Kpop Diet Recipe: Red Pepper Hummus

This is easy to make, store and great for dipping vegetables (or carrots and cucumbers) instead of a salad dressing. This is also packed with protein and vitamins.~
Recipes:
-1 cup rinsed and sliced red pepper
-2 cups canned chick peas, mostly drained but save .25 cup of the fluid
-1 tbsp of olive oil
-2 tbsp of garlic oil
-.5 tbsp of salt
-2 tbsp of tahini
**blend all ingredients in a blender, adding a little water is also necessary to get the desired consistency. Store in the airtight containers in the fridge up to a week and a half~
