one! " She beamed and jumped beside a huge brown horse, patting it with no fear. ChangWook stared at her in dibelief, " [Chinese] Are you sure? That is one huge horse! "
" [Chinese] Of course! I like him, and I think he like me already. " She giggled as she played with it. ChangWook gulped, pointing to a distant tiny horse at the corner, [Chinese] I-I think I'll take that horse. "
" [Chinese] No! You crush that horse! You too heavy! You come with me! "
That was how both of them ended up on that same brown horse. JiHyun had put on guys clothes, and the king has also changed to more casual clothings, so as not to limit their actions. JiHyun grinned as the horse trotted ahead, " [Chinese] Wah! If only I have my own horse! "
Blood drained out of his face as he tried his best to keep his balance on the horse, " [Chinese] I think I'm going to puke. "
The girl laughed at the guy behind her, " [Chinese] Don't worry! You not going die! You grab onto me if scared. "
" [Chinese] No! This is not right! I'm supposed to be the cool one here! "
" [Chinese] You don't even dare ride horse! "
" [Chinese] I don't care! Yo- " His sentence was cut short when the horse suddenly started running, and he flew forward, bumping onto JiHyun. She screamed in excitement and ChangWook silently grabbed a hold on JiHyun to the best of his ability. His heart skipped a beat, and he gulped. Never had he been so close to any girl, not to mention a girl like JiHyun. One who's not scared to rebut him, one who's always so adventurous, one who could actually make his heart race.
" [Chinese] You that scared? I feel your heart beating super fast! " She teased, and he quickly moved his body away from hers, slightly blushing, " [Chinese] I- "
" [Chinese] It okay. I know you scared. We go down now, okay? "
" [Chinese] Are you being nice to me? " He raised his eyebrows in disbelief, " [Chinese] You never let me have things go my way. "
" [Chinese] Only for today. " She smiled sadly to herself, because today is the last day we'll ever meet.
