8am - 1 tomato, 1 sweet potato (120-150g), 1 chicken (100g roasted or boiled), salad (with cabage, cucumber and without dressing)
10am - workout
12pm - chicken salad, a diet drink (with nutirents, dietary fiber and vitamins)
3pm - 1 banana, 3 egg whites and 1 egg yolk
5pm - 1 sweet potato, 1 chicken and vegetables
9pm - 1 banana, 2 egg whites 1 egg yolk and 3 walnuts
