SNSD :
-Rice, grilled chicken , blanched broccoli & vegetables for breakfast
-Same rice and grilled chicken with paprika salad and almonds for lunch
-Sweet potatoes, eggs and cabbage and paprika salad for dinner
-They eat 1200 - 1500 calories a day when on diet
-Usually 5 meals a day- 3 real meals, 2 snacks
-They don't eat after 6pm if they can't manage it
-SNSD's Yuri does 600 push ups a day
-All the girls go to the gym and workourt with their trainers
