It was raining hard. Yoongi just finished practicing with his band members and was on his way back to his one-bedroom apartment. A guitar was carried on his back. In the other hand was a black umbrella. He was wearing a casual checkered shirt with white t-shirt underneath and  black jeans. His black hair was slightly covering his forehead. Yoongi was a musician and he plays guitar in his college band. A bus stopped in front of the station and Yoongi quickly greeted the driver and quickly got on to avoid the rain. It was a bit late around 9 P.M. and the bus was nearly empty. Yoongi was exhausted. He wanted to take a hot bath and jump into his cozy bed.

The bus finally stopped in front of his apartment. He greeted the driver once more and opened his black umbrella and started walking to his apartment. His apartment was very close to the bus station, so he didn't have to take a long walk. He stopped by a convenient store and bought a six-pack of beer and some snacks to close his day.

Not long after, Yoongi finally arrived at the main entrance of his apartment. He pushed the password at the glass door and walked inside the building. A light dimly lit automatically as he started walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor of his no elevator apartment. When Yoongi finally came to the front of his door he startled when he saw a shadowy figure crouching in front of his door. It was a woman, and she was sniffling quietly with her head buried in her arms. Yoongi was feeling anxious, so he swallowed hard. He tried to speak, but the figure slowly glanced up at him. 

"Da...ra?"

It was Dara his best friend. They first met in high school and attended same college. Dara was the complete opposite from his. Yoongi was the quiet one and Dara was the talkative one. Dara had many friends, unlike Yoongi who only had a small group of friends. Dara was his first love, and his crush in high school. Dara reached out to Yoongi, and soon the two of them had become best friends. However, Yoongi was heartbroken when Dara introduced her boyfriend to him. Yoongi felt bitter and hurt, but he was still happy for his best friend.

Yoongi didn't expected to see Dara. She was always so bright and cheerful, but now, she was crying. Her black mascara was running down from her eyes. She was completely soaked from the rain, and one of her heels had gone missing. Yoongi couldn't say anything, but it pained him to see Dara crying helplessly in front of him.

"I want to sleep in your house today." Dara said through her tears.

Yoongi didn't say anything else and opened the door of his house, letting Dara inside his house.

Yoongi let Dara take a shower in his bathroom. Yoongi gave Dara his shirt and shorts as she didn't have anything else to wear for the night. When Dara came out from the restroom, she went straight to Yoongi's couch and sat down, burying her head in her arms again.

"I'm going to take a shower." Yoongi said and Dara only nodded her head, still buried in her arms.

Yoongi decided to give Dara some space, so he grabbed his comfortable outfit and went inside the shower. He the water, but he swear that he heard Dara's faint sniffle through the sound of the water. He ignored the sound, but it still pained him.

When Yoongi came out, Dara was still in the same position. She didn't cry anymore, but instead was staring outside with a blank expression. Something was definitely wrong with her. Yoongi was curious, but he decided to give her some time. 

"How come you're not saying anything." Dara said, still looking outside the dark sky.

"I didn't want to force you to say anything." Yoongi said, but Dara only chuckled weakly.

"I broke up with Jiyong." Dara said after a pause and looked at Yoongi with a weak smile. "Does that answer your curiosity?"

"I... I'm sorry." Yoongi apologized.

"You don't need to apologize, it's not your fault..." Dara said and glanced away from Yoongi.

Yoongi only stared at her back. Dara's shoulder was shifting up and down. She was crying again. Soon, she covered her face with her hands and started crying, but this time loud enough for Yoongi to hear. It was so pitiful and it was hurting him. Yoongi moved quietly next to Dara and sat down. Dara buried her face on his chest and started crying. 

"Shhh..." Yoongi said quietly, gently patting her shoulder. "It's okay, I'm here."

Dara put her arms around Yoongi and continued to cry. It was painful. Yoongi gently wrapped his arms around her as well, and softly patted her hair. He wanted to cry as well. He was angry and upset at Jiyong for making Dara cry. 

"Dara, you deserve someone better." Yoongi whispered, but Dara couldn't hear anything.

Yoongi never liked Jiyong. He was a playboy and had many friends. When Dara first introduced Jiyong to him, he had a bad attitude. He pretend to care about Dara, but Yoongi overheard a conversation with Jiyong and his friend that he was only 'having fun' with Dara. Yoongi punched him at the spot, but stopped their fight. Yoongi still remembered that resentful glare that Dara gave it to him for punching her boyfriend.
