Park Bom basically adds lettuce to any food she eats, like in sandwiches or salad... and combines it with 2 liters of water and exercise everyday.
For you to do this diet, you must follow the steps:
-Add lettuce to your meals, whether as a side or as an ingredient
-Drink up to 2 liters of water everyday
-Exercise regularly (up to an hour and a half a day. (I usually go with only 30-50 mins of exercise~)
