BREAKING NEWS!: EXO Kai and Blackpink Jennie reported to be dating!

This was the main headline that Dara read on the New Year's Day. Dara was shocked that it was unexpected, and she found herself shaking on her phone. There was already bunch of photos of the two idols spotted together. Dara then remember the conversation that she had with Jennie few months before the news became the hot topic of the year.

Dara still remembered the bright smile that Jennie had in her face as she ran inside the cafe, where Dara was waiting for her. Jennie went through some tough time as she would always tell Dara about problems that was stressing her out. Jennie always had dark expression on her face, and she even confessed to Dara that she was going through depression. Jennie doesn't share her personal problems with anyone, and Dara was glad that she was able to be at the side of Jennie to listen to her problem.

"Unnie! Dara unnie! Guess what? I... I'm dating someone..." Jennie trailed off shyly and buried her face on both of her hand.

Dara still remebered how happy she was talking about her new relationship. It was adorable to see Jennie blushing every time she talk about this mysterious person that has taken the heart of the ice-princess, Jennie's heart. 

Dara was genuinely happy for her and hugged the younger. "I'm so proud of you baby. Now, who is this hottie that took your heart, hm?" 

"Ahh, I'm too shy!" Jennie exclaimed. "But unnie, you're the first one to know about this. My members doesn't know. I just wanted to tell you first, that's why I came running to see you."

Dara was really glad about the news that Jennie has a boyfriend. She didn't knew that the man Jennie talked about was Kai, until later when the younger finally break in the ice. It was quite shocking to Dara and she just decided to move on, forget about the past she has with Kai. However, it was difficult. She still felt the aching pain in her heart whenever she thought about Kai being all touchy and affectionate with Jennie.

It's been couple weeks after the dating scandal of Kai and Jennie, Dara was still in shocked that she didn't eat or drink anything. Dara had these mixture feelings inside that she couldn't even describe. All she remembered was that for some reason, she started crying after reading the articles and when the both side of the company confirmed their relationship. Dara knew that it was finally time that she has to let go, so she went through her contact list and deleted Jongin's number. Dara went to her bed and cried herself to sleep, and hope that she never wake up. 

Not long after someone started to gently wake her up. Dara groaned and woke up, rubbing her tired eyes. Manager Jjangmae was there, and he was holding a phone with a serious concerned in his expression.

"Jjangmae, what's going on? Is it already time for my schedule?" Dara asked and sat up on the bed.

"Noona, I think someone want to talk to you." Jjangmae said holding up the phone and Dara glanced at him in confusion. "It's a manager from SM Entertainment..." Jjangmae said and Dara's eyes widened. There is no way that someone from SM would call her, she didn't even know how they knew her contact number. Dara was hesitant, but couldn't resist her manager's face. 

"Okay, I will answer." Dara said and took the phone from the manager.

"Noona, tell me if there is something that I can do to help you." Jjangame said. Dara nodded a thank you, and the manager left the room for Dara's privacy. 

"Hello? This is Sandara Park speaking." Dara said, but a silence was heard from the other line. "Hello?" Suddenly, Dara felt this uneasy feeling at the pit of her stomach, wishing that it's not 'him.' 

"Dara... it's me, Kai." The familiar voice came through the other line and Dara swallowed. It was that voice that she never wanted to hear, and suddenly Dara was overwhelmed with mixed feeling.

"If you're looking for Jennie, then you called the wrong number." Dara spoke coldly as there is nothing that she has to do with Kai.
